Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. there should be an option for customers to be selected for a transaction so the merchant can keep track of orders. instead of putting this information in the note sections

  2. Business Type: Butcher Shop

    The merchant has scales setup through out the location along with a Brother-label printer. The scales are not connected directly to the clover devices (Scale: Digi SM 5100)

    The merchant would like to be able to weigh an item, walk to any Clover Station at the location, scan the item (Scanner: Zebra DS 2208) the display would show the item name as well as the price according to weight. I advised the Business Consultant, the clover inventory application requires the item to exist within the inventory database in order to show the name, once recognized as…

  3. Keyboard is affected by syncing on the device . When the device syncs while using the keyboard it would default the keyboard to letters or will just not take the input for a brief period of time. This happens on rare occasions but has been seen on first station and station 2018 specially when looking for items on the inventory.

  4. merchant requesting when a customers sees the option to enter their pin numbers to show numbers and letters as well some customers have their pin with letters instead of numbers .

  5. when entering one order for one item with quantity of more than 1, the qty appears on right as well as item number: this is confusing as it prints on "printer order" showing as "qty number" and "Item number" too close together, making it appear as two numbers together
    example if qty is 5 and item number is "1" , it appears as printed "5 1"
    i think the item number should be on left before item name

  6. After recent update, items printed on kitchen tickets are not separated with a line or spacing options, making the ticket harder to read when multiple items are ordered. A line between items would make reading easier, especially with modifiers.

  7. Currently the only option for modifiers display is along the horizontal top of the Station screen scrolling from left to right.

    Offer a vertical display option similar to how you can display categories with items displayed to the right. Very helpful for places that have multiple modifiers. This will speed up the transactions ordering times versus have to scroll along the top from one modifier to the next and enhance the user experience of the devices.

  8. When two clover minis are tethered together, they work great by showing the customer the welcome screen and the employee enters the transaction on his/her end. When it's a debit/credit transaction, all is well, and it displays perfectly on customers facing terminal, but when the transaction is EBT, it will only allow the card to be swiped on the employee's terminal. I have looked at the settings, and spoke with customer service, and it seems there needs to be an update for this. Thank you.

  10. Merchant would like a wider screen for the clover flex like the old clover mobile , it was easier to see the whole register app and place orders right now it’s too narrow and not easy when they have a very large menu items

  11. Received a clover official TML90. it's actually a peeler mode. yet when feeding labels thru the peeler mechanism, we find that ina. 3 item print job, only labels 1 and 3 print, label 2 never prints.

  12. I should not hve to be at the station to fix printer issues. We have two stations and at one station we don’t need receipts yet there is no way to turn that printer off

  13. We would appreciate being able to see the customer name column in the orders app. We realize we can see the name under the "notes" column but we often use this area for actual notes. We also realize we can click on a specific order and then the customer name will appear on the next screen but this is difficult when there are many orders on the list. It would be great if we could see the customer name instead of the order code.

  15. Kitchen Printer only has Large and small as the font size option. Customers are requesting medium size as an option also they’re requesting the modifier color be change from red as it may not be legible on some printers.

  17. Add the option to print the orders based on order types. I would like to print the orders based on order types and be able to keep printing my orders automatically based on the labels of each item

  19. The merchant would like to be able to track the amount of items in inventory for items and once the item is unavailable they would like for the app to notify or not give them the option to place order for that item.
