Clover Go: Option to remove 'print receipt'
I use the Clover Go with my Android device at Farmer's Markets and Craft Fairs. I do not print receipts (I'm a tree hugger LOL). It would be great to have the option to remove 'print receipt' from the choices shown to the customer after making their payment. I would like to keep email, text, or no receipt visible, and hide the print receipt option.

Please bring back NO TIP
Clover before had the NoTip on the tipping screen. Now it show skip. Due to this customers are selecting skip more often and before. It seems like customers did not like selecting no tip and would tip. Now they just press skip and don’t leave a tip. Clover support told me to add this comment here to request an update for this issue. Unfortunately smart tipping does not work for us cause of elderly customer base and they do not do well with technology.

Allow the Clover Solo accept contactless payments
Can you allow the Solo to use the display printer available with the Clover 2018 station so it shows items and takes contactless payments. Or allow the Solo to use the FD40 pinpad.

Flex SIM Options
I would like to see other options for SIM card providers. AT&T doesn't have a good connection everywhere so having the option for other mobile carriers would allow for more merchants to use the SIM option.

Make the special instructions to print in red
An option to print the special instructions on the top of the receipts/order tickets in red that print on the kitchen (order) printers. Just like how the modifiers print in red.

Provide Total Sales Reporting for Open Orders
Provide a running TOTAL sales for open orders on ORDERS app. Owner has to manually add up sales on open orders in order to see accurate sales reporting by hour, not just paid/closed out orders.

Order receipt format options don't work with Star 700 kitchen printer
Order receipts printed on a Star 700 kitchen printer do not follow the formatting options that are selected in order receipt setup. For example, when using a medium or small font, the printed dotted lines always print regardless if this option is selected or not in the setup. Grouping items also is inconsistent based on the font size selected. The order receipt preview does reflect the selected options, but the printer doesn't. Font change
A small business owner requested that the Font Size be able to be modified. When asked why, I was informed that in the evening the restaurant turns the lights lower. This makes being able to read the text harder. It would be easier if it was scalable.

Clover Flex Asking for Verification of Duplication on Brand New Transaction
Not asking for verification on a duplicate transaction that happened days/weeks previously.
We are finding with the new update our flex is now asking at random times to verify that this duplicate transaction is okay. The thing is, it’s the first time a customer is paying today. It’s confusing for staff and customers who assume they will be charged twice.
I understand the need for verification of the transactions are on the same day/similar timing. But if I have people that only come once a month, I don’t need to be selecting one of these options.

Option to not print close out on all devices but total all devices
When closing out my batch it prints batch totals to all devices. Want option to close out all devices but only print batch on one device

Allow for the Clover Register to stay logged in for the day
It would be nice if the Clover Station can remain open for the day instead of 30 minutes max.

Tabletop kiosk
I would like to have a tabletop kiosk similar to Ziosk, we do not have wait staff in our restaurant because 1. it is hard to find employees and 2 we like to be contactless when possible. We are currently using QR codes on the tables, but the ordering website is a bit confusing for some. Having a kiosk to put on the tables would be great for our older customers, and and a great contactless way of ordering which is extremely important in this Covid world.

Invoicing from Clover Go App
Having to wait to invoice a customer until I'm at a desktop is not only inconvenient but completely redundant to why I purchased the Clover Go in the first place. This is not mobility and is not simple. Fully regretting leaving square. .03% is not enough of a savings to make this inconvenience "worth it".

Make the out of paper/failed to print notification more noticeable
The merchant would like the out of paper/print failure notification to be made more noticeable and intrusive as the current notification is too subtle and they do not notice it right away.

include "category" in items export
I need to export list of our items that includes the "category" attribute. When I export the inventory from the dashboard i am not seeing the category column.

If an item is not scanned into the register, have an alert that the item was not rung up
If an item is not entered into the system and an employee is trying to ring it out, it does not give an alert. It still has the same scanning ring. In VERY small font it says "you do not have the permission to enter this" or something to that effect. It would be nice to have a different "error" sound for things that were scanned, but not actually " rung up". Or have LARGE font that the item wasn't rung up.
