  3. Tax Exemption rules at the terminal. We are unable to achieve tax compliance using the Clover device. In Canada for food and beverage there are tax exemption rules that need to automatically be applied.

    We are a bakery and we offer freshly baked goods. If a customer buys 1 item, full tax rules will apply. If a customer purchases 6 or more baked goods, the baked goods become tax exempt and do not collect taxes. But if there is a non-baked good item in the cart, such as a drink taxes will be fully applied to the drink item only.

  5. The clover flex and mini can act as a pinpad for other POS systems. The clover station needs to have the ability to work with the Cloud Pay Display. This way we can use the flex as a pinpad

    I have a high volume bar that needs to do tip on screen from across an aisle. So a wireless solution is required. Due to the multiple extra steps to use the flex, we are using another POS system because we have the ability to do this feature. It seems like a huge piece that would be so easy to make…

  6. Please find a way for the Clover Flex to connect to the Station Duo printer. There should be NO NEED for a merchant to buy a separate bar printer when the Duo printer can be used at the bar.

  7. Merchant would like to edit tips from clover device and not have to print paper receipts to take advantage of gateway tipping

  8. When a merchant has order types enabled (i.e. Dine-in, Delivery & Pick-up) the delivery option/CNP transactions should automatically print a receipt with tip line - when Dine-in and Pick-up are selected (CP Transactions) tipping on the Pin-Pad should be the primary tipping method.

    Working with a QRS Pizza delivery shop on a duo that wants in-person tipping on Pin-Pad and a printed receipt with tip line for delivery orders.

  10. Merchant and sales agents before were able to see the upcoming releases in the dashboard. They would like to have this option back as this will help them identify new training opportunity and new feature they have been expected to be added.

  11. A report that shows all details from a transaction (name, date, time, employee, SKUs, qty, tax, total, auth code, etc.) so that you can see what each transaction looked like and pull data from it for external systems.

  12. restaurants have been asking for a smaller device to accept orders at tables. They would like something geared more towards the size of a Cellular Device instead of the Flex. This would only be allowed to accept orders, not payments

  16. Merchant has been advised cash log activity is tracked per device. Meaning only device#1's activity can be viewed at device #1. Merchant is requesting the ability to view all logs for cash from any device linked to the MID

  18. I need to restrict the ability to close or finalize a cash transaction by employee. All cash transaction sale can be finalized by manager or other authorized employee

  20. How come there is no deletion tap to show how much in items were deleted before the sales transactions takes place, in theory someone walks in orders leave his cash on the table and walks out the employee goes back in and delete all the items except for one pocketing the rest of the money. Charging for one item and putting in the register money just for the one item. This can only be done on cash transactions, the credit card transactions are accounted for,
