It would be awesome to have the order times, delayed orders, overdue orders, order types available in the reporting section on the clover dashboard.

New Clover Kiosk Needs to have a DONE or No receipt button for the kiosk to not force to have to print a payment receipt every single transaction as most customers dont want paper payment receipts. except maybe an order receipt.
please add this option just like every other clover device has this option to skip the payment receipt so that paper receipts are not piled up all on the floor or around the kiosk because of customers not wanting it.3 votes -
KDS should not show already printed orders
Currently the KDS will show all orders even the ones already expedited to the customer. Example
I put in an appetizer for the customer of an order of Bruschetta. On the KDS the kitchen will touch the screen to say its ready and it is removed. 10 minutes later I place their main course and the KDS will show the Bruschetta (with a check mark) and the rest of the order. When a kitchen is busy you are now asking the kitchen to make sure they look for a check mark. This needs to be resolved where the item does…2 votes -
Custom split & check overage
When splitting a transaction I would like to remove the 2-ways, 3-ways, 4-ways, 5-ways and 6-ways. Only pay all and custom.
When a customer writes a check for over the amount of the sale, the amount of the change to give the customer is given.

Ability to update an item from in the category to in stock
Merchant would like to be able to open an item category and update the items via the "In Stock" toggle within the category rather than having to use the item list to toggle the item in stock.

Pinpad without power needed for Clover Compact
A pinpad without power is needed for the Clover Compact! With the Clover Compact terminal only using another Compact as a pinpad makes it very difficult to use because of the power needed for the pinpad!

KDS - Multiple Courses
KDS - Multiple Courses - show all the courses and firing by prep time
Different dishes has different prep time, therefore some 2nd course dishes need to be fired at the same time as 1st course dishes.
Some items are fulfilled quickly and can end up getting cold (or warm) while waiting for service, and other items need more time. It slows service down.

Fixing Scanning Issues
Since the update, whenever we scan a single item on our dashboard, it jumps around to a bunch of different items in inventory and brings up a random list of them, and we have to look through to find the one that we scanned. We've spent hours on the phone, updated everything we can hardware and software wise, and even bought a new scanner. This only started after the update, it is definitely a Clover malfunction.

Add Customer
It would be nice if when adding a customer onto a new order that the option would be available to send the add customer page to the customer station for them to fill-out instead of the associate being the one to ask them their information and fill it out. Possible a pop-up asking associate to send page to customer or not.

Food Court Beeper
I have a Bepper system that works in my Food Court. The Kiosk must have an option where the customer has the option of taking a number and that it also appears printed on the ticket as an identifier of the order if the customer decides not to give their phone number for privacy reasons in order to locate them within the Food Court (8 restaurants and 30 tables).

Multi KDS Kitchen & Server Mode Needed
Need a "Server/Food Runner Mode" on multi KDS situation with functionality that ensures orders don't disappear from the server screen when the Kitchen marks an item as ready. Currently, "Expo Mode" doesn't support this feature.
In this Server Mode, an indicator (e.g., a dot) could appear next to each item to show it has been marked as ready by the Kitchen. When the server touches the item on their screen, it would then be marked as completed on the Server Mode Screen. This would be an ideal solution. Thank you.

Problem with printing orders
I have a huge problem with the clover kiosk. There are 2 payment options, Credit Card and Cash, but if you select the Cash option you have to wait for the Duo Station. Customers complain because their orders are delayed. Solution: After selecting the Cash option, the order must be printed on the order printer so as not to lose your place in the order queue.

Why doesn't a Clover Compact allow for manually keyed in transaction, when attempting an Authorization Only? This is supported on all other devices.

Please fix Clover dinning app FIRE ALL glitch.
When pressing “Fire All” screen returns to table layout as the order has been printed/ sent to the kitchen printer. But when go back to the table it is not marked as “printed”
The screen should remain in such order screen if “Fire All” did not go thru.
Tried below but did NOT resolve the issue.
