  1. No Cash Option for EBT
    We would like a way to make it so the merchant can shut off the "cash" option for EBT/SNAP benefits when checking out a customer.

  2. Please add the ability for the Mini 3 to prompt for an invoice number. I could do it on the Mini 2 so I know it is possible. I don't want to have to go through the register to enter an order number.

  3. Clover needs to have the ability to set up Inventory Price Scheduling.
    Many Hospitality/Retail locations will charge different item prices depending on time of day.

    Inventory should have a base Price and then Price level 1, level 2, level 3. etc.
    "Events" or Schedules can be set to use a specific Price level changing all item pricing to that level during that time period.

    Many merchants do not like having Happy Hour displayed as discounts as that adds to confusion on the ordering and customer receipt side, they want the item price changed for that event/time period only. Many Hospitality…

  4. A Small business owner stated that when a gift card is LOST and the owner of the gift card is given a paper receipt ... it would be helpful if the paper receipt had the complete number on it. Understandably, the store owner does not want to loose out on sale if the gift card had already been used.

  5. Identical modifiers should have an option to be condensed in one line for each item.

    Currently, if we add the same modifier 20 times to one item, the payment receipt will list it in 20 lines making the receipt absurdly long.

    At least for non priced modifiers, it should list the same identical modifier as "x20".

    Eg. If a customer orders 20 small shirts($0) and 10 large shirts($0) 10 XXL shirts ($4.50):

    40 Cotton Shirt $xx
    20 Small $0
    10 Large $0
    10 XXL. $45

  6. Invoice Number/Customizable Fields for Hosted Payment Page and Invoice payment – This would allow merchants to create a required field for invoice numbers to be submitted with payment information.

  8. The User Interface for the inventory app keeps getting worse and worse. New features are fine, in theory, but when they take preeminence over more useful data fields the process to add items becomes more and more difficult.
    Specifically, the newer data fields "Online Name" "Online Description" and "This is an age restricted item" have been place above the essential fields like stock, price, and cost. If they insist on adding more useless data fields to every item, at least they could add them at the bottom of the screen. Or, better yet, make those fields toggleable from the settings.…

  9. Till Management, or Cash Drawer Management, should be a core product offering. There is a severe lack of reporting and controls in high volume retail environments where cash drawers are reconciled multiple times per day with multiple tenders. The development appears to be available in the Clover Sport product set and should be included in all plan levels.

    This would be highly useful at all levels and it is surpassing that it has not been deployed.

    Additionally:
    1. Assigning cash drawers to users seems logical given that there are 2 drawer ports on the hub.

  10. Businesses need a P&L report that shows a breakdown of the income like on the Sales Overview, but also breaks out YOUR fees between loan fees and credit card fees as it does on the deposits report and COGS like on the item sales report... I have to run those 3 reports 4 times each for a total of 12 reports to give my manager the P&L numbers!! You're already pulling all the data for the reporting, just consolidate it better..

  11. We sell fuel by the gallon which is usually measured to the tenth of a gallon, IE 10.2 gallons. The Clover only allows us to pick a whole number which doesn't allow us to charge the customer the proper amount without doing a custom item for just the sale price. This doesn't allow the customer to see what fuel quantity they purchased on their receipt. This would also help companies that sell items by weight.

  12. We need the following option in order to create an automatic discount on certain items bought together.
    1. The ability to bundle items together, to create a new item in the inventory. When this bundle item is bought, all items in the bundle are removed from inventory.

    Real life example: if you buy item A, it is $8. If you buy item B, it is $10. If you want to buy both together, it is $15. It is currently impossible to apply this bundle discount on the Online Menu ordering. Also, it can easily be forgotten by employees in shop,…

  13. Currently, when we have someone come in to the store and they want to buy two gift cards, lets say one gift card for $10 and another for $20, we have to break this out into two separate transactions. May we please upgrade the system to enable this?? Drives us nuts!! TY!

  14. With the recent tariffs, I had to increase prices of all of my inventory. Rather than manually changing every single item in both the clover app as well as on the shelves, I was able to add a blanket upcharge to cover for inflation due to tariffs using the additional charges option. However, I have to add this in manually for every transaction, and am also unable to exempt certain catergories of items from this upcharge under the Register Plan.

    Customer support had said that I would have to upgrade to the Restaurant Plan in order to do something similar…

  15. Quick quantity selling multiples of an item in Register.

    Previously I could click/hold my inventory item button and a screen popped open to enter quantity. Now I have to click my item which adds qty1, then click Review Order, then click/hold item to get to quantity screen to sell multiples of the item.
    3 steps instead of 1.

  17. Attach PDF invoice/receipts to the email.
    I have to click on every receipt click to show full transaction and then print to PDF in order to obtain this.

    If the PDF was attached it could simply be forwarded to QuickBooks online.

  18. I feel there should be a way that you should be able to choose if you would like a paid invoice notification or not. Some merchants don’t want that and some do. Thank you.

  19. The previous versions of viewing items on a mobile device made it easy to see stock quantities. You could also choose how many items per page 25-900. Now when viewing items on a mobile device you can only see 25 items per page and only a portion of the name of each item.
    Please change the view back so it is possible to see inventory quantities while scrolling through item names. The only way to see quantities is to select each item and scroll to the bottom. Its very difficult and time consuming to do an order. With over 1000…

  20. Please bring this back, my merchant just started processing today and the Clover rep said you all just pushed an update , taking away items on the receipt. they are considering returning it, that will not work for them 1/22/25
