Food beeper integration
I have a Beeper system that works in my Food Court. The Kiosk must have an option where the customer has the option of taking a number and that it also appears printed on the ticket as an identifier of the order if the customer decides not to give their phone number for privacy reasons in order to locate them within the Food Court (8 restaurants and 30 tables).

Multi KDS Kitchen & Server Mode Needed
Need a "Server/Food Runner Mode" on multi KDS situation with functionality that ensures orders don't disappear from the server screen when the Kitchen marks an item as ready. Currently, "Expo Mode" doesn't support this feature.
In this Server Mode, an indicator (e.g., a dot) could appear next to each item to show it has been marked as ready by the Kitchen. When the server touches the item on their screen, it would then be marked as completed on the Server Mode Screen. This would be an ideal solution. Thank you.

Online Menu on Google
Online Menu on Google Suppose to be on the top of the online ordering list and it suppose to be named with the restaurant name, because our online list start with Grubhub and seamless and doordash then Order Clover so Order Clover has to be the first then it is better to call it with the restaurant name because a lots of customer does not know what Order clover means and they think it is another ordering company instead of knowing that is our direct online ordering especially that it has our original prices comparing to other online ordering companies…

Catering app or catering order functions added to clover
there is a widespread need for a Catering app or catering order functions added to clover. restaurants need the ability to take a catering order from clover inventory items, send that order as a proposal, have the client accept the proposal and partial pay (deposit) or full pay the order, then track food quantity needed, date for preparation, date for pickup or delivery, delivery location, and confirmation. There is NO clover app of function for this, and no really good web-based option either.

If we could add a column stating this information it would be greatly appreciated. If necessary, you could replace the column labeled ID/Notes as these numbers are simply gibberish (no offence intended) to us at this end of your system.

Kiosk - TM-L90 Sticky Label Printer
Please give the Kiosk access to the labels app and/or program compatibility with an Epson TM-L90 sticky label printer. When merchants are running Clover POS with an Epson TM-L90 and want to integrate kiosks into their cafe/restaurant to expand their service volume, kiosks are not a realistic option without having similar functionalities as the Clover Mini. Competitors like Chowbus and Infi kiosks have seamless integrations with label printers, and have become favorable options for our merchants, unfortunately.

Allow merchants to change default reporting type in the reporting app on the device
Currently the default option is set to condensed reporting, merchant would like an option to have it default to a full report which is not available at the moment.

Transaction report by hour.
I would like to see a way to download a report from the Dashboard of transactions by hour. I use the CloverGo app a lot, but shows total revenue (per location). There is a way to see the number of transactions, but you have to tap 3 times to find that. A separate chart on the Go app or Dashboard would help. I prefer to see (for staffing) the number of tickets/transactions per hour. This report would be able to print daily/monthly to show sales by hour and if I need to adjust staffing. I appreciate that Clover is always trying to improve. I think it would be a great idea if you had a focus group comprised of business owners and sales reps that you present to before making changes. For instance, yesterday you updated the reporting feature and eliminated the total number of transactions. Now the merchant must add the total of credit card, debit card and cash transactions to get the total transactions for the day. New Guest Cover count report not as expected
I see that this report is now available, however, will it be able to show the total cover counts for past dates? When i click on the report, it just launches me into Clover Dining and shows me the current open tables. I need this report to show me how many total guests we had on specific past dates.

Hide Menu Category From POS Devices
I want to be able to disable/hide a menu category from the POS devices without fully removing it. If a menu category is unused at the moment, we should be able to hide it without deleting the category to keep the items there and not have to rebuild the menu items if they come back in the future.

Reporting by hour with items and categories
It would be incredibly helpful to have a report that shows how many items are sold per hour, broken down by product and category. This feature would allow merchants to easily identify their peak sales hours and understand which products perform best at different times of the day.
With this insight, businesses can make smarter decisions regarding staffing, promotions, and inventory planning.

Online Ordering 3rd party integration
Merchants using Online Ordering with Clover and have Grubhub ,Doordash, UberEats integrated. When implementing stock count on the inventory, anything that gets ordered from online "Grubhub, Doordash, UberEats" should deduct the stock count automatically.

Tender Type Restriction
Custom tender type should have the option to be restricted for the employees and can be used by Admin or Manager only. Or whomsoever admin wants to provide access to. This is very important for restaurants.

Tip Management
When printing out employee sales report from the POS system, there’s confusion as to what the additional charges entail. Merchants that are on surcharge program face reconciliation discrepancies when it comes to separating additional charges collected by servers. Additional charges both include gratuity / service fee charge, and surcharge fees.
For faster and more efficient reporting reconciliation, is there a way that the POS reporting printout receipt can separate surcharge fees from gratuity fees or any other additional charges? As opposed to just lumping both of these fee types under additional charges.
