FastPay to have a $20 option, since this is what most people pay with.
Currently, if there is a low ticket price items (ie. $4, there is only a few options, the closest denominations to $4, but no $20)

Customize Sales Tax
The store should be able to set the luxury tax for some products.
For some products, the sales tax only comes from which is above a certain price.

Would love to have the invoice number field expanded and the bar code reader work so a user can scan a document and it auto fill into the invoice number field

Transaction App: Request to change "Search" to reflect grand total with tips for charge-back purposes
ISO called on behalf of the Merchant. They had a chargeback for a transaction but was searching payment info from the grand total, not subtotal without the tip. The tip amount was more than the transaction amount but that caused them to not be able to locate the payment info requested by the bank in time. We did educate the proper way to search but he still wanted that search option to be change to grand total with tip and tax amount included.

The virtual terminal
The Clover Virtual terminal should allow invoices to be closed out as paid in cash or check. When one of my businesses sends an invoice, they do not know what payment type the customer will want to use. I should not have to maintain two invoicing systems, and your invoicing system does not allow me to manage it properly.

Allow Multiple Email Addresses for Single Invoice from Clover Dashboard
REQUESTING MULTIPLE "TO" EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR SINGLE INVOICES: Merchant with new CLOVER ACCOUNT is requesting the ability to send invoices to multiple email addresses for one customer, such as TO the APPROVAL MANAGER and ACCOUNTS PAYABLE. Merchant stated he CAN enter more than one email in the CUSTOMER app on Clover, but he said it is a show stopper if we can't sent out two emails at once.

Failed Invoices
Recurring payment invoices showing a "Failed" status should allow for in the view invoice the resulting bank code as to why it failed i.e. credit card expired, insufficient funds, closed account, etc. This gives me more insight into my customer so I can make decision on how I plan to rectify the account.

Please make the recurring payment page alphabetically by plan name! I'm not sure why it wouldn't have been built that way from the start.

Add Notes to the receipt
We require to include the 'Notes for item or service' along with the receipt email to customer.
We require to enter multiple emails in the Receipt Deliver box, right now it takes only one.
Please add these features that Payeezy has which is really nice.

Email receipt to client after Hosted Checkout
An email should be sent to the client after they make a payment in Hosted Checkout. Email address is already a required field so it should be simple enough to then send the receipt via email. This is pretty common practice with online transactions. The "Payment Received" confirmation page is good, but customers also expect an automatic email sent to them for their records.

secure link send to costumers to save their card info for recurrent payments
please generate an option for the costumers to save credit card information in their profile for future payments when using a secure email payment request. (invoice)
My app provide subscription plans but as soon as I migrating the costumers to clover I have been sending monthly manually invoices for their subscriptions.
My app was controlled by stripe, and we are testing clover. But meanwhile some costumers are cancelling because its causing a negative impression when before was auto from my own app.Any solution?

Display Payment Link Name in The Dashboard vs. "Custom Item"
I would like to display Payment Link names (QR Code, Link and button) in the dashboard so I can differentiate between various campaigns. Currently, they all show up as "Custom Item" and that's not very helpful.

We would like to have a control field added to the Virtual Terminal Invoice option, that will transfer over to reporting. We use control numbers for all transactions, on a normal transaction that number carries over to reporting. There is no such field in the Invoice option. This forces our accounting team to spend long lengths of time researching customer names, rather than already having the control data in reporting.

Option to do Tax removed to each item, actually the function just do tax remove to all ticket, just taxable or no taxable, we have to charge tax to food and liquor all item but if customer comes with tax exempt we have to charge tax on alcohol drinks

Allow customers to use gift cards online
Customers who regularly order online but have gift cards are not able to order online using the gift cards. This needs to be changed because it's no different than them using them in store. Our loyal customers want this!

I am asked weekly to offer text /SMS to pay for our merchants. Is this on the road map to offer our merchants?
We need test/SMS to pay critically. It is requested by my merchant weekly. Is this on the roadmap to add to Clover solutions, soon?
