An error occurred while saving the comment Could you please provide an update on the 3D Secure implementation? The website indicates that it has commenced, but the most recent response from a user was on November 21, 2023. The website also states that 3D Secure would be available in 2023, but we are currently in 2025, and we continue to experience significant chargebacks.

Restaurant owners generally prefer that employees do not have access to adding service charges. Would it be possible to implement a permission that only allows managers to add any additional surcharges, using a passcode or a Manager card?
Setting are at 6 seat or more they charge 18% auto gratuity. (EXP 4 seat are dining and the server decides to add two more people just to bump the gratuity).
