Blank space within category items on register
Would like to have “blank” inventory items within a category, so that actual items can be displayed as needed. Otherwise everything is mushed together. I do not wish to add another category. For instance, I have a category with 9 items, but wish them to be displayed on three lines based on what they are, rather than mushed altogether on two lines. Thanks!

My customers would like to be able to select delivery from the app. Right now you only have delivery option from the webpage

Add back the "alternate name" section on dashboard!
Please add back the "alternate name" section on dashboard! I use it for all of my products and it is highly inconvenient that it was removed and can now only be viewed through the excel spreadsheet. It makes no sense for it to not be on the management side of dashboard seeing as it was there for years without issue.

I would like to add taxable and non taxable dollar amounts in one inventory item
As a custom jeweler we would like the ability to separate labor and materials in one inventory item. For example, if we charge the customer $65 to resize a ring the labor is not taxed but materials are. I would like the customer to see something like “Sizing 1 size larger” for $65 plus tax on the receipt, however the tax should only be calculated for $10 in materials, not the whole $65. It would be ideal if when we enter this into the inventory system we could title the item “ring size”, add $55 labor and $10 taxable materials…

Should have option to print x number of order tickets from one order printer
My expo station prints 2-3tickets of same kind and distributes to stations necessary. With Clover, we have to manually RE-print order ticket every time. As a business restaurant we can’t do that all day long. Please update this or I’m switching to Toast.

Bring back ability to SORT ORDERS on devices/dashboard BY ORDER STATUS (Open, Paid, Partially Paid etc) whicwas eliminated w/the last update
For restaurants and other busy, high order environments, its important to be able to sort orders by order Status (Open, Paid, Partially Paid) This feature was eliminated with the last update and causing my clients grief.

allow decrease of inventory from a cloned item.
I sell packs and individual items out of said pack. i've had to clone the item in inventory because only 1 product code exists. so the idea would be to allow mutual stock decrease or increase.

keep server even if it is cashed out by someone else ie: admin
keep server for tip purposes even if the ticket has been "cashed out" by someone else ie an admin or manager that has access to all orders and transactions. we do this a lot when it is busy and people come up to the bar to pay their bill. the bartender is a manager/admin and can cash out all tickets under her name. but the ticket and tip should stay in the servers name

New feature request: "Show Order Details" on "Receipts" screen
Currently there is no way to quickly refer to the last order that was placed after a transaction -- only the price. In a fast-paced restaurant setting this can be a disadvantage, as often the cashier needs to refer to the last order information (i.e. when pouring a soft drink) without having to navigate to the "Orders" tab and finding the individual order, which can take up extra time and button clicks.
I kindly request to add an option to show the last placed order in the "receipts" payment screen. I have attached a picture to show what I mean:

Fingerprint syncing across devices
Merchants is not happy their station pro keep losing fingerprints and have to add fingerprint for employees. Additionally, from time to time Employee app have error saving the fingerprint. We keep sending diagnostics logs but at the moment we are tired that this keeps happening. We keep getting angry messages and calls from our merchants.

Title bar icons spacing
For apps with icons on the top right of the title bar, could you space them farther apart and have them colored instead of being gray color. We have trouble see gray against white and we have fat fingers….

Add Pickup at Drive Thru Window as an Order Type option
There should be an “Order Type” option for online orders to “Pickup at Drive Thru Window”. Customers ordering for pickup at the window are confused with the limited options because they don’t want “in-store” or “curb-side” pickup which are the only options available now.

Integrations- Receipts
Allow a merchant who is using an Integrated POS with Clover to merge the receipts from both, POS and Clover device, to provide customer with one receipt instead of the two of them.
Additionally, please consider adding EVR to merge both receipts for Integrations and Clover Devices.

Allow changes to different registers operating on the same account
We have a business that has two sides, a cafe and a market. Being able to cater the home screen to reflect what items are being sold at which register would save us a headache and keep the register from becoming overwhelming, convoluted, and confusing to staff.

item image size
I LOVE that we have the ability to attach images of items to clover inventory for online ordering now... however the minimum size requirement for the images is set to 1600 x 1200 pixels which seems way too large for a minimum requirement. I'm assuming this was a mistake and just wanted to point it out for adjustment.

Clover Dining Guest Split payments and tenders
Owner uses clover dining and tables and wants to split different ways on guests or per guest as a guest may pay with 2 different type of cards. Right now it is required to move orders to different table but if all tables are used there are not more split in different and types of tenders by each guests

Website Inventory adjustment should be returned
I was relieved when Clover added the Quick Edit to the inventory. I was able to cut my time in half by adding or subtracting inventory,
Now that it has been disabled here is how Inventory is added or subtracted.
Currently for 10 items
1. open inventory items
2. find item (Only can do one at a time and if I search for the item it doesn't stay after I save change)
3. open item
4. scroll down to item tracking(worse description ever)
5. open item tracking.
6. add number
7. save.
8. Repeat 10 times
