Middle of the Road Service Plan.
Can you bring back the old service plan that cost $50 and give back some features that are important for most businesses? This $30 plan is junk. But I also do not need the $85 plan as I don't sell online. I just want back seeing my costs so I can know my profits and cost for inventory at the end of the year, being able to combine Open orders, being able to Exchange items on a Paid order and being able to sell something by the pound. POS Remote Access
I'm reaching out to request the availability to submit orders into the POS remotely from a computer or phone. My Merchant was doing this previously with their OLD POS. They had the ability to login to a 'ghost' POS from their computer at home and ring up orders. Then the orders would be in the system ready for the next day.
This comes up a lot during holidays. Customer has 30+ Catering Orders for Christmas Eve and would like to be able to enter them all on their computer and have them appear on the POS.

QR Code for Donations
When scanning a QR code, the payment screen states "your order" this is confusing and generally only applicable in restaurants. It would be helpful if this title could be edited particularly for non profits and churches that tend to use QR often.

Card on File
It should allow you to Store Card on File on the Device for businesses like gyms.

Support for AFT
I have a large client with more than 1,000 Clover MIDs who is interested in developing support for AFTs (Account Funding Transactions) for a semi-integration. According to the DevRel team this is not currently on the roadmap for Clover. Please consider this for future development.

Closeout receipt print
It could be great to edit the info printed on the closeout receipt at the end of our day. There is a lot of info that is not important for us (refund, tips, sale/employes, etc..) and it would be great to be able to determine which kind of information we want on our closeout receipt. Moreover, it would be more economical and ecological.

Export
Bulk entry feature for Appointments.
Any customer coming from another booking platform with existing appointments must manually add all future appointments one by one. My customer had over 250 appointments, which resulted in nearly 10 hours of tedious error-prone data entry.

Pilot Program for Website
Product images are always in portrait mode online on other websites, yet Clover's pilot program is in landscape which results in a lot more work to re-format every single product image we have in order to upload. YET once this is done and it's uploaded as per the landscape view, it previews as portrait!!
The banner logo heading is showing as completely compressed even though it's a high res image.
The preview page is tiny - should open up in a new tab. Impossible to check your work.
Can the 'special instructions' on the preview page be turned off?

Recurring Appointment Booking
Is Recurring Appointment Booking on the product upgrade roadmap? A lot of Services Merchants have regular customers scheduled at weekly or monthly recurring appointments. This would be huge for Services Merchants!

Check-In Option
There should be an option to check-in your clients so you know who is here and who isn't here. It makes it much harder to not see who is here and you just have to assume that your client got here on time when that might not be the case. Also it would be nice if the clients can check in on the client device but either way would be helpful.

Multiple Device Selection on Reports
It would be very beneficial to our business to be able to select multiple devices on one report (sales report and item sales specifically but all would be helpful). I have devices in different areas and it would be great to see which areas were doing the most business or what items they were selling the most without printing every device and manually adding them together.
