Welcome to the Clover Services Forum.  You're here because you are a Clover Services merchant and would like to submit ideas that you feel would enhance/improve Clover's current offerings in the Services space. 

In order to submit your idea you'll need to give it a Title then select the Category that best matches your idea.  Below are brief descriptions of the Clover Retail Categories.

Appointments: Ideas related to Clover’s Appointment software.

Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software. This includes permissions, viewing and editing employee roles, employee satisfaction, scheduling, owner access and more. If you have tipping suggestions, please include these ideas in the Tipping category of the Taking Payments forum.

Engagement: Share your thoughts on Clover’s built-in software that allows businesses to manage customers including viewing/storing customer information.
Clover GO: Clover GO is a mobile POS system designed for businesses that need to accept payments on the go.

Hardware: Ideas related to Clover hardware in the Restaurant space

Inventory: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clover’s inventory management software.

  4. It would be the reverse of discount, like add an additional % on custom items, for example when we are building a chain sling we add 10% of the total item as a build fee, but you only give a flat fee as an option would be nice to change it to a %

  5. Our customers book with us based on time, we need a way to have the flexibility to choose one of our courts and punch in how much time a customer is spending which then computes the right pricing.

    Ie: 1hr is $50 , 1.5hr is 5+25 = $75

    Our employees should be able to punch in the amount time so the price can adjust accordingly.

  6. Please allow the Sales Overview to populate third party gift card information in the "Gift Card Activations" section of "Sales". The Register app populates Gift Card Redemptions as as Item but activations are not captured. Not acknowledging third party data for gift cards creates a gap in sales and tax reporting which makes bookkeeping more difficult than it has to be.

  7. We do not use the full inventory system, but we do enter a category (one of 10) for every transaction by using the "Register" app. We have removed all permissions for the "Sales" app. However, there is not reporting option that provides us with transaction totals by "category". We need this option.

    Daily batch reports do not total by category nor is there any report that filters by category. Tech support has told me there is no such option.

  8. Report that shows the last time that an employee logged into the dashboard and device. this will allow admins to better manage their employees list.

  9. Please provide me report for hourly trend sales per monthly basis. I get hourly net sale trend only per day. I need trends per month. Thank you and please respond.

  12. I was told that the points/rewards would be tracked on my phone/app? and I would be notified when rewards were ready. How many points do I need? How do I track them or correct the records?

  13. Please allow the remaining balance on a gift card to automatically print on the payment receipt. It slows down a business when they need to go to the gift card app to see the balance

  14. The should be an option to add parenthesis and dashes to the phone number that appears on the customers receipts.

  16. Merchant has to pay a percentage of sales to the mall where she has her business and would like an easier way to figure how much she owes without showing on the receipt.

  17. There needs to be a way for the us to access invoices via the POS and mark paid when the customer comes in to pick up the order. Which would allow us to mark the orders paid without deleting the order and having to input everything again at the register. We also need to be able to itemize the invoice for our customer. I know that you can from Square and QuickBooks.

  18. The merchant would like a feature to allow individual user id to pull reports that only show what that individual user id has captured in sales. We are an academic institution with certain levels of information (donors) that we don't want student employees seeing. However still want the students to have access to the reporting function. So we need them to be able to pull reports but have certain information blocked out to their specific account reports

  20. It would be helpful if we had the option to sort alphabetically. I need to input the sales by device into a spreadsheet and the card types aren't always in the same order.
