ability to remain in the order when hitting print bill to pay instead of going back to the dining app screen layout. this is just an annoying extra step.

Clover Dining Guest Split payments and tenders
Owner uses clover dining and tables and wants to split different ways on guests or per guest as a guest may pay with 2 different type of cards. Right now it is required to move orders to different table but if all tables are used there are not more split in different and types of tenders by each guests

Customer Name Display in Clover Dining
We can put the customer name in the 'note' but it would be very helpful if the customer name was able to be displayed in the actual floor plan at each table or seat.

Clover Scan to Order App only takes credit card payments, our merchants would like to see a cash option for those who do not want to pay with their credit card.

Cant see which servers are working which tables anymore
Recently I cant see which server has opened a table. Neither can the server. Causing the wrong tables to closed out. Told to edit the floor plan and make the tables larger. our floor plan wont allow for us to make the tables any bigger than they already are. Tech support is blaming the latest update. Can you please fix.

In clover dining
In clover dining managers an/or staff should be able to move, edit, or delete credit card transactions without having to delete the entire transaction and start over.

Split a menu item between guests….not the ticket but the actual menu item 2 way, 3 way, (default to number of guests).
Example Scenario: Waiter has opened a table in Clover Dining and has 4 Guests. Each guests has ordered a menu item. Guest 1 decided to share a menu item with Guest 2. That menu item cost $10.00
Solution. When selecting the menu item on the screen previously to payment 3 dots appear. When those dots are selected more options appear to pay for that item or move that item.

Inventory/No way to find if a modifier group was added to a menu item after a specific date
Handle case that we add/remove a modifier group from a menu item and we want to retrieve catalog changes after a specific modifiedTime. Now the above action doesn't change the modifiedTime to items/modifierGroups. So if we want to track catalog changes after a specific date we have to fetch all modifierGroups and their items, and check if an item has been added/removed.

void option in Clover Dining
Merchant would love an option to void an order once it has been fired to the kitchen, as they encounter issues from time to time with items in an order that need to be removed from the records

Add and edit item variant on web dashboard??
I am a new Clover subscriber and while I am trying to set up a menu on the dashboard I was told I could not add item variant on dashboard but have to do it on the device. Isn't dashboard the most convenient place to edit and manage things while with the touch screen you do not even have a key board to type? Made me wonder are there more ridiculous design of the software of Clover.......

Different Menus
We have one main company and 3 different menus for different areas. I can't have my staff scrolling through to try to find the correct menu / item. We should be able to have a main category - subcategories level - and then the items with modifiers.

I think that it would be great if we were able to “rearrange” the order and placement of the “menu items” when you are on the “register app”.
i find that this is a big issue.
as you enter new items into inventory, they get placed at the BOTTOM of the menu list…but if this new item is a big seller and the button gets used a lot, i would like to be able to drag it to the top of the screen so i don’t have to scroll down or search for it.colours:

Expand Reporting to the Guest Level when using Clover Dining.
When using Clover Dining we are putting orders in at the guest level. Because of this we would like to see reporting down to the guest level. Thus # of guests served, average order / guest, break down of orders by guest (Food, Drink, Appetizers, etc.).

Bar and More Employee Name
In the Clover Dining App, on the Bar and More tab... each tab can show the customer name, but it is valuable to also show the employee/server name here. This is valuable for bars that have multiple bar tenders, multiple bars and for called in to-go orders.

Clover Dining Inventory Management
When a menu item is out of stock, Clover Dining does not give the option to remove the ability for a server to continue ordering that item.
Servers can still place the order causing many issues. Also, quantity on hand is not updated until an item is paid for - this does not help the issue when orders are held in the saved/orders app until a table is paid. This has caused many lost sales as we are a reseller for Clover9 votes -
Per Device Default Order Type
It would be great to have the ability to set the "Order Type" default per device.
For example. The Clover Station in the bar defaults to "Dine-In" while a Clover Flex is used outside for Curbside orders without having the user have to change the order type on the Non-Table Order or the Register App each time an order is done.
This would allow flexiblity to have some Flex Units default to "Curbside" or "Special Event" if they are used for outside catering.

Allow merchants to delete all text on kitchen tickets that are not necessary for their operation
In a busy kitchen, every detail matters and streamlining line flow is critical. There seems to be no way to delete all the extra text on our kitchen tickets, despite having no use for our operation. For example, there is no way to delete "Server: NAME", despite our operation not needing this information. Also, our tickets print the time the order was received, the time the order was printed, and the date/time in a separate location - all we need is the time! Why can't we get rid of all the extra text? Finally, at the end of each ticket…
