Audit Logs to Track POS Config Changes (Setting changes, additions, deletions)
It would be great to have admin capabilities to view audit logs of who added, removed, or updated a backend setting. Recently our business had a tax change made that cost us a large sum of taxes missed during transactions that had to come out of our business revenue as a result. These logs would allow us to see who added a new tax, when, and the specific user responsible for the addition. This will allow for accountability for these types of actions, but also to help understand when potential issues first started.

change inventory layout doesn't work, or is very delayed...
This is a bug, not a feature, but the tech support person told me to report it here. When you change the layout in an inventory category, it does not change on the online menu -- for days -- you should be able to immediately see your changes on the online menu, and not wait for some trigger/reset to happen.

If the prices of items are in Modifiers then the Clover Go, app does not recognize it.
and gives us 0 . So the Modifier in Clover go app doesn't work which is very important for the application1 vote -
Report for Inventory items
Would like to be able to ran a report with all our inventory items that we sell so we know how many we sold and when we are running low on them to be able to reorder before we ran out. Also would like to do a report to see what the cost is in every part we sell. When we initial put in all the inventory we took it out of an old system and didn't put the cost in everything we it was put into clover and no in order to know what parts we didn't put in…

The new inventory layout page is completely unusable. We will be forced to move to another POS system
The new inventory system update is completely unusable. Please go back to the old system where all the relevant inventory details (like cost) are on one page. If this doesn't go back to the way it was, we will have to move to another POS system. It really triples the time we will spend updating our inventory because we will have to click through multiple pages instead of just changing them in one page.

Ability to see more of the reports without exporting them
When using the inventory or reporting functions, I would like to be able to expand the view horizontally to see more of the details of the items. As well, I would like to be able to see all of the items in the list without clicking on "see more" over and over again.

Clover Online Ordering to support location selection.
I have franchise restaurants with multiple locations. With Clover Online ordering, it doesn't support location selections. Also Clover banner should be removed from online ordering. Just like Square, they have paid version vs free version, with paid version banner is removed. Clover need to implement these features for Franchise business.

Order Receipt Breakdown - Urgent!
The order receipt that is printed to the kitchen is confusing staff who had just switched from an older system and they are confused because the items come in as they were entered chronologically. Instead, we juts need a simple feature to "Group Categories".
For example, Sandwiches, Sides, Etc.
Right now, line items:
1 Sandwich
1 Fries
1 Dessert
1 Sandwich
and so on..Thank you !

Add nicknames for locations
Merchants need the ability to have nicknames for locations when they have multiple locations on the dashboard without affecting the name that prints out on the receipt, that would make it easier to toggle between locations instead of having to make checks to ensure merchants are accessing the correct account

Variant Options for Delivery Services
Hi, I recently setup the online ordering integration with UberEATS and DoorDash. I noticed that item variants are displayed differently than I expect. For example, I have a sandwich that has variant for size (half, whole). When this item is displayed on the ordering services, it shows up as two items like this: "Item name - variant". I think it'd make more sense for the item to be displayed only once and the variant as a sub selection.
I know I could add it as a modifier instead of variant, but this won't work for me because the item modifiers…

Register APP- receipt doesn't list exchange amount nor balance amount remaining
Register APP - consumer returns item purchased : merchant processes refund, exchange or partial exchange and balance owing in the form of "instore credit" Receipt printed fails to show balance owing when issuing partial exchange for another item - receipt does not list the balance owing
Also same idea , with split payment balance owing not shown on receipt. Clover REGISTER APP requires update to correct issue1 vote -
Stock count update from online orders
Online Orders (especially form integrations) should be updating the Inventory stock count. All the correct items are received by Clover POS, but their quantities sold do not deduct from the Inventory stock count.

auto-add inventory units back to onhand balance when inventory is returned for refund by customer
When items are sold, inventory is automatically relieved from inventory. However, when items are returned for refund, the refund item feature does not automatically add the item back to inventory. The item has to be manually added back to inventory.
Summation...clover currently auto-deducts items from inventory when sold. Clover should auto-add items to inventory when returned for credit.

Retail Inventory - Show in register,
Please allow inventory items that have a barcode to be scanned into the register app even if the "show in register" box is unchecked.
It would be nice to able to have inventory items that have barcodes in the background and not show on the the register app. I have hundreds of items in my inventory that have barcodes that I do not want to show in the register app categories because it looks to cluttered, however I still need them to ring up in the register app when scanning the barcode.

Alternate name category
The alternate name category is being requested to show in the Inventory app, even when it is not enable for Order Receipts. The merchant would like to be able to view Inventory from the Web Dashboard, with the same alternate names visible.

Merchant requesting to remove the today's total screen from the employee's screen
merchant employee's are able to see the day's total sale amount after logging out of the admin account
merchant is stating that the device didn't previously show the total sale amount on the employee screen/ merchant has the permissions removed from the employee's permission but they are still able to see the closeout on the screen it comes and it goes after logging out of the admins account

Google maps or Apple maps integration
When you're taking an address for a delivery order. And you would have to enter everything like zip code, states, city, etc... You should add google maps or Apple maps in the system where once you start typing the address, it starts to show up then once you click the address you want, then it applies the address, city, states, zip code without typing the whole address.
