Bigger PAY Button on Invoices
Need to make the TINY little Blue "Pay" Button much bigger. You can barely see it. It's shown on the emailed invoice twice, but it doesn't matter if you can't read it or it doesn't grab your attention. Please make it larger so we can get paid... Thx

Merchant suggested adding a web link to Virtual Terminal in lieu of sending invoices
Merchant, Tina Gaudino of Richardson Koudelka LLP, suggested adding a web link in Virtual Terminal to send customers in lieu of sending invoices.
The web link would require customer to fill in required information and send back to merchant via email.

modify payment on closed orders
I have a very large merchant with 8 clovers and they are about to switch to micros for this exact reason. They are insanely busy, and many times a card is swiped for the wrong table. When this happens, they have to void the transaction.
BUT - there is no feature to re-open the order and apply the correct payment card. Instead, they have to open a new table/order, re-enter all of the items, apply a note to the kitchen "do not make" (because you can't close an order that is not fired), swipe the card again to complete payment.…

Have Option to Require Zip Code and Street Address
For a phone sale, we would like to have the option to require the zip code and street address. The rates come in so much cheaper when a user passes in these values.
9 votesWe're planning an enhancement where zip code will be required and street address will be optional. The AVS result will continue to be displayed to the merchant. Street address is not reliable, so we do not plan to make it mandatory.

Cannot add tips to a transaction in Offline Mode
You cannot put tips in for a closed order if your Station is offline. Calling Clover support the only answer I received was to call in and they can run a 2nd transaction on the card for the tip amount. This would hit the customers card 2x and is NOT a good way to deal with this issue. If the Station is offline the tip amount should be able to be entered and stored/sent with all the other card data when the system comes back online.

Assign taxes to order type
Have the ability to assign a tax rate to a particular order type. Ex. the order type will be the different states they are doing services and within that order, the type will have that state tax applied once clicked

View Invoice Notes easily
Also please have it so you can view the invoice notes when you click view invoice. Sometimes there are notes there for my bookkeeper and accountants to reference. Right now when we click view invoice we do not see the notes. Again please make the change so we can changing invoice due date. urgently needed for my business.

Would like a feature where tips can be added on both printed receipts and tablet screen
would like to take receipts on printed receipts and on tablet screen this would be really easy for customer to use and employees cause not all customers want a receipt and would much rather have to enter there tips on the tablet screen and not all customer want to place there tips on tablet screen and would much rather have there tips on a receipt where they can see there charges. This feature would be most helpful to merchants with one device and would also limits call to clover support to ask for card numbers to enter tips because they…

Add search for "business name" to search field, not just person's name or email address
Merchant charges other businesses for products. They need the option in Virtual Terminal search field to search the business name and not just by a person's name and email address as the people and email addresses may change from time to time. In the customer field the business name is an option, requesting that be added to the search field to easily locate the correct business to be charged.

Discount items for specific date range
I want the option to apply discounts on specific items or categories for a specified date range and have it available to everyone
(no loyalty, coupons, etc, just a plain old sale for whoever walks in my store). Similar to happy hour app, but be able to choose a date range to run the promotion,Ex: 10% off accessories this week

We have a Clover Station 2018, and when the screen is flipped for a customer to provide a Custom Tip there's a lot of confusion after the customer enters the Tip amount. Can the green checkmark be made LARGER or a large DONE button inserted in lieu of the green checkmark?

Enable a notice on the device when processing a transaction with a pre-paid card
Merchant called in because she processed a transaction with a pre paid card and the merchant did not have enough funds available and the payment printed a receipt as if the payment went through, merchant would like to receive a warning or any type of notification, advising her that the payment was not completed.
