Additional Weight Scale Support
Clover System Currently only supports one weight scale (CAS SW-RS). This weight scale is bulky sits on the countertop and has max weight limit of 20lb. It is long overdue that Clover System developer add support for other weight scales.
Here are some examples:
1. Zebra MP7000 scanner scale
2. CAS LP-1000N
3. Datalogic Magellan 9300i/9400i Barcode ScannerI am sure there are more frustrated clover users like me due to lack of other scale support.

Kitchen tickets settings
Please include setting to print to the kitchen by category. Salad’s together fry’s together burgers together and so on. Two tickets per order 1 by category for the kitchen staff and the 2nd for servers to put it all together for guests

Clover Station Solo must allow accept contactless payments
contactless payment is a trend. Apple pay google pay Samsung pay..... I don't understand why Clover Station solo cannot accept any contactless payments. Even old fashion counter top credit card machine can accept NFC payments. Clover Station Solo cannot !??? Can Clover engineering make it happen? at least support P550 printer as optional !!! Please!

I need to print on a lexmark printer,
I process transactions on a desktop computer and after processing have to go to transactions, search for transactions and print receipt. Would like reciept to be printed automatically on my Lexmark MX511de printer the way FirstData allowed.

device sound
merchant is asking for the feature to be removed or placed at the end of a transaction where it makes a sound to say the payment was successful. States that it is causing confusion for his workers and customers, when t makes the sound, they think the payment is successful and the business is losing money as sometimes it does not go through.

Facial recognition login with Admin role
Need better way to secure higher level access roles at the device. Four and six digit pin have been easily discovered. For those roles can we make the primary to facial recognition and the PIN only if facial has issues via 2FA to email for that role?

secure the Flex from theft and misplacement
often times merchants misplace their Clover Flex especially when there are multiple units that are handled. Then there are times when they are stolen.
Clover ought to consider anti theft mechanism (loud audible alarm or temporary GPS that is activated once and then must be reset)
call it "AFTER The Flex" Anti Flex-Theft Emergency Response

Import export product Images and Description as we have to open new location
Merchant setup Inventory with Pictures and Description and now Merchant open another location he want to move same inventory with product description and pictures to other open location but right we are Only able to export and import inventory category, and other details but not product pictures and Description .It is very time consuming to add pictures of product and description for another location very pain full clover need to fix this issue and allow merchant to import and export product pictures and Description .

inventory build (labor rates/ services)
this would apply to all service companies, like plumbers, electricians and many more. It would be nice to have a service section that is not taxed and you could do a labor rate (hourly) or other time frame and when a user adds it to the invoice you could do it in increments i.e. 1.25 hrs , 2.1 hrs. This is something that I can do on quickbooks. I do like how your app works and I hope to see this in the near future. it would make my invoicing cleaner and less confusing for my customers. communicate via lan
When the internet goes down at a merchants location that has several Clover stations, it would be great if the stations could communicate with each other over their LAN connection. When my bars lose internet the customers can only order drinks at the same exact Clover station where they opened their tab. And they can only close out at that same station as well. I have a bar that has 10 Clover station solos and the customers order from different spots all the time.
Or I have a restaurant where the server drops off the ticket at the table and…

Add note when deleting order
Add the ability to create a note for a deleted item or deleted order and the ability to track deleted orders.

Hi development team,
I love my clover POS since last year and cannot wait to change over my 2 other locations to Clover as well. However, the system lacking the feature of automatically prompt printing to kitchen once an already fired item being deleted or removed. This is first to notify kitchen not to make anymore. Secondly my FOH and BOH are far distance and this is to avoid employee theft as if the order was paid by cash, employee can delete it and no one would know. Enabling Rewards/Customer Loyalty
We have clients that love and utilize our rewards system. It would be nice for our clients to be able to still redeem rewards or collect points with their purchases when using the clover go devices.
We got the clover go devices to be able to speed up our check out process and now we cant utilize the full features like the main stations. It is really upsetting and making us as a business do more work on our end when again, we got these devices to be more efficient.
