Customers app direct link
There was an option within an order that would take you directly to the customer's profile (marked by a blue box with a pencil inside of it, just below the employee's name that was taking the order). Can you please add that back in? I noticed it missing about 8 days ago. I thought it was a setting on my end, but it was due to a software update.

Tax should not be calculated on shipping cost
Customer's shipping cost should not be taxed. There should be an option on the web dashboard to separate shipping amount out from item cost so that sales tax is calculated only on item cost and not on item cost plus shipping.

Gift Cards on Clover Go
It seems like gift cards are not compatible with the Clover Go, gift card acceptance would be a good thing to have for the Clover Go System.

please add a toggle button to turn off/on 2 receipts on POS terminal.
recently CRA audited us and they did not like your logged version of transaction since they were looking for the actual receipts. Please add a toggle button to turn on/off 2 receipts under printing setting. I was very disappointed to learn that Clover has removed this option to print 2 receipts at the same time and now its manually done.

Cash drawer needs to open when needed without having to enter an amount and reason. We make change about every five to ten minutes.
You used to be able to set it up to do this. I guess new version does not have this feature. Need to add this feature as We sometimes open to cash drawer to make change ever five to ten minutes.

price schedule
Clover needs to have the ability to set up Inventory Price Scheduling.
Many Hospitality/Retail locations will charge different item prices depending on time of day.Inventory should have a base Price and then Price level 1, level 2, level 3. etc.
"Events" or Schedules can be set to use a specific Price level changing all item pricing to that level during that time period.Many merchants do not like having Happy Hour displayed as discounts as that adds to confusion on the ordering and customer receipt side, they want the item price changed for that event/time period only. Qr code sale notification.
I would like to suggest that when using a QR code to accept a sale, that the app sends your phone a notification of the sale. I know xxxxx qr codes do that, it would be really nice if clover would notify us too. I use QR codes on merchandise that I have placed in retail locations, and I love the QR code feature! A notification would be amazing! Perhaps a little more information could be created too when creating a QR code, so when notified you would see, "Stan Green purchased a yellow whatcamacall it for $20.00 at Ann's…

I would love to be able to rank items or favorite them to the top when I search by most sold or by favorites at the top

fullfilment of orders
when an item is paid it can then be marked as ship to, partially paid, pick up and once that is done then they can mark it as such. Also create a report so they can see these items in this status.

More user friendly
There should be a way to see the card holder name after you submit the payment. You should be required to enter the customer name data before submitting payment.

Orders App no longer allows for the device to show both online and in-store orders on the same page
A recent update took away the option to view online and in-store orders on the same screen in the orders app on the device. There is an option to filter between orders, but it does not have all orders as an option, so it makes managing orders tedious

add option to hide any single or multiple buttons on the print/email receipt screen after transaction. also the ability to set a limit on how many times the print button will print a receipt. (10 presses results in 10 printed receipts) Currently there is only the option to not display the screen or display the screen.

Disputes Lack Info
I just wanted to leave some feedback about disputesd charges. Whenever we get a dispute, we get no information about what they are disputing. Am I just suppose to say OK, here is $200 back for no reason? I very much would like to know the reason for any dispute charge we get. Do you think you were overcharged for something? Did you hit the wrong tip amount? I need more to work with before I can even attempt to resolve whatever issue they have.

Update to my "clover rewards not working" issue
Full disclosure regarding my "clover rewards not working" complaint write up:
My previous write up was extremely critical and I want to now speak of a much better customer service experience.
Today, tech customer service rep, Rodney, helped me to see that my rewards program is working as intended by reviewing my dashboard. My issue was not the rewards program.
The problem we still have, however, is our orders app on our clover duo is not working correctly when our customers "check in" with their phone number. Include inventory listings (to tap on) in the “payments” plan instead of using text. I
I have only one device. For years, I could simply tap on a “description” of the service I was charging for. It automatically generated the category and the price. The feature was free. When I heard that I would no longer be “grandfathered” in at that free level, I was informed that I could still have the feature if I upgraded to “essentials”. Truthfully the increase to $14.95/month or approx $180/year is not worth the feature. Because I can certainly “spell out” the service in text as an option. Text bleed on items with long names and descriptions
Please fix online ordering. The text bleeds out of the text container.
For items with long descriptions the text bleeds outside the box and looks really bad. Multiple accounts all with the same issues.

Exporting contacts for email automation - Moosend specifically
I had square and could sync my customer data to my email platform (Moosend), now I see that I need to purchase an app, however I can't find one that offers compatibility with moosend and I'm not going to switch my email platform. I also can't believe what cost me nothing extra per month (Square), I now have to nickel and dime to add on apps to provide the same features I once had before. I wish there was more INCLUDED with clover.
