More user friendly
There should be a way to see the card holder name after you submit the payment. You should be required to enter the customer name data before submitting payment.

Disputes Lack Info
I just wanted to leave some feedback about disputesd charges. Whenever we get a dispute, we get no information about what they are disputing. Am I just suppose to say OK, here is $200 back for no reason? I very much would like to know the reason for any dispute charge we get. Do you think you were overcharged for something? Did you hit the wrong tip amount? I need more to work with before I can even attempt to resolve whatever issue they have.

Stop making Reporting Worse!
I would like to see adjustable columns on reports, the ability to add more columns in (such as current inventory in item sales reports). The ability to export to excel. We use item sales and inventory for our ordering but the last set of update has made this not useful using the web portal. We now have to go through our inventory item by item once or twice a week (with over 10k items), and hope we dont miss anything.

Bring back the ability to uncheck "All Categories" in the item sales reporting!
I have around 100 categories that I need to reference sales reports on and it used to be that I could go to the drop down and uncheck "All Categories" and then select the one I needed. Removing that option now means that I have to uncheck a hundred categories to isolate the one. Please replace the ability to uncheck all!

Inventory "Manual" reduction vs. "Automatic" reduction
Inventory "Manual" reduction vs. "Automatic" reduction.
When setting Inventory to automatically track reduction when items are sold, the "Manage Availability" option is defaulted to "Manual" instead of "Automatic."
Which means that each time a new item is added, the merchant must remember to edit and change to "Automatic." It makes no sense. It should be defaulted to "Automatic" since the Inventory setting on top left show that stock levels will reduce automatically. Can this be corrected. Alternate Name Field
It would be very helpful to have the ability to add/edit the "alternate name" field within the dashboard or inventory app. This currently lives in the import template file only and we use this to print our product labels.

On the Item Sales Report, the SKU and Product Code are the same, taking from the SKU i think. The product code is not accurately showing. This needs to be fixed.

Save report filters
We would like our reports to save automatically so we don't have to reset the filters every time. It'd be ideal if the Dashboard could display the filters we have already set so we do not have to recreate them every time

Expand quantity view per page
We'd like to be able to view up to 999 items per page like before the last update. Now we can only view 200 per page which means more clicks and room for error having to switch between more pages

Modifiers Percentage Pricing
Modifiers pricing should have the options to be fixed or variable by percentage. All our catalog is customizable and the prices must vary depending on the quantity and the price of each variable. If a customer orders more (eg. business cards) the modifiers should increase the value by a percentage. Modifiers been fixed, at certain quantity break, make the cost of the items very low or very high. Creating a the same fixed modifier for every quantity would be a gigantic task.

Clover Online
Currently for Online stores for retail, there are no shipping or mailing options, there are only instore pickup and door dash delivery. This is limiting merchants from gaining shoppers because you CAN NOT turn both functions off. One must remain on or the website is turned off.
There is not enough allowed characters for customers to put contact information.
Categories do not have the ability to add descriptions.

Reporting - Category for Existing Reports
There are many existing filters for reports, except categories. For small businesses categories are important to differentiate sales and allow posting of entries to an accounting program. Adding a category filter to existing reports would be a simple fix and help immensely to ease our operations.

"Mark as Completed" Button for Pick Up Orders
Pick up/ Shipping order notification with QR code.
It would be good to have a button "Mark as Completed" on some active orders so when the order is completed it sends a notification via text/email to the customer telling them the order has been completed with a QR code generated if it was marked "for pick up" or the tracking # if marked "for shipping".
When customer comes to the store to pick up we scan the QR, it would open the order and not allow the release of the merchandise ONLY until it's paid in full for partially paid…

Re-Order button option.
Add a button to "re-order" in the customer order history. B2B business would be more efficient and convenient if it has a re-order option. Going to customer profile/orders, you select a past order to see the details and you can start a new order with it as a base. After hitting the "re-order" button you are given the chance to check the items the customer wants to re-order in the new order with updated pricing in the register app, following this flow you can even add another option to "add more items from another past order" (in case the customer…

Choose Multiple Devices in Reporting
We need the ability to choose more than one device in reporting. Currently the only options are All Devices or the individual devices. Please include an option to choose which devices to include in a report.
