Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. I need to export list of our items that includes the "category" attribute. When I export the inventory from the dashboard i am not seeing the category column.
    Why would the "category" attribute not be part of the items export?

  2. I use the Clover Go with my Android device at Farmer's Markets and Craft Fairs. I do not print receipts (I'm a tree hugger LOL). It would be great to have the option to remove 'print receipt' from the choices shown to the customer after making their payment. I would like to keep email, text, or no receipt visible, and hide the print receipt option.

  3. Merchant would like to be able to upcharge according to the order type. Example: Dine In $0.00, Take Out +$1.50 to the overall order

  4. Tax Exemption rules at the terminal. We are unable to achieve tax compliance using the Clover device. In Canada for food and beverage there are tax exemption rules that need to automatically be applied.

    We are a bakery and we offer freshly baked goods. If a customer buys 1 item, full tax rules will apply. If a customer purchases 6 or more baked goods, the baked goods become tax exempt and do not collect taxes. But if there is a non-baked good item in the cart, such as a drink taxes will be fully applied to the drink item only.

  6. A small business owner requested that the Font Size be able to be modified. When asked why, I was informed that in the evening the restaurant turns the lights lower. This makes being able to read the text harder. It would be easier if it was scalable.

  7. Clover Flex needs the table mapping of clover dining instead of a list. The list of numbers is overwhelming to the eye. The server can't memorize the numbers easily. The visual on the station and mini helps much more than the flex.

  9. Merchant would like to edit tips from clover device and not have to print paper receipts to take advantage of gateway tipping

  10. When a merchant has order types enabled (i.e. Dine-in, Delivery & Pick-up) the delivery option/CNP transactions should automatically print a receipt with tip line - when Dine-in and Pick-up are selected (CP Transactions) tipping on the Pin-Pad should be the primary tipping method.

    Working with a QRS Pizza delivery shop on a duo that wants in-person tipping on Pin-Pad and a printed receipt with tip line for delivery orders.

  11. Please make available the option to set homepage on Clover web browser.
    There's an option on the menu of the browser but does not work.

  13. Merchant and sales agents before were able to see the upcoming releases in the dashboard. They would like to have this option back as this will help them identify new training opportunity and new feature they have been expected to be added.

  14. Merchant is requesting a feature to be added on the clover devices. He understands that categories can be re-arranged on the dashboard but he would like to be able to re-arrange them on the clover device too.

  15. Having to wait to invoice a customer until I'm at a desktop is not only inconvenient but completely redundant to why I purchased the Clover Go in the first place. This is not mobility and is not simple. Fully regretting leaving square. .03% is not enough of a savings to make this inconvenience "worth it".

  16. This makes no sense why uploaded customers can't be selected for a new invoice. This was why I got clover.

  17. If an item is not entered into the system and an employee is trying to ring it out, it does not give an alert. It still has the same scanning ring. In VERY small font it says "you do not have the permission to enter this" or something to that effect. It would be nice to have a different "error" sound for things that were scanned, but not actually " rung up". Or have LARGE font that the item wasn't rung up.

  19. Merchant has been advised cash log activity is tracked per device. Meaning only device#1's activity can be viewed at device #1. Merchant is requesting the ability to view all logs for cash from any device linked to the MID
