  2. I purchased 5 different terminals from Clover including a Clover Kiosk station, flex, duo, and minis only to find out that the pricing for the kiosk items are the same as what's displayed online. We charge different prices for online orders using clover integration with uber, door dash as these third party companies charge a huge cut. I do not understand why a kiosk that is processing orders instore have to be categorized with online orders and not with the pos such as the flex. Im trying everyway to work around this issue by not assigning items to categories to…

  3. I need to be able to see items sold for a given time (1 week, 1 month, 2 months) on the same report as current quantity on hand in order to accurately order new product. We order beer, wine and liquor every week and need better reporting. I am spending hours to put two reports together when someone with programming skills could easily add this category to the current report.

  4. There should be a way or a program that let's you control your POS from a distance. I should not have to physically go into my restaurant to fix some minor issue with my POS that requires a Manager's passcode.

    Please Develop a program that let's me access my POS from a computer outside of my location or wifi connection. If I can connect to CloverGo from my phone, I should be able to connect my laptop to my Pos Solo or Flex.

  5. Create functionality to enter future delivery date/time that would work similar to online orders schedule at future time or dates and times. In addition add an interface that shows future orders to facilitate order fulfillment.

  6. Individual Order slips: Can the Kitchen Printer print separate tickets for each item in an order? I know the front counter Epson Sticky Printer has the ability to print 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 for the order. How can the Kitchen Printer be programmed to do the same?

  8. Make order process quicker for customers that order/pay via QR code. They currently have to enter name, phone, email, then if they select mobile wallet payment such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, they must complete the reCAPTCHA grid. This is all time consuming for a cup of coffee. Thx

  9. Clover Kiosk needs the ability to include a customer input field during the order process, allowing customers to enter either:

    A buzzer number (for merchants using pagers for pickup orders), or

    A table number (for merchants offering table tents for dine-in service).

    The field should be customizable by the merchant, with the ability to:

    Enable or disable it

    Choose the label (e.g., “Enter Buzzer Number” or “Enter Table Number”)

    Make it required or optional based on the merchant's workflow

    This would significantly improve the kiosk experience for businesses that use buzzers or table service and help streamline order fulfillment.

  11. It would be great if the Batch Close report could email to more people than just the defined "Owner". In large organizations you have a finance department that needs this info besides the manager that runs things on the daily. Should be a simple request.

  12. When a printer is deleted as an order printer it will automatically readd itself after the clover goes through a reboot. This is an issue for retail merchants that have no need for an order receipt. Clover Advanced support has informed us that this is not a bug but "a feature" and that this is the way the software is intended to work.
    I fail to see the benefit of the system changing a setting that was intentionally set. Clover needs to revert this as soon as possible.

  13. When the servers has a refund, only the manager has the power to refund the item, when they look at the report, is not under the server but is shown under the manager who did the refund. I would like to have any type of permission to let the server click refund, then ask for the manager code and then after the refunds is clear, I need them to be under the server report

  14. I want to be able to disable/hide a menu category from the POS devices without fully removing it. If a menu category is unused at the moment, we should be able to hide it without deleting the category to keep the items there and not have to rebuild the menu items if they come back in the future.

  15. In a QSR with multiple cash registers, it would be great if the order numbers on the printed kitchen tickets were sequential.

    We primarily use one register, but during rush we use a second register. If the primary register is on order #50 and then someone jumps on the second register and takes an order, that order should be #51…as it is right now, that prints in the kitchen as order #1 and can easily cause confusion as to the actual order sequence and lead to firing food out of order.

  16. Syncing is a great idea, do you have any ideas on how to disable cash payments on handheld devices? If a customer pays in cash without change, and they leave the cash on the table, and the waitress just taps cash and keeps the money.

  17. The biggest thing that we find lacking with Clover is a Pizza Builder Function. Having Pizza size prefix's choices that show in front of the item name instead of a modifer, listing below. Currently the size is done as a modifier or separate menu item buttons, a prefix choice could make ordering much smoother and order receipts much easier to read. Also, modifier groups that can be priced according to the size or half topping choice, instead of having multiple modifier groups for whole topping, left side/1st half, right side/2nd half.   18. It would be incredibly helpful to have a report that shows how many items are sold per hour, broken down by product and category. This feature would allow merchants to easily identify their peak sales hours and understand which products perform best at different times of the day.

    With this insight, businesses can make smarter decisions regarding staffing, promotions, and inventory planning.

  19. Custom tender type should have the option to be restricted for the employees and can be used by Admin or Manager only. Or whomsoever admin wants to provide access to. This is very important for restaurants.
