Better notification when order is not printed
Network isue or any other issue when kitchen printer is offline and order is not printed in the kitchen. Notify on the main screen so that it is easier to identify issue. Right now notification is on notification bar which is easily missed.

Enable departments for the categories on the inventory
Merchants would like to be able to enter subcategories into departments, for example: radio's and TV's category inside of the electronics department.

Order numbers should be sequential from start of day until end of day
Business can have 10 waiters and 5 order types. Waitress 1 enter order and it's order 1. Waitress 5 enters different order under different order type and it's order 2 and so on and so forth for all orders. No same order numbers because of order type or waitress entered etc. There should never be the same order number printing on ticket

inventory needs to count down on sizes and colors. one option for a single number of inventory is not enough
Countdown inventory when an item is sold, example: sweatshirt, in red, blue, and gray, in sizes small through 2XL.....
I need items to be grayed out so customers can't select a size or color I don't have. A huge bummer and I was almost ready to go online.8 votes -
Add a hold buttton so servers are able to hold particular items for a specified amount of time.
We used Smile POS previously and decided to switch over to Clover because we are able to take payment directly at the table and front door (COVID-19) idea. But since using Clover over the past 2 weeks there are so many moe options from Smile that am finding that I miss. The ability to move single items between tables, holding items button, being able to split a check once the order was created and print the bill for each person to see prior to payment.. Im sure Im gonna have more so Ill need to come back here and post…

Geo Fencing for Curbside
Step 1: Choose your meal and order Pickup or Curbside option
Step 2: In the ”Special Instructions’,’ provide the make, model and color of the vehicle
Step 3: Park in the parking lot and for those who opt-in, staff will bring the order to the car upon arrival without any action needed. Those who don’t opt-in to the service just need to tap ”I’m here” in the app or order confirmation email upon arrival.8 votes -

Add option to set items per dollar
Merchant wants an option to be able to sell three items for a fixed amount of 2.00 dollars. To have a an option that will allow to have "3 items for 2.00" without having to add a variable price or an order discount in the case they would like to have "6 items for 4.00" or "9 items for six dollars".

Orders- Filter (Paid vs Unpaid)
It would be nice to have an additional filter added to the Orders app (Status) so that you could quickly sort Paid vs Unpaid orders. This is something that can be pulled by exporting the data, however that elongates the process.

Pick Up Date on Orders Option (for bakeries or catering)
We have many bakeries using the Clover Station hardware/software.
All of these bakeries are inputting orders that need to be picked up at a later date. Right now, they are putting the pick up date as a Note on the order.
There is no way for them to pull a daily report that shows what items are scheduled to be picked up that day.
It would be nice for bakeries to have a button or a calendar of some type that they can assign a pick up date and time to an order, and then pull a report of all…8 votes -

MID listing under Help
Please add the current MID being viewed back under the Help button in the Dashboard Version 3 -- MANY Merchants do not know their MID and ask us where to locate it, and it's a little more involved than just "click Help at the top"; additionally quite a few merchants have two different MIDs under the same name and they go back and forth from the dropdown, but the way they used to confirm they were looking at the correct MID, was to check under help, now it's much more cumbersome.
