Add an additional line to the item names on COLO website
This merchant has items with names in both English and Chinese however due to the space limits the longer English names pushes the Chinese names off the screen and it is not visible. The merchant would like to have the names overflow into a separate line rather than just be pushed off the screen

Add an option for a separate online ordering price
It would be helpful to have a separate pricing option for the COLO platform so that the cost of to go supplies can be passed onto our online ordering customers and not our dine in customers. This is especially helpful now that the cost of to go supplies are in short supply due to COVID.

Option to NOT have a default Order Type
Currently order types force you to choose a default. I would like to have the option to not have a default order type so that the cashier is forced to choose, thereby minimizing errors being sent to the kitchen.
For example, if the default is "Dine In" it's too easy for a drive thru order to get mislabeled if the cashier forgets to choose Drive Thru as an order type. This causes wasted food and/or wasted packaging.
No need to make it complicated, just need an option to NOT have a default order type so that cashiers are forced to…

Printed items based on where they are rung in
If a Bartender rings up a drink, it prints a ticket to their label printer no matter what. A bartender doesn't need to see a ticket for a Miller Lite that they just opened and handed to a customer. If your bar staff totals more than one you could end up with drinks being made twice.

Clover App Online Ordering Store Name
Hi, when you setup online ordering and you have a multi-location store the Clover App uses the multi-location name for all your stores. I think it makes more sense to use the location-level store name. For example, my multi-location store name is "Gateway Subs - Umbrella" and my locations are named "Gateway Subs - Location". On the clover app, all the locations are showing up as "Gateway Subs - Umbrella". This doesn't make sense from a user perspective.

Sell more than 100 of an item
The Register App limits any one item from being sold more than 100 times on a single transaction. Please remove this limitation as there are occasions wherein a customer may buy more than one hundred of any given item

Print Modifier without Price tag on Receipt
In Clothing store, we like to add SIZE, COLOR or Sometime Dimensions but there should not be any price tag attached. Currently it shows Size Medium $0.00 which looks very odd.
Variant Item doesn't a solution, it is very difficult to manage with 100s of articles with 50+ variants each i.e. (Sizes x Colors)

Remove reserved products from sellable inventory
We are a bakery, and we receive many call-in reservations for product orders that will be paid for at pick-up. We need a way to place the unpaid order, remove the required products from inventory so they can't be sold again, then close the order out when it is paid. Does this feature exist somewhere and we are just missing it?

Correct Amount and Number of Open Orders on the Dashboard
The open orders on the dashboard doesn't display the correct amount or the correct open orders. It needs to be fixed. It was messed up during the last update a few weeks ago. This helps provide a better summary stats.

Adding items from the Clover Dashboard should be a more streamlined process.
There are too many steps in adding inventory on the Clover Dashboard. Users should be able to add modifers, printer labels etc all when you first enter the item in the Category. Instead you have to save the item and then go back into each one. Being able to Quick Edit any column that you filter in (ex modifiers) would be so much faster.
- You should be able to select all items within a category for printer labels
- Option to delete items when you're under the category section, not just remove them from the category
- Eliminate when you go "back"…

ReOpen Closed Tickets
We often have times that a mistake is made on a ticket, ie. taxes need to be removed for an EBT ticket or other tax exempt customer. We then refund the full amount, but can't reopen the ticket to remove the tax. We then consequently have to re-ring the entire ticket and run again without taxes. This is the most frequent issue. It just creates a lot of open tickets that we can't delete. We would like to see this as a function added to make it more convenient for our guests.

FULL UPDATE to the Multi-Location Dashboard and Support
The Multi-Location Dashboard is great, in theory. However, 3 BIG changes can drastically help franchises and enterprise level businesses. This would allow Clover to stay competitive in the market without merchants switching from Clover to higher end POS' to compensate for lack of options for franchises and enterprise level businesses.
We NEED the ability to not only link, but to support and have full functionality of multiple locations for the Multi-Location Dashboard using ALL current service plans, including the older $29.95 Register plan and current Counter Service plans. Merchants should not have to downgrade from the current Counter Service plan…

Clover Online Ordering Modifiers that include Quantity Feature
The merchant needs to be able to apply a quantity to a modifier associated with a selected item within Clover online ordering.
EX:
Customer choices and item called 'dozen bagels'. They want to split the flavors and select multiple types of different flavors to be included.This option is not available on Clover Online. Having an option to apply a quantity to not just an item, but modifier as well will help restaurants with better online ordering flow. Customers have to use the special request to grant this. Most Customers may miss the special request field.

allow exchange/refund for any item regardless of price and print new receipt showing $ difference
Currently can only exchange item for another item of same value. Prefer exchange item for another item regardless of value, then be able to print receipt showing either the net amount refunded or the additional amount purchased.
