The ability to assign cash drawers to an employee, cashier in the clover app. Ability to assign single or multiple. Ability to run and drawer report and remove/cash out employee till and reassign new employee.

Tip Pooling
Clients are asking for Tip Pooling, not a 3rd party app. There are many different ways tips can be collected and paid out. We need more settings and control over who a tip is assigned to and reporting for end of shift tips reconciling.

Open tab/order transfer option in Register or Orders app.
As a bar with no table service, I use the Register app, and there needs to be an option to transfer open tabs between employees at shift change.

Ability to restrict certain employees access to delete items prior to Save, Fire, or Cash, but not afterwards
This should be for all devices. We should be able to control access to delete items before fire, save, or cash, and NOT AFTER fire, save or cash.

Using Email or Text For Two Factor Authentication
If two factor authentication is going to be required please provide the option to use text or an email. There are places that don't have cell service but do have internet. If something happens to my cell phone then I am not able to access my account! We use email to verify our account when working with customer service so please allow this alternative if two factor authentication is going to be required!!

Two-Factor Authentication should be a system wide configuration setting
Two-Factor Authentication should be an optional system wide configuration setting for all users associated with a merchant account. This will enable the Owner admin to enforce a secure login policy for all users.
Two-Factor Authentication is currently an optional configuration for each user profile. Therefore, a secure login policy via Two-Factor Authentication cannot be enforced as it requires that the individual user enable it for their profile. It also cannot be verified, as only the individual user has access to their profile.

Hello clover, we are very angry that you are forcing us to use the 2 factor authentication. There are two of us that use the clover dashboard and we both have a computer that we use. There isn't cell service up here where our business is so cell phones cannot be used. After numerous calls, being on hold over and over again and transferred over and over again I finally got someone that could tell me about the authentication app. So I installed the app on both computers but can only get it to work on one computer and it…

Add Dispute Tab Permission for other users.
The new Dispute tab is great! we no longer need to go on business track directly to supply the evidence, instead we can do it straight on clover.
However please add it under permission so that we can give access to our dispute team to respond the the chargeback. Currently we had to give our full admin login to them in order to have access to that tab, you can imagine the issue having to give the full login to them without any restrictions to other reports and info on the dash.

Two-Factor Authentication is NOT user friendly at all!
It should be our choice if we want to use it and should be able to turn it off or on ourselves. Not user friendly - staff should not need to use their personal phones to get access codes, especially as we ask our staff to keep their phones in their lockers. Getting a landline call to get a code is time consuming and NOT user friendly because if you miss that window of getting the code in, you need to start all over again. Please make it to where we have the option to suggest tips in percentage and dollar amounts.
Currently you can only offer tip suggestions as a percentage, but as a coffee shop dollar amounts make more sense. People typically tip $1.00 -$5.00 per drink and with the percentage tipping option it doesn't even come close. It cuts baristas short by doing percentage suggestions even when upping percentages, and takes away the convienence option for customers when they have to exclusively custom tip. Giving us the option of percentage or dollar and letting us set our own tip options would be amazing. Thanks.

Restrict tender type by employees
Merchant would like to restrict their tender types to certain employees to force that for e.x., cash to be taken only by admin roles to force employees to give the money to people with that role.

Merchant states any employee should be able to receive the closeout email. Merchant states he shouldn't have to change the owners email in order to get it accomplished.

Option to see if multiple servers helped with one order
I have spoken to two different restaurants that would like the capability to see in reporting when a transfer of table/server happened. For example : Server A is serving a table gets them up to entrée point but has to leave so she transfers the table/orders to Server B. Server B handles the table from there til they cash out. They need a way to see that Server A was also involved with that table for tip purposes.

If Managers or Admins were able to assign employees to an order this would allow for Driver management for delivery businesses.

Add Permission to restrict Clover Go app usage.
Create a permission setting to allow or not allow employees to use Clover go. Currently this is driven by an email address in the employee settings, which also gives employee access to the dashboard. There are many cases especially in large accounts where you would want an employee to be able to run reports from the dashboard, but would not want them to be able to load the app and run transactions. Or be able to use the Clover Go app without having access to the dashboard.
