Allow payment confirmations to be sent to the company email used to login to Clover Virtual Terminal
Currently payment confirmations can only be emailed to the Business Owner's email. If employees login to take payments and email invoices under the "Owner" account, they have access to the entire merchant account and all settings, which is not secure.

Disable Partial Payments.
Please allow us to disable partial payment acceptance when using the sale app. If customer does not have the balance for purchase we should be able to just decline the transaction automatically like other devices.

Tip Function for Phone Sales
Hi
As a restaurant with an overall increase in phone sales related to the pandemic it would be very useful to include a tip prompt on PHONE SALES. For restaurants, many of our customers would like to leave a tip and be able to see it on their receipt. They can do that through the regular sale function but we cannot do so through a phone sale. The only way to add a tip is todo so manually and therefore it doesn't show separately on the receipt.

remove the new branding animation feature for Mastercard everytime a merchant process the card
merchants are complaining that now everytime they process a mastercard on their clover mini or flex the mastercard logo comes out on their screen and then a yellow checkmark appears and then a sound to approve the mastercard. this is delaying the process by 10 seconds its so frustrating as they are use to having a transaction get approved in less than 2 seconds, PLEASE REMOVE this new branding animation feature !!!

Exchanges with more flexibility
We use Clover for our retail business and would like more flexibility with exchanges. Many times, the exchange is not for an exact priced item. The work a round is time cumbersome - Issue an in-store credit, because sometimes the item can't be refunded. Create a new sale for the exchange for items and then pay via a split transaction of in-store credit and regular payment.

Refund notes
Is there a way for a merchant to enter notes in for a refund being issued? Currently they can only do notes for orders and sales, and any refund listed in the orders can only be noted after the fact.

Calculate tip values next to the percentage BEFORE they choose the tip
My clients often choose a percentage without knowing what the dollar value of that equates to until after they press it. Every competitor I’ve looked in to and personally used has this feature except Clover. Example: ticket is $60, the tips should show “15% / $9” “20% / $12” “25% / $15” or something to that effect. Another example: On a $15 service, people might select 10% and then get embarrassed when they realize they only tipped me $1.50.

Add Another Gratuity Button
We must have another grat button! I can't charge 18% on to go orders! We need more grat buttons! In my world of F&B 18% is standard, but parties of 20 or more we charge 20% and for to go's we charge 10 %! at least give us at least 1 more button! I have 2 restaurants and use clover in all and it's killing us!

Need a way to have more than one tab at a table. Obviously you can
Obviously you can combine and move guests at payout but that it time consuming and prone to error and confusion. If you know customers are paying separately when they sit you should be able to just create more than one tab at a table. The fact that you can't name guests is ridiculous and just creates more confusion.

Allow an option for restaurants to add a service charge on online orders.
My servers are having to take time out from their daily duties to prepare online orders as they come in. There should be an option for us, restaurants, to add a service charge percentage to each online order.

Thank you for your suggestion, but this request does not align with our current priorities.
In the Virtual Terminal, if merchants are willing to accept the higher risk then they can disable AVS Fraud Rules. It's currently not possible in Clover Go.

URGENT!!I need a function added to the Clover Station Duo to determine taxes automatically depending on the ORDER TOTAL not INDIVIDUAL ITEMS
I own a coffee shop in Ontario and am currently trying to use the Clover Station Duo. In Ontario our tax system is set that if a transaction is under $4 we are only to charge 5% on that purchase. As soon as an order transaction reaches $4.01 (so any purchase over $4.00) the system needs to automatically switch to a 13% tax. Currently you have it set up that individual items have a tax assigned to them. This does not work at food retailers in Ontario that sell items under $4.

provide retry functionality specifically when clover is in offline mode.
use case is when clover device was offline for a bit, it comes back online and the device attempts to reconcile any offline payments where we see transaction failure (due to any reason). Please provide a mechanism that would allow the salon to retry the processing of any failed offline payment

Popup confirmation before completing the refund. At the moment I have seen a lot of accidental refunds when trying to re-print a receipt on the Transactions App.

Add search for "business name" to search field, not just person's name or email address
Merchant charges other businesses for products. They need the option in Virtual Terminal search field to search the business name and not just by a person's name and email address as the people and email addresses may change from time to time. In the customer field the business name is an option, requesting that be added to the search field to easily locate the correct business to be charged.

Allow different types of tax rounding per account (include Bankers Rounding as option)
Clover currently always fractions of cents ending in .5 up. A common, and more accurate, method of rounding called Bankers Rounding will round .5 up for odd numbers, and down for even numbers. So 1.5 cents rounds to 2 cents, and 2.5 cents also rounds to 2 cents.
Please allow the tax computation method to be changed to Bankers Rounding. This can be done per account, going forward, and should not affect historical calculations since it's only used to calculate the amount of tax to be paid at the time of sale.
