Linerless Labels
Linerless labels are gaining popularity with QSR restaurants, coffee and tea shops included. I don't believe the Clover thermal kitchen printer Star TSP100 will work with those labels/paper.
Please add linerless label printer compatibility or offer the compatible printer for sale.

App for finding the cost price of Open orders
While we export the open order details, we have only selling price details in the sheet. Cost price details are not available. Need an option for getting the cost price for the open order items.

Adding reporting based upon applicable Sales Tax.
Hello,
Currently, there is no ability to generate reports or search for transactions by applicable sales tax. For example, in my Finances>Taxes section, there are a number of sales that apparently have No Sales Tax (0%). We cannot identify which those are, we cannot search by sales tax, etc. It would make a lot more sense to have a Report that is broken down by sales tax.

Surcharge information on Order Receipt
Is it possible on the order receipt to have Surcharge information available. With a sit-down restaurant without a handheld device, the order receipt is presented to the customer and then payment is taken. Having the transparency to have the surcharge amount on the receipt to show the total after the surcharge, so the order receipt presented to the customer and the payment receipt when surcharge applies alligns

a real time running timer from the Floor Plan
Needs real running timer showing from the table layout for an efficient operation. There are many AYCE restaurants with time limits, currently Clover Dinning app only indicates tables in red at certain preset time and servers need to click each table to check the actual running time or they need to login to web dashboard to check entire tables timer at once. Thank you.

Fulfillment
Allow orders fulfillment time to last longer than 1 hour. Half of my tabs disappear, when I switch to fulfillment time from order placement time. And a lot of time is wasted keeping receipts in order.
Would be much easier if receipts printed in order from fulfillment time, instead of order place time

DoorDash Dasher Tips in Employee Sales Report
Until around mid-April 2024, it was possible to view a tips breakdown in the Employee Sales report on the Clover POS devices. The total tip amount for each employee was broken down into "DoorDash Dasher tips" and "Employee tips". "DoorDash Dasher tips" are tips left by customers for online orders delivered through DoorDash Drive, while "Employee tips" are tips actually received by the employee for dine-in orders. It is no longer possible to view this information on the Clover device itself, and accessing the Dashboard is now the only way to view the tips breakdown. I am not sure why…

KDS Order Chime is Not Loud Enough
The chime that plays when an order is fired to the KDS is not loud enough. We turned up all the volume settings in the settings app, and with a noisy kitchen, it is very hard to hear. In some spots of the kitchen, I can't hear it at all. There also should be a way to change the type of chime that plays. Some chimes are easier to hear. I noticed in the settings app, you can change the chime type for notifications, but you cant for orders that fire to the KDS. Very disappointing. Hope its an easy…

Online Order Descriptions
When adding descriptions for online items if you type anymore than 60 characters the description flows into the space between items. You can use even less characters if your item name is long or you add a picture. For ease of reading while on a mobile device the constraints in which a description can fit per item would ideally be increased. Or font sizing would help to mitigate this. Is this something that is in the works of implementing?

Address
From the register icon, if you choose delivery the prompt for address and telephone number should automatically pop up. There is never a time that you will choose delivery and not need the address. For restaurants that have younger employees-if they forget to ask for address information it creates big problems to retrieve that information.

Receipt URL
The URL's on Clover receipts are so bad. I run into vendors so often that have HTTPS://WWW.NONE.COM/ -- why bother displaying that?!
Why bother displaying HTTPS://WWW or the slash at the end of the URL?
Can't it just be "restaurant.ca" or "RESTAURANT.CA" instead of HTTPS://WWW.RESTAURANT.CA/"?
I've even seen receipts where the URL is split across two lines like this:
"HTTPS://SOMETHINGCOFFEE.COM
/"There's gotta be a better way. The HTTPS is not essential. The WWW is only essential in RARE situations, as the browser will almost always attempt to add the www if browsing to the TLD doesn't work.…

Print from clover go
Need feature for directly pushing clover go orders to printers.
I am taking orders from outside the restaurant using call forwarding when my team is busy! I am able to save the orders but i have to call someone at the restaurant and they will the order and push to the printer…!
They will be busy and missing printing which leads to delayed orders and customer grievances…!
You guys are giving that feature to third parties like doordash, uber eats, grubhub, stream.. etc.! Why cant you donit from your own app

Order Date and Time - For Catering
When we take catering order via phone or email or even in-person, we need the ability to specify the date and time of the delivery or pick-up, and this can be in the future a few days or a few week later.
Additionally, if we can also have an option to specify up the prep date, that will be helpful, so, the orders can show up on top of the order list and print the kitchen ticket, on the day of the preparation.

QR code improvements
We recently added Scan to Pay at our location. The feature is receiving positive feedback from both staff and guests. However, the QR code only prints when printing a full table bill. No QR code prints when splitting the check. The QR code was a plus for me, as an owner, because we do a TON of large groups with split checks and this speeds up efficiency in check out: potentially reducing future labor costs.

Kiosk to print to epson sticky label printer clover sells
Please get the Clover kiosk to connect to the epson sticky label printer like all of the other clover hardware (solo, duo, mini, flex and COLO) for QSRs who want a sticky order label printed to stick on drink cups etc. It's great that the Kiosk will connect to KDS and star order and kitchen printers, but it needs to also work with the epson sticky label printer clover sells.

Dayparts on Kiosk
The dayparts for menu visibility on the Clover Station Duo, Clover Solo, Mini, etc. works great, however, the dayparts do not apply to the Kiosk, which seems like a weird oversight. We need the ability for the dayparts to also apply to the Kiosk menu visibility.
