  1. Paid invoice notification

    I feel there should be a way that you should be able to choose if you would like a paid invoice notification or not. Some merchants don’t want that and some do. Thank you.

  2. Multiple inventories

    It would be nice to be able to have a single merchant account and be able to run multiple inventories.

    Example: Parks that have field day events.

    They'll have a device in their gift shop. A device in the ice-cream shop, a device at the ticket booth, and then a floater device.

    It would be nice for them to be able to take the floater device to whichever location is busy and only run through that inventory.

    Currently, you have to run separate MIDs and have to have an extra device for each MID.

  3. manual cash refund

    Refund - It would be very helpful to be able to complete a Manual Cash Refund without referencing a specific order. Various issues arise in the day to day business cycle and this option would be of great help.

  4. Revenue drop down on item entry

    When you are entering a new item and add the price, category, costs and inventory numbers the Revenue drop down does not save when you hit save. You have to go back into the item and redo it and hit save again and it will then work. That is so time consuming and would be great to get fixed!

  5. Please change the match filtering on product codes to be exact match

    When adding product codes to individual items: the current programming has very broad matching criteria. If just 2 or 3 sequential numbers within a product code match, then when either item is scanned, you get a list of items at the POS to choose from. This leaves far too much room for error in ringing up the correct items. It defeats the whole point of having unique individual product codes.

    Here is an example. I have 1 item thats product code is 4325, I have another completely different item that has a product code 665570982325, 2 VERY different product codes.…

  6. Duplicate items

    It would be great if customer was purchasing 2 or more of the same item, that it would list on receipt as one line item and not separate lines.

  7. Invoice from payment screen

    On retail mostly, after items are selected from the cash register screen and pay is selected, an additional tender option should appear that reads "INVOICE". This will take you to the Virtual Terminal Invoice screen (transferring the payment amount) and allow the cashier to send a payment link (invoice) to the customer for the payment to be completed.

  8. Designate cash drawer when there are 2 cash drawers connected to one clover device

    Merchant would like a way to designate the cash drawer being used if there are multiple cash drawers connected to one clover device. Also if the log in the cash log app could indicate this as well.

  9. Order number customization options

    Merchant would like to be able to change order number by device with more than a prefix. Idea suggested would be to add an odd and even number option per device.

  10. make running multiple reports easier

    I am considering changing my hours of operations; considering closing on Tuesdays at 5pm instead of 8pm. In order to see what sales were on Tuesdays nights vs Tuesday daily total for the past 3 or 6 months to determine if this would be a good idea, I would have to run 2 reports for each tuesday for 13 or 26 tuesdays this is 50+ reports. Each report has to have a start time, end time, report type, etc.

  11. holiday hours

    have a way to enter special or hloiday hours on specific days so we do not have to change the regular schedule for the week and come back and change the hours again. this would be very helpful as my online partners rely on the info from clover for their hours

  12. Clover Compact

    When a merchant has multiple Clover Compacts, the need to close them individually is critical. We have a merchant that has 4 cashier windows and they have to have the ability to close and reconcile separately. The only Clover solution is the Clover Compact with another Compact acting as a PinPad through a security window. They also need to be able to run a totals report for that Compact. Cost is a factor as well.

  13. Caller ID Integration for Customer Profiles

    I have not heard of this in circulation and would be a unique feature that most point of sales do not offer. Here is the functionality.

    When a a customer calls, the system identifies the phone number and matches it to an existing customer profile in the Clover Point of sale. If a match is found the profile is displayed on the clover device, allowing staff to view or edit details, or create new sale or order. If no profile exists, it prompts the creation of a new one using the caller's information/or just phone number.

    We need to option to select a gift receipt per item,
    Lets say customer buys 2 items , but only one of them is a gift for someone

  15. Delivery for Growth Retail eCommerce Platform

    For the Clover Subscription "Growth Retail" we need the option to include delivery so products can be shipped to the customer's location instead being picked up at the location. Similar to xxxxx eCommerce delivery.

  16. Being able to refund $0 transactions for inventory reporting

    Being able to refund $0 transactions. We give out 1st-8th place medals and we use Clover to track the inventory on the 200,000+ medals we have. We use this data for Grant Reporting as well. Not being able to simply refund the transaction due to an error, greatly creates a manual task as the only option is to add manually add these back to inventory.

  18. Clover rewards program

    We have been using the Clover rewards program for almost a year now. If a customer has a certain amount of points, say 1000 or more, and they decide to redeem a part or all, there is no option to do that. The option that is presently available is that they can only redeem 50 points out of the total. Eventually, with this method, they will keep accumulating more points without being able to benefit from it. Hence, implementing a feature that allows the customer to redeem part or all of their points at their discretion would be practical and…

  19. Tax Inclusive Items

    I would like a way to price items including tax. My example is I charge $4.50 for an item "including tax". Our sales tax is 6%. If I set the price for 4.24 w/.25 tax, it comes to 4.49. If I set price for 4.25 w/.26, tax it comes to 4.51. Is there a way to do that or possibly in the future? Thanks!

  20. Itemized reports for each QR code

    We would like a way to run a sales report for each QR code or payment link that we make so we can see a total amount of sales for each thing.
