Being Able to Inactivate/Activate Employees that work for us seasonally
We have employees that are seasonal. (they are in college during the fall and spring) but work for us in the summer and on breaks.
We would like the ability to make the employee inactive so that they are not listed when we are trying to do things like

Improve Export/Import Item List Data for better integration
Currently, "description" is supposed to already included for export/import but that is not the case. Additionally, pictures is not an option. However, there is much more data that should be included with data transfer, that could be optional by the account owner. Make everything available and optional for export/import - including the current state (at the time of export) of each item.

order printing should allow auto-cut after each item or category
There should have an option for the order printing, each printed ticket should able to auto-cut after each item or category to allow physical separation.
This enables both preparation of the dishes and placing the receipt under each dish for table delivery guidance.
use case example:
In a busy restaurant, several tables place orders for sushi items that are prepared by the same chef and printed to the same kitchen printer. For instance:
Table A orders: Sushi A ×1, B ×2, C ×3, D ×1, E ×2, F ×1
Table B orders: Sushi A ×2, C ×2, D ×3, E…

Print Status on Clover Dining Table Map
Add a print status icon to the Clover Dining "tables" and "bar and more" items showing the print status of the table/order. Perhaps a printer logo colored red when nothing has printed, yellow when some item have printed and green when all items on a ticket have printed.
Similarly add a kds icon perhaps displaying white for no activity, yellow for active orders, red for orders past the bump threshold and green when all items have been bumped.
These enhancements would allow managers to quickly identify what tables/orders have fired to the kitchen and there completion progress. Takes too much…

Shorten the Daily Report
Both of the End of Day reports are simply WAY TO LONG. It wastes a ton of paper. I only need a few figures from the report. Amt Collected, Tips, Total Credit Card Amt, entries for amounts taken out of the drawer (Payouts, tips, etc). I HATE THE NEW REPORTS - WAY TOO MUCH INFO just to check up the drawer.

Homebase Shift Report
Need to have access to the setting for the Homebase Shift Report. Kitchen employees don't need to see PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, TIPS, SERVICE CHARGE on the printed shift report only what their shift time was when printing report.

Display order numbers from the dining app
Display order numbers from the Dining app.
Most of restaurants use the Dining app and Kitchen Display. However, when they fire orders from the dining app, it doesn't show up the order numbers on the KDS. It's really uncomfortable. One of tech staffs explained to me if I use "Register" app it would display. Seriously?.. We are not fast-food restaurant, we need table numbers and order numbers.

For orders originating from the Dining app, we prioritize showing the table number, while for orders from the Register app, we display the order number. This approach helps the kitchen identify the order's destination - whether it's for dine-in, takeaway, or deliver, within the limited space available.

Online Menus
Allow restaurants to sort their online menus by Category or Item (including alphabetically) for fast access to turn items on and off depending on availability. Right now, I just see a list of all items available, which makes it difficult to go through the entire list just to turn one or two items off.

QR Code image download
Printing each individual qr code at a terminal and then scanning them in to a computer to put them on a fancier style seated menu is tedious and relentless work. Others have a native funciton that allows me to download the qr codes themselves as images. this should be a thing. i have 8 veneus and have had to do this 8 times, i will be opening 8 more and to be honest it is sort of a deal breaker not having it

Revenue Class needs to be able to be imported for items and category needs to be a filter option
Revenue Class is not currently exportable and there is no way to easily locate items when there are potentially thousands in a given Revenue Class in order to modify them. Also, it would be nice to be able to filter item list by Category

Preselect Modifiers
Within a modifier group allow for preselected item(s). Thus if you have a menu item that is standard with a certain type of cheese or dressing they are preselected and only need to be addressed when something other than the standard modifier is requested.
This would simplify the process of modifying standard orders and reduce the number of modifier groups necessary for No's and substitutions.

Turn off order ticket
Please Add The option to turn off the order ticket getting printed when the customer press the button for printing the receipts.

modifier min/max
For Modifier Groups for online orders, we used to have the ability to choose a min/max for specific modifiers. Example: A combo with 3 sides. We can list all the sides, but if a customer wants to choose 2 of the same side (mac & cheese for example), there is no ability to choose 2 mac & cheese, just one of each sides. Can the quantity be adjusted to have a min/max option?

Firing Order Logs Server Out
When a server fires their order, rather than the computer closing the table out, but leaving the server logged in and on the dining room floor plan screen, we should be able to turn on a function that logs the server out entirely. When you have 8-10 servers running around and someone forgets to log out, it's easy for someone else to start ringing their order under another person's name. Servers often forget to lock the computer when they're done, so this issue is fairly common.

Negative Modifiers
If someone doesn't want a topping on a sandwich, then we'd like to be able to deduct that from the price so that they aren't paying for something they aren't getting anyhow. This isn't a standard practice pretty much anywhere but for our business we'd like to set ourselves apart by offering it.

Online ordering formatting
The description of the items are not the same on the frontend as they are on the backend. In the backend, I enter them in three separate lines. However, they are joined together as a single line on the frontend. Proper formatting needs to be done. This is not an idea or a feature request, but something that should be done.

Modifier Prefix with Price
Adding the ability to have prefix words to attach to modifiers on one line instead of two separate modifiers printing on two lines. For example, if I need a select no cheese, it prints on two separate lines or I need to make 2 modifiers groups, one for Adds and one for No's. If you had prefix that could determine if the selection gets charged or not it would advance the system in pizza and service bar locations immensely. Such as selecting No would remove the modifier charge and Add would trigger the modifier to be charged.
