  1. I would like to access prep times per order & per day. We receive at times that food took too long and then we need to access the data. Also to monitor the efficiency of the kitchen.

  2. Why doesn't a Clover Compact allow for manually keyed in transaction, when attempting an Authorization Only? This is supported on all other devices.

  4. New Clover Kiosk Needs to have a DONE or No receipt button for the kiosk to not force to have to print a payment receipt every single transaction as most customers dont want paper payment receipts. except maybe an order receipt.
    please add this option just like every other clover device has this option to skip the payment receipt so that paper receipts are not piled up all on the floor or around the kiosk because of customers not wanting it.

  5. All Devices including duo,mini,flex. It would help a lot if the order receipt printed out with the items price, as of right now when you make an order and sve it the receipt prints out with all the info except the price of the items.

  6. This would be for all devices, I would like to be able to hide categories in the register display. I run a business that does two different things every six months of the year from ski shop in the winter to bike shop in the summer, so it would make things alot more efficient for my store to only have the categories that are specific to that season be visible on my register display.

  8. It would be nice if when adding a customer onto a new order that the option would be available to send the add customer page to the customer station for them to fill-out instead of the associate being the one to ask them their information and fill it out. Possible a pop-up asking associate to send page to customer or not.

  9. this would have to appy to all clover station devices including flex and mini.
    It would be nice if their was a function to link specific categories with specific order types, for instance if i have a repairs order type when my associate clicks on an order type to start a new "repair order" only the categories that are linked to that order type will display on the register order screen. This would be helpful so the associate would not have to scroll through all category types to find the associated category for that order type. This is mostly because…

  11. When making the orders on the KDS there needs to be the actual time on the top bar of the screen not just the timer when the item was fired.

  12. Clover should give an option to change the long receipt barcode into fewer numbers. I have to note down the transaction ID or barcode for review purposes later on. Printing out is impossible. It is much better to key a few numbers then I can pull the previous transaction again whenever I need quickly.

  13. the KDS will display ( totals or "all days"). if there are 3 orders in the KDS, it will display the "all day" totals in the queue , if there are 2 NY steak orders on all three orders, the KDS will display they are a total of 9 NY steaks that are needed

  14. On future generations of Clover Flex terminals suggest moving the position of the ON/Off button. Here is the feedback from several merchants: when passing the terminal for payment many customers prefer to pick up the terminal when entering PIN or inserting card and often accidentally turn off the terminal. This is very annoying in a fast paced environment.

  15. On the new clover kiosk, it should be an option to show the items on Kiosk instead of having to select the items to show online and to show on POS, the clover kiosk is at the business, and we would like to show our menu to our customers that are at the business.

  16. Merchants need the ability to search their inventory items by UPC-A barcodes as that is the most common form of barcodes used in the US. Currently, other Clover devices can search by the barcode format just fine, but not the Clover Go App

  18. Linerless labels are gaining popularity with QSR restaurants, coffee and tea shops included. I don't believe the Clover thermal kitchen printer Star TSP100 will work with those labels/paper.

  19. As a service business owner in Canada, I'd love to see a plug in swipe reader brought north of the border - right now our only option is Square. Would love to see this in Clover

  20. Customers that already setup for recurring payments sometimes have an update on their credit card with a new expiration date only. There seems to be no way to apply the update without replacing the card. This requires to call the customer and acquire all of the card information. This is more time consuming that necessary for the customer and myself. This feature was available for Payeezy Gateway. Please consider making this available on Clover Virtual Terminal.
