Merchant setup Inventory with Pictures and Description and now Merchant open another location he want to move same inventory with product description and pictures to other open location but right we are Only able to export and import inventory category, and other details but not product pictures and Description .It is very time consuming to add pictures of product and description for another location very pain full clover need to fix this issue and allow merchant to import and export product pictures and Description .

  2. this would apply to all service companies, like plumbers, electricians and many more. It would be nice to have a service section that is not taxed and you could do a labor rate (hourly) or other time frame and when a user adds it to the invoice you could do it in increments i.e. 1.25 hrs , 2.1 hrs. This is something that I can do on quickbooks. I do like how your app works and I hope to see this in the near future. it would make my invoicing cleaner and less confusing for my customers.   3. When the internet goes down at a merchants location that has several Clover stations, it would be great if the stations could communicate with each other over their LAN connection. When my bars lose internet the customers can only order drinks at the same exact Clover station where they opened their tab. And they can only close out at that same station as well. I have a bar that has 10 Clover station solos and the customers order from different spots all the time.

  4. Flex gen 3 goes into a thanks for visiting screen in which you have to tap to finish the transaction, can there be a setting to bypass this screen?

  7. We have clients that love and utilize our rewards system. It would be nice for our clients to be able to still redeem rewards or collect points with their purchases when using the clover go devices.

    We got the clover go devices to be able to speed up our check out process and now we cant utilize the full features like the main stations. It is really upsetting and making us as a business do more work on our end when again, we got these devices to be more efficient.

  9. Currently, if you swipe, tap or insert the debit card it will not open the Cash Drawer, however if you manually enter the card information it will open.

  10. With the coin shortage and the majority of people not wanting to carry change, I believe a round-up option should be a capability, and with the round-up, possibly integrate with a charity/relief fund. We have had a couple of merchant accounts ask about this kind of thing in the past, would love to see this added in the future!

  11. Is there a way to print a receipt without having to pay for the order? we give our employees the option to pay with their paychecks therefore, we print our employee's receipts and then later on take their receipts out of their paychecks. so is there a way to print the receipt without the need to swipe a card or pay in cash?

  13. Merchant would like to use symbols when using clover go quick sale in iOS ; Go team confirmed this is working as intended and cannot use symbols. Only Letters and Numbers.

  14. Recently while troubleshooting some missing payments and menu item's it was discovered that the Clover Network Queue in Diagnostics has some issues. This could present a large issue for a client who doesn't notice this and could lead to possible loss in transactions.

  15. Hi development team,

    I love my clover POS since last year and cannot wait to change over my 2 other locations to Clover as well. However, the system lacking the feature of automatically prompt printing to kitchen once an already fired item being deleted or removed. This is first to notify kitchen not to make anymore. Secondly my FOH and BOH are far distance and this is to avoid employee theft as if the order was paid by cash, employee can delete it and no one would know.   16. Can you guys add back the option where we can see the time on the flex so we can know how long the order has been open and how long the guest has been seated its the best option that was on it please put it back on it trust me it helps alot thank you

  20. On the SP700 printer, using the medium font setting for order receipts is unacceptable as it uses an excessive amount of paper.

    The medium font will show a line of stars '*****' between each item (which no other font setting does) causing the margins between items to be excessively big which ultimately takes up more paper than even the large font.

    Our restaurant ends up needing to use the largest font setting for visual clarity although the medium font size should be sufficient.

    If spacing is fixed on the medium font, and items on an order receipt are aligned right…
