  1. Order receipt DOTTED LINE format option doesn’t work with Star 700 kitchen printer.
    When using the Large Font along with the dotted lines, the dotted lines wrap to two lines instead of only one.

  2. I have the external scanner hooked up to my clover mini. I need the ability to shut off the onboard scanner. It is an awkard customer experience to have the little scanner window pop up when there is an external scanner.

  3. Full disclosure regarding my "clover rewards not working" complaint write up:
    My previous write up was extremely critical and I want to now speak of a much better customer service experience.
    Today, tech customer service rep, Rodney, helped me to see that my rewards program is working as intended by reviewing my dashboard. My issue was not the rewards program.

  5. I have a Clover mini Gen2. I upgraded to a Gen3. Now the new Gen3 printer receipt sounds really choppy and seems a little bit slower. I have both machines side by side doing a test print. I even share the sound to the Tech Support Assistant who is online speaker phone to hear both of them do a test print.

    The new Clover Mini Gen3 printing is not smooth like the old mini GEN2. The sound is choppy and louder and does NOT print smoothly when it comes out of the thermal printer. Is it really supposed to sound…

  6. we have clover and we have a spa bsuiness that sells retail creams, and besuty products. we need to add an image and a anrea for a brief discription so it can dispaly onthe terminal and and as the client can see it on the screen. this is will be helpful

  7. I have been informed, by a clover customer representative, that my clover flex doesn't currently offer/have the ability to change the settings to prompt me to enter the billing information associated with the credit card I am processing. If I enter in the address information, I receive a better interchange rate/fee = saving me money... I switched processing companies TO SAVE MONEY, if I can't enter in billing address information, I will be LOSING money, due to higher fees!

  8. BIGGER FONTS FOR THE KITCHEN!

    My parents are old and i'm sure not everyone who is in the kitchen is 20-30 years old, so they don't see very well so a bigger size on the kitchen printer would be a good solution.

    Im sure its not that hard to change the fonts.

    Im confident clover is written in Java with something else (i might be wrong but still)
    small, medium, Large must have some sort of simple variables and adding 2 more variables for bigger fonts should be a 2 h job (including bug fixing, eventhough there should not be…

  9. Being able to enter qty by fractions. For example, We sell Fabric by the yard but often people want it at 11/2 yards or 11/4 yards, ect. It would be great if inventory would track by fractions and also register would allow input of fractions when choosing qty. instead of only being able to chose whole numbers.

  10. COLO needs to offer merchants the option of delivery using their own drivers. Further, we need to allow merchants to assign a driver thereafter (after the order arrives). This is requested by dozens of my clients, and is the primary reason(s) why they chose to use BentoBox or another competitor instead. PLEASE add this capability, TY!

  11. We need the ability to alarm kitchen staff when a new order ticket is printed. The kitchen staff cannot constantly stare at the order ticket printer. So many POS/Printers offer the ability or at least a plug-n-play peripheral to make sound, however Clover chose not to build the feature to send signal to printer to make sound. This feature should have been there from the start considering how helpful it is to ensure orders are started timely. Please Please Please make this happen for the thermal order ticket printer.

  12. I got problem with customer complain that when we select pay. the customer see only the amount of the items price + tips, but they don't see the taxes include. For example: the item about is $9 + taxes $1. So total on my cashier screen is $10 but on the customer screen is only $9 with tips option. It's show total include taxes anywhere on the screen alt all. Is there anyway you can add it to the screen that would be better.

  13. The new interface on our flex 2 is nice and clean. But, with the new interface clients often push "done" and we have to go back through the menus to print our receipt.
    The "done" button is too inviting. Would like "done" to not be highlighted and instead say "return to clerk" or something similar with highlighting. The done or print buttons should stay available.
    Receipts are easy to retrieve but still additional work.

  14. Would be good to have Inventory Migration via Multi Dashboard.
    Sometimes exporting & importing the inventory file can take hours of work if there are duplicate items which cannot be imported. I have spend 10-15 hours on large inventory files exported from clover to try to get them to import into clover.
    Seems like you should be able to migrate the inventory file if the 2 accounts are connected. Or have a tierII backend process for this.

  15. Online Ordering currently only notifies via email for Scheduled Orders, and Merchant would like to set it so ALL Online orders will send an email notification as just printing to the Clover Mini is not enough as their is no sound associated with the incoming Online order, Merchant either wants the ability to setup an email to notify this or to have the device to provide a sound that an online order has come through.

  16. Two cash drawers have a spot each on the Solo hub, so why can't the functionality be developed (we asked for this three years ago) so a bartender can get assigned to their own drawer for the business owner to avoid theft and employee finger pointing. There are two spots ready for this development! We need this to close a $5M high volume location needing 30+ clover devices! 7 18 2023 JC.

  18. I have many employees who save tabs without payment and this causes many issues. I would like there to be an option for us to only be able to save orders if there's a card on file for payment.

  19. Please allow Epson TM-T20II Receipt Printer to be connected to Clover Mini C301 via USB, because the built-in receipt printer no longer prints legible receipts despite cleaning efforts of the thermal print head. We need this option ASAP since we are receiving customer complaints. Buying a new Clover Mini is not an option - the device works great otherwise! Receipt layout does not require any changes since the Epson printer has adjustable guides to fit our current paper rolls. Thank you.

  20. Merchant setup Inventory with Pictures and Description and now Merchant open another location he want to move same inventory with product description and pictures to other open location but right we are Only able to export and import inventory category, and other details but not product pictures and Description .It is very time consuming to add pictures of product and description for another location very pain full clover need to fix this issue and allow merchant to import and export product pictures and Description .
