  1. On the Kitchen Printer when it pulls out the ticket it should all read on the left side. Example (Bean Burrito) is on the left (with cheese) should also be on the left not on the right.

  2. Can we hardware an order printer. Some kitchen printer straight to the pos please. Make it not reliant on a network. Eliminating a potential problem from the eco system.

  3. I process for a growing franchise called Outer Banks Boil Company. They specialize in low-country boils where they offer "Pots to go" for people that want to steam themselves, or catering where they come to your vacation home and do on-site boils. For their on-site work they use the Clover Go. The ability to accept gift cards AND split checks without having to purchase a Clover Flex is a MUCH NEEDED update, please!

  4. Please improve the battery back-up for the Clover Mini to allow completion of existing orders when there is a power failure. We had a full house when the power went out and the Mini went dark. We were able to use the Handheld device to reenter and complete processing all the orders. When the Mini came back on-line, we had to go in and cancel the original orders.

  5. This product provides the same service of Epson printers with better reliability, ease of use, wifi, bluetooth, and ethernet networking capabilities, and much better cost at $249.99 to purchase new.

  7. Received an official Clover TML90. It's actually got an ethernet interface. yet the clover app only supports a USB connection. You support star printed both USB and ethernet, why not a label printer.As we use a label printer as a kitchen printer, it makes sense to have it located in the kitchen some 50 feet away from the pos - not ideal to run a USB cable that far.

  8. The label printer mentioned above provides the same features and more such as wireless, bluetooth, and ethernet connections. The cost is half of that compared to the Epson and has great reliability.

  11. Is there a way for the CLOVER scanner (camera) to be set up to remove the first & last digit on a barcode to mirror their scanner? I have a merchant who wants to utilize their FLEX to scan items but the inventory barcode do not line up because their scanners are setup to only scan 10 digits not 12 but Clovers built in scanner wants to scan all 12 digits.

  14. It’s not easy for the naked eye on clover flex to have the default but the ability to change category view in clover finding for either the mini clover 2 or the clover flex. The station is fine the way it is displayed.

  15. there should be an option for customers to be selected for a transaction so the merchant can keep track of orders. instead of putting this information in the note sections

  16. Business Type: Butcher Shop

    The merchant has scales setup through out the location along with a Brother-label printer. The scales are not connected directly to the clover devices (Scale: Digi SM 5100)

    The merchant would like to be able to weigh an item, walk to any Clover Station at the location, scan the item (Scanner: Zebra DS 2208) the display would show the item name as well as the price according to weight. I advised the Business Consultant, the clover inventory application requires the item to exist within the inventory database in order to show the name, once recognized as…

  17. Keyboard is affected by syncing on the device . When the device syncs while using the keyboard it would default the keyboard to letters or will just not take the input for a brief period of time. This happens on rare occasions but has been seen on first station and station 2018 specially when looking for items on the inventory.

  18. merchant requesting when a customers sees the option to enter their pin numbers to show numbers and letters as well some customers have their pin with letters instead of numbers .

  19. when entering one order for one item with quantity of more than 1, the qty appears on right as well as item number: this is confusing as it prints on "printer order" showing as "qty number" and "Item number" too close together, making it appear as two numbers together
    example if qty is 5 and item number is "1" , it appears as printed "5 1"
    i think the item number should be on left before item name

  20. After recent update, items printed on kitchen tickets are not separated with a line or spacing options, making the ticket harder to read when multiple items are ordered. A line between items would make reading easier, especially with modifiers.
