Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. A small business owner requested that the Font Size be able to be modified. When asked why, I was informed that in the evening the restaurant turns the lights lower. This makes being able to read the text harder. It would be easier if it was scalable.

  3. Merchant would like to edit tips from clover device and not have to print paper receipts to take advantage of gateway tipping

  4. When a merchant has order types enabled (i.e. Dine-in, Delivery & Pick-up) the delivery option/CNP transactions should automatically print a receipt with tip line - when Dine-in and Pick-up are selected (CP Transactions) tipping on the Pin-Pad should be the primary tipping method.

    Working with a QRS Pizza delivery shop on a duo that wants in-person tipping on Pin-Pad and a printed receipt with tip line for delivery orders.

  6. Merchant and sales agents before were able to see the upcoming releases in the dashboard. They would like to have this option back as this will help them identify new training opportunity and new feature they have been expected to be added.

  7. A report that shows all details from a transaction (name, date, time, employee, SKUs, qty, tax, total, auth code, etc.) so that you can see what each transaction looked like and pull data from it for external systems.

  8. Merchant is requesting a feature to be added on the clover devices. He understands that categories can be re-arranged on the dashboard but he would like to be able to re-arrange them on the clover device too.

  9. Please find a way for the Clover Flex to connect to the Station Duo printer. There should be NO NEED for a merchant to buy a separate bar printer when the Duo printer can be used at the bar.

  10. Firing a CANCELLED or VOIDED/DELETED ticket when an item or order is deleted or cancelled so the kitchen knows to NOT make that item or order

  14. Merchant has been advised cash log activity is tracked per device. Meaning only device#1's activity can be viewed at device #1. Merchant is requesting the ability to view all logs for cash from any device linked to the MID

  15. When closing out my batch it prints batch totals to all devices. Want option to close out all devices but only print batch on one device

  17. I need to restrict the ability to close or finalize a cash transaction by employee. All cash transaction sale can be finalized by manager or other authorized employee

  19. restaurants have been asking for a smaller device to accept orders at tables. They would like something geared more towards the size of a Cellular Device instead of the Flex. This would only be allowed to accept orders, not payments

  20. Clover Mini makes it that when the internal printer fails, you cant use the order printer as a backup. We have one merchant who had a Gen 1 mini, printer fail, buy a second gen one, and right after the year mark, that internal printer failed also....after not finding an affordable solution, the Merchant is calling it quits. We know this is a software issue and profit center, instead of allowing the printer to work, or allowing a P100 or P500, CLOVER CHOOSES NOT to change it.
