    Hello, 


    If comparing to the Employees Report within the Web Dashboard, which shows Employee Sales Summary and Employee Summary by Revenue Class, would this information suffice, or are there additional details/classes that would be helpful for this on-device report?


    Also, does the Reporting App on the device help with this request, or is that also missing pertinent information that your staff would like to see?

    Merchant would like to have an easier way to add the label for every different kiosk on a big business with different stations, because the way its on the app its not very useful when you have 1 clover station and different points of sale on a food truck fair per example.

    The merchant would like the Customers app to show the Customers in alphabetical order instead of the most recent Customer added.

    Merchants would like the ability to reorganize the customers in the customers application.

    The applications updates keep switching it between creation date and alphabetical order. If they can have the ability to switch between the those two, or additional options such as, last name, first name.. etc then it will help improve business/check out flow to fit their business needs.

    The merchant would like to be able to differentiate by customers and their payments when exporting the transactions report.

    When viewing from within the customers app the merchant can see the payments history by customer.

    The merchant would like to be able to export that information into an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet should include the customer's name, payment, and any custom notation that may have been added.

    At this time when the customer exports from transactions application, the "Note" column remains empty.

    The only way a note will show on an exported payments report is if the invoice or payment notes are added via clover go or the sales application

    Merchant is requesting for Scanner to stop scanning items or give off a different beep when it scans an item that is not in the inventory app
    They are requesting this so they do not skip over an item by mistake and give it away for free causing a sales impact

    Merchant is requesting an item counter to show on sales screen so they can make double sure they have scanned every thing for that sale

    Merchant informed she went from a older station to the new 2018 & is unable to download the manual transaction application. Merchant has a tethered device & is unable to refund cash if customer paid debit/credit compared to the manual transactions application she had on her older station.

    The merchant is concerned about how refunds appear in the shifts reports, the merchant stated the employees do not have permissions to perform refunds, refunds via manager approval (pin code) the issue is that the refund will show under the manager's name instead of the employee who may have processed the original payment. The causes confusion when it comes to the pay out for employee tips. merchant would prefer the refund information be attached to the employee ti assure the tips are being paid out correctly.

    Merchant would like the permissions to remain so employees cannot perform refunds but when they select refund a pop up comes up asking for a manager approval.

    Merchant wants to be able to track the refund to the employee, because when employee needs to process refund an admin or owner has to log in and process. So the refund goes to the Admin and not the employee.
