Customer Covers By Hour
In the dashboard, have a report that will tell you how many cover counts by hour. There is an existing sales report, but it does not show how many guests were served.

Cloning Permission Settings Roles/Permissions
Many multiple locations are under different legal corps but maybe the same owner or franchisee. Setting up multi location permission settings rather than being able to copy or close them takes a long time for a merchant to setup and delays implementation.

TOGGLE BETWEEN 5/10 TICKET VIEW FROM MAIN SCREEN
The KDS has been a great addition for us. We would love to see a button on the main screen to toggle between the 5 ticket view and the 10 ticket view rather than having to go to the settings and change it there. To be able to just click a button on the main screen to change that would be AMAZING and save time in a fast paced environment like we have.

Print dining table name on credit card payment receipt's merchant copy
Enable printing the dining table name on the credit card payment receipt's merchant copy. This is helpful to the merchant as their servers share tips with the chefs at tables from certain dining rooms. This feature was available in the previous version, but is no longer available after replacing the Clover Station.

Percent Increase
Allow prices (VIA modifier) to be increased by a percentage vs flat dollar amount. For example, double liquor drink orders, etc.

DoorDash Drive Tips
We have set up the DoorDash Drive Clover integration, and it works fine. But, the only tip option on the order checkout screen from the customer view is "Tips For Delivery Person". Tips go to the Dasher. The in-store employees who prepare and package the orders are not receiving any tips. Clover support was unable to assist with this.
Is there a way to add another tip option for customers to give our employees a tip on their order?

Inventory Export/Import Should Include Revenue Class
The inventory export/import spreadsheet includes a description for Revenue Class but the Items tab does not include the column. I can add the column and successfully import Revenue Class, but there is no way to export the revenue class. Please fix this error.

Business owners should be able to name the batch per the location. Client gets the same report for 5 locations, easier to identify if he can name the batch per loaction.

Print Automatically to Multiple Printers
Merchants would like to be able to automatically print to several order printers without the use of kitchen labels. Currently, if there are multiple printers, it has them select which to print to and manually reprint the order label if an additional copy is needed.

MULTI SERVICE CHARGES DETAIL REPORT
Ability to add different Service Charges percentage for Clover Dining with detail report individual subtotals.
This option of having more that one Service Charge is already implemented for some merchants, but the only problem is that in the report it is showed as the total of the Service Charges, not the individual subtotal for each one of the service charges. Also, this option of more that one Service Charge, must be implemented an offered for all the merchants. This is very important and urgent.1 vote -
Add customer to closed order
We need the ability to add a customer to an order even after it is closed. Currently, if the order is completed, we are not able link the order to a customer. So, we are missing the ability to see customer history.

Discount Permissions - Multi-Level
Need to be able to control which discounts are available per job code.
Currently the discount permission is all or nothing. Meaning, a employee can either have the ability to discount or not discount.
We are requesting the ability to assign discounts to certain job codes so that they can have access to some but not all discounts.
It currently is all or nothing.

Reorder Recommendation for POS Customer App
To enable fast and convenient reordering in the customer app, the POS should support Reorder Last Order, Order History with Edit, and Saved Orders. Customers can quickly repeat a previous order with one tap, make necessary edits such as quantity or item changes, and place the order without starting from scratch. New orders can be saved as favorites for future quick ordering.

need to specify takeaway order twice
When commencing an oreder in the takeaway section of the dining app, i then have to add guest numbers and then hit takeaway again for order type, if not it defaults to dine in. once you have added an item it can not be amended. this step is counter intuitive as you have aleady initiated the order in take away and should not be necessary

trigger order dockets to printed on completed transaction
You can choose on "tap pay" or on "invoice print" but not on completed transaction. This make no sense. when i tap pay then the customer changes their mind i go back and change the item but the docket is already printed and the meal being prepped. Should have a print docket triggerred by on completed transaction.

Online Ordering Modifier Price Change
When you change the price of the items for the online menus (ex. for uber) it does not allow you to change the price or percentage for the modifier items.
