2. ALLOW DISCOUNTS WITH DECIMAL FOR TAX FREE WEEKEND

   Tax free week is coming up and only certain items in inventory are classified as being tax free. We have tens of thousands of items in inventory so instead of doing two separate order which is a huge pain in the butt when busy, it'd be much easier if Discounts allowed us to create a discount with a decimal (7.5%) because that is Duval County, FL tax. Please advise.

3. URGENT!!I need a function added to the Clover Station Duo to determine taxes automatically depending on the ORDER TOTAL not INDIVIDUAL ITEMS

   I own a coffee shop in Ontario and am currently trying to use the Clover Station Duo. In Ontario our tax system is set that if a transaction is under $4 we are only to charge 5% on that purchase. As soon as an order transaction reaches $4.01 (so any purchase over $4.00) the system needs to automatically switch to a 13% tax. Currently you have it set up that individual items have a tax assigned to them. This does not work at food retailers in Ontario that sell items under $4.

   Example:

   You come in and purchase a $1.43 coffee. That coffee is under $4 so the government wants 5% tax to be applied. Bring the grand total to $1.50. (Before tax price $1.43 + 5% ($0.07) = $1.50)

   Now if you want to purchase more than one coffee your order total will be more than $4.00. Therefore, you will be charged HST (any purchases over $4.00)

   4 Coffees at $1.43 (4 x $1.43 = $5.72 before taxes)
   SO as you can see the subtotal (before taxes are over $4.00) so 13% needs to be charged.

   Subtotal + 13% tax = Grand total
   ( $5.72 + 13% ($0.75) =$6.47

   Additionally, the function to assign an item with no tax needs to remain in effect. As any packaged food item is not required to be taxes as per the Government of Canadas tax system.

   Example: We sell bags of our coffee but because it already is bagged up we are not providing a service therefore we do not need to charge taxes.

7. Option to Print out tip suggestions on reciept or show on screen on demand.

   It would be great if you could include a button that allows us the option to show tip suggestions on the screen or print on receipt on demand. Sometimes I need it to be printed on paper when bring it to a customers table and other times if they pay at the register i would like it to show on the screen. I know you can choose one or the other in print settings but its a hassel to switch back and fourth

8. Add more character to "invoice Number"

   At this time, we can only add 12 characters to “invoice number”. This causes a problem for some traders. It would be better to increase the limit to 30 characters and more.

9. APPLE PAY TIP ENTRY ISSUE

   When a customer pays with Apple pay, it allows them to enter a tip but does not show the tip in the tips app. It acts as if that transaction has not entered any tip. This is true for all nfc payment methods.

13. Integrate with Mitchell 1 (Automotive SW) for all Automotive Repair businesses

    Apparently all automotive merchants (according to this merchant) utilize Mitchell 1 Software in their industry. I recommend Clover integrates with it to offer the ability to process transactions as he said their pricing is extremely high and they don't have options. Just a thought.

14. Manual refunds tracking items returned

    Manual refunds should be able to inclue items from inventory so merchant can net sales of those items and keep inventory updated.

15. Quick Sale Option

    Merchant would like to be able to have a quick sale option for a parking garage. Merchant wants to be able to have customer insert/swipe card and the device to automatically have a predetermined amount; also would like to be able to hit the option of CASH when customer has cash instead of choosing the amount of cash.

16. BOGO 1/2 OFF REFUND CALCULATOR

    When running bogo 1/2 off sales which we do daily, Clover software doesnt work. If the customer is bringin back the higher price item from the BOGO 1/2 off sale, the refund only know to either issue the full dollar amount for that. It should be far less because a customer should never be allowed to get a free t shirt at half off. Please fix! It's so time consuming having to caluclate on the side the dollar amount we then have to issue as a manual refund. Inventory is also off at that point too because there's no log of it coming back into the system. All retailers deal with BOGO 1/2 and returns that follow.

17. Ability to Capture Signature for custom tender type

    There are clients for whom merchant would like provide In-House service/delivery/takeout of the items.

    This In-House items/service will be billed or invoiced once a month and they would like to get a signature option to be printed with the custom tender type sales to record the pickup/delivery.

    Is it possible to add something in that nature to ease up the confusion of if the item/service was received or not.

19. Include Price of transaction on Signature Screen

    Merchant is requesting for the price of the transaction to be included on the Signature Screen. Stated they have had several customers who've expressed being uncomfortable signing and not be able to make that final confirmation of the amount.
