Tip Line & suggestion at Printed bill
Merchant would like to see the tip line and suggestions at the bill so he is able to have it on all receipts, for all form of payments accepted at the business.

URGENT - Add payment link to Text or emailed bill (just below QR code)
Please add a payment link to the "Print Bill" (just below the QR code) receipt that can be sent via text or email to the client, so upon receiving a copy of their bill, they can direct their device (without scanning) to the payment screen (as if they have scanned a QR code).
A QR code works only when the actual printer bill (paper) is delivered to the client. What happens when the printed bill is sent via email or text ?? the client will either need to print the receipt, so he can scan it, or use to devices…

Limit one discount per order
Currently, Clover allows to give multiple discount per order. The discount will keep adding up, which discount coupon usually limits 1 coupon per table or per order. This will prevent some employees making mistake or give more discount to customer.

Difficult time with returns and exchanges Clover POS
We are having a very difficult time adjusting to returns and exchanges on the Clover POS. We need negative items available on "Register" so we are able to handle promotional sales we do occasionally as well as exchanges towards the purchase of new product. Please advise. Thank you.

Refunds without receipt issue
We have an issue when issuing a manual refund to a customer without a receipt, there's no way to attach a generic item or specific item to it. Why can't I scan an item or attach a item in the inventory to it? We're in retail and that would make sense. Reporting is very off because of this problem.

Add Alphabet to the Customer Pin entry point on the numbers
You have the alphabet under the number for the merchant pin area but no alphabet under the numbers for the customer Pin number. Please add, People have a word they use for a debit/credit pin password.

Bigger declined credit card notification
when processing a credit or debit card have a bigger declined error message so employees will notice easier.

More prompts when Processing Manually
Merchant stated that he processes cards manually, some of the cards processed are international. stated his older machine gave numerous prompts, card number, cvv, address, zip code, purchase code ect.
stated he would like to be prompted for as much verification as possible in order to lower the cost of the transaction fee and avoid the possible risk of a charge back dispute

Assign taxes to order type
Have the ability to assign a tax rate to a particular order type. Ex. the order type will be the different states they are doing services and within that order, the type will have that state tax applied once clicked

Enable a notice on the device when processing a transaction with a pre-paid card
Merchant called in because she processed a transaction with a pre paid card and the merchant did not have enough funds available and the payment printed a receipt as if the payment went through, merchant would like to receive a warning or any type of notification, advising her that the payment was not completed.

Tip line on PIN debit transactions or ablility to cancel PIN entry
Merchant needs the ability for a PIN debit transaction to allow for the addition of a tip or the ability to turn off PIN entry on the Station. Merchant has many online PIN debit card transactions which do not produce a tip line.

House Accounts
Merchant has requested a functionality for House Accounts
- Restaurants set up house account, where the customer agrees to pay the total amount due by the end of each month. The customer can then simply come in and eat lunch, while accruing charges to their house account and receiving an invoice at the end of the month

Subscibe to Invoice Notifications
Individual Users subscribe to Invoice Paid notifications. Our clover account has one admin at corporate in another country. Her getting paid notifications does not help us any. As sales reps, if we could individually subscribe to invoices for notifications if they get paid, or just if we could be notified on invoices that we create from our account. This would be super helpful.

Tip suggestion printed on the bottom of the bill AND Cash Receipts
Print tip suggestion on the bottom of the bill BEFORE payment, AND print tip suggestion on the bottom of Cash Receipts.
Clover only prints tip suggestion for Credit Card payments.

View Invoice Notes easily
Also please have it so you can view the invoice notes when you click view invoice. Sometimes there are notes there for my bookkeeper and accountants to reference. Right now when we click view invoice we do not see the notes. Again please make the change so we can changing invoice due date. urgently needed for my business.

Clover On-Line - Hosted Checkout
We are trying to use Hosted Checkout so our clients have the ability to pay an invoice on-line at their convenience. The button on our website brings you to the "hosted checkout" which requires the user to in-put their name as well as their credit card info. HOWEVER, the name is not transmitted with the payment information. How are we to know who's paying us?????
