Business owners are switching to other merchant services companies that allow for the taxation of their services and the items they sell.

Negative Modifier
Ability to add modifier with a negative amount. This can be used in instances when the modifier decreases the price of the item.

Hello clover, we are very angry that you are forcing us to use the 2 factor authentication. There are two of us that use the clover dashboard and we both have a computer that we use. There isn't cell service up here where our business is so cell phones cannot be used. adding serial number
Our sales are mainly retail electronics and each item beside the UPC and Sku at time of selling we have to add a serial number of the same UPC. A unique serial number to track warranty plans when they come back for repair.
We do not find any field to add product serial number at the time of sale. It will be great to add a field and enable scanning the barcode of the serial number in that field.

COLO: Notification should have a ringtone to be notified

allow inventory to decrement below zero (negative stock level)
We have various situations in which items may sell in quantities exceeding the stock level, and we need to track the number sold into negative stock levels. Negative values in inventory were previously supported and we relied on this feature.

Add back the box to add and remove items from the online ordering inventory.
Pretty Please set back the update to the last version so that our waitstaff can add/remove items for the online ordering inventory on the POS when they become out of stock. I am not always available nor always with my computer and now the only way to make those inventory updates is through clover.com on my computer verses before when all they had to do was check or uncheck a box on the POS.

Offer split check presentment.
Currently to print out split checks where 1 guest pays for another guest you have to move items to the paying guest and the print the bill. This adds unnecessary steps, falsely inflates guest check averages, and causes confusion for management, staff, and guests when evaluating bills. The cash out function allows you to pay for multiple guests on 1 payment, this functionality should be passed on to present the bills to the clients to pay. Server Check Out. My client needs an industry standard check out report that is in the server daily sales report, but they need it in the Clover Station POS. Their servers check out up front and they need the Station to total up sales, # of covers/people served, and other information from that report. They need it on the POS to print it out. Alerts and Auto printed receipts for Online Order integration with Uber Eats
Currently when we get an online order from the UberEats/GrubHub integrations with the POS, it doesn't make any sound or auto print a receipt at the front register. We have no way of knowing when we receive a delivery order.
