Clover Gift Card Order Quantities Result In Multiple Orders & Shipping Fees
There currently isn’t a way to edit the quantity of a Clover Gift Card order once it’s been submitted, not even through Clover Gift Support. The only available option for editing an order is to cancel within one hour. This creates a problem when the required quantity isn’t available as a single order option. For example, if I need 600 cards, I have to place one order for 500 and a second for 100, which results in paying shipping twice and incurring a higher per-card cost for the smaller order.

Online Ordering
We are a beach chair rental business on one of the busies most beautiful beaches on St. Thomas, VI. Magens Bay.
We would like to close Tuesdays and Wednesdays permanently to prevent overbookings. Unfortunately, this cannot be done on the Clover dashboard or app. When we pause these days all of our online ordering is turned off for present and future bookings.

Customer Rewards API / Data Export
As many companies use external options for a marketing suite then Clover apps, I believe having an export of the rewards data is very valuable. Since there is no direct correlation between Rewards Users and Customers inside of your clover account, there is no dedicated API endpoint, or means of export to get rewards users, but there is for Customers. Customer Discounts/Price List
There should be a should a way to add discounts to specific customers. An option to have a customer pricing list that you can attach to specific customers. I run a flooring supply shop and I deal with frequent customers that are always given a set discount percentage and/or specific prices on specific items. I have to manually enter either the discount amount or percentage every single time they make a purchase. I would like the ability to set the discount automatically when the customer is added to the order.

Need a full scale online sales plan for retail businesses. From building an integrated website to automated listing of items on Facebook, Ebay, Amazon, Etsy & Walmart (For canada). Missing Print Option for Monthly Statements
Hi Developers
Through out the Web Dashboard, you have "Print" hyper links for various displayed lists or reports. So getting things printed to my connected PC printer works seamlessly.
Yet when you go to the Monthly Statements section you have no way to print the list of statements, or more critical, once you open a statement, you have no way to print it.
I would like to be able to open a "Clover Plan and App Statement" and then be able to click a "PRINT" button/link and get a report.
There is currently NO WAY to print one of these…

Ability to set sales goals by employee
We need to show employees how much to the goal we set like offered in light speed. The software price went up but along the way critical features are gone or not up to par with other POS systems in the industry. NEED stock count in the app back. This is ridiculous not to have it for retail businesses.

Surcharge clarity
Would love it if when our batch printed at the end of the day, we were able to see the days total sales separate of the surcharges. Maybe list them both separately?
2 votesThank you for your feedback, this idea is currently under review. It should be possible to publish the surcharge total for a given closeout batch. We will want to avoid creating confusion in our batch report by publishing too many details.

Automatically attach PDF invoice/receipts to emails
Attach PDF invoice/receipts to the email.
I have to click on every receipt click to show full transaction and then print to PDF in order to obtain this.If the PDF was attached it could simply be forwarded to QuickBooks online.

I work for local discount grocery store that deals with at least nine different vendors if not more sometimes. While I have never worked with any pos systems before I have found that clover is pretty user friendly but I have found a huge halt in the way I would like to be able to use it. They have A LOT of products and are wanting to use this system to go from a "key each item in" register to a "scanning barcodes" register, which is great, but leaves me with the task to input ALL product inventory information into excels…

Paid invoice notification
I feel there should be a way that you should be able to choose if you would like a paid invoice notification or not. Some merchants don’t want that and some do. Thank you.

Bulk edit cost
The bulk edit cost used to exist, and this new version of Clover has removed it. It adds HOURS to our inventory. We are able to edit everything else we need in bulk - price, SKU, product, and more, but we have to click in to each individual item to edit the cost, and it is incredibly time consuming and frustrating.

Have a closing report that splits out the type of credit card and advice customers of changes ahead of time
Go back to having a closing reports which summarizes the totals per type of card being printed in the location. Advise customers of changes before.

Barcode Label Printing
The new Retail Growth Plan has "Printer Labels" within the Inventory, and it is confusing for retailers that want to print barcode labels. Please update the plan to change the verbiage and/or to enable merchants to print barcodes/labels for retail.

we need closeout manually
Now clover only provide closeout automatic every day. but for the business that do not have lots of transaction or sometime have a big amount transaction, the business owner want to make closeout manually or can set up the closeout for every 2 days or every week. this is convenient tool to every Clover user.
