View Open Orders from Web Dashboard
The Web Dashboard does not have the ability to view Open Orders from the Orders tab. The drop down menu under All Order Types is blank, there are no selections for Open or Closed. The ability to sort the columns is also gone.

multiple orders of modifiers
when customer is going to order the item together with the modifier items, say steak with fries, fries is the modifier, there is no way for merchant to add 2 orders of fries or 3 orders, if we can add a quantity of modifier items, that will be very useful

FULL UPDATE to the Multi-Location Dashboard and Support
The Multi-Location Dashboard is great, in theory. However, 3 BIG changes can drastically help franchises and enterprise level businesses. This would allow Clover to stay competitive in the market without merchants switching from Clover to higher end POS' to compensate for lack of options for franchises and enterprise level businesses.
We NEED the ability to not only link, but to support and have full functionality of multiple locations for the Multi-Location Dashboard using ALL current service plans, including the older $29.95 Register plan and current Counter Service plans. Merchants should not have to downgrade from the current Counter Service plan…

Ability to Remove/Disable "Custom Item Button" from Category
Be able to remove or disable the default custom item button that shows up at the bottom of each category. Or to be able to restrict the use/visibility of that button under employee permissions.

Order numbers to be to searchable in dashboard
Currently clover allows for Order IDs to be searched on the clover dashboard. Clover also allows you to enter order numbers but the only problem is the order number are not searchable on the dashboard, only on the device. So when the merchant manually enter their invoice numbers on their transactions, these numbers are not searchable on the dashboard.
If the order number is searchable on the clover device, the option should also be available on the dashboard.

Reorder Button for Clover dinning
Merchant is wanting to have a easier way to reprint orders then to select each item. Merchant is requesting a reorder button to print entire order over again.

Retail Issues on Refund/Exchanges
I found it so annoying that Clover has yet to address such vital features within the retail industry - refunds and exchanges. The software is so limiting when it comes to returning an item with a discount, exchanging for another item with a different value, refunding a partial amount (we run BOGO 1/2 sales year round), having refunds and sales on same transaction and so much more that it's hard to continue doing business with it. I hope they get it figured out. Anyone else having these issues?

Ability to edit the look of the kitchen tickets
As has been mentioned many times, the font size on the ticket is too big or too small. We need a medium one, in a better font, and the ability to SEE and therefore EDIT how the ticket is going to appear in the kitchen. I don't want words cut off halfway through and on the line below for example

Option for Order Numbers in Clover Dining
Currently, Clover Dining generates Order Numbers but instead of an actual number, uses the Section name and Table name as the order number.
Example: Clover Dining table opened in "Dining Room" Section, table A1 will have the Order #: Dining Room - A1.
Merchants want an option to have Clover Dining generate a normal order number instead of using the section name and table name.

Quantity of Modifiers in Clover Dining
Would like to be able to select modifier and change the quantity. Example: In the Tables app we used to be able to select a modifier for a type of salad dressing, and if someone wanted more a different quantity could be selected.

Two-Factor Authentication should be a system wide configuration setting
Two-Factor Authentication should be an optional system wide configuration setting for all users associated with a merchant account. This will enable the Owner admin to enforce a secure login policy for all users.
Two-Factor Authentication is currently an optional configuration for each user profile. Therefore, a secure login policy via Two-Factor Authentication cannot be enforced as it requires that the individual user enable it for their profile. It also cannot be verified, as only the individual user has access to their profile.

Need Ability to Adjust / Sort order of Items and Modifiers in dashboard
Once an item is keyed into a category the order can't be adjusted. Likewise with Modifiers. Many Merchants prefer to organize by most popular or alphabetically but they currently only display in the order keyed.

High level categories in Dining App
I would like to see high level categories in the Dining app.
For example: a Food button and a Drink button that you can assign categories to.
This button can be next to the chair number of the table number on the top of the screen.

Assign Name\Customer name to table on floor layout
Currently you see the server\bartender name on the floor plan but would like to see the customer name that we currently put in the order notes. It currently show up on the top of the order\table page next to the Table number. This give the Sever/bartender to know what customer is at the table or chair without opening the order\table page. May create a test field to include a name that will display on the floor plan next to the number of customer at the table and above the name of the Sever/ Bartender name on the floor plan.

Separate Menu hours!
Hi, Please let us be able to separate menu hours for breakfast and lunch.

Let me exclude certain inventory items from discounts.
We offer a membership which allows for a discount on merchandise. However, if we do the entire order discounted, the membership itself is discounted. Manually going back through and the potential for error from the cashier is just inefficient. It would be nice to exclude certain items or categories entirely from discounts. As the finance person on the back end of things, I can assure this would save us money as there would be zero margin for error.
