Add EBT Cash to the main Clover Device
The Clover Flex and smaller Clover Units have the ability to accept EBT Cash, however the main unit does not have that ability. It would be nice if it would allow for EBT.

Allow for option to remove taxes from individual items not just the entire order.
We have tens of thousands of items in our inventory and it's tax free wknd. Some items don't apply for tax free so we need the capability to take taxes off of individual items so we don't have to do multiple transactions at the register. Need capability to take it off at the time of the sale. thank you.

Tags for each type of payment: Virtual Terminal, Device, Invoiced and Report for outstanding invoices
When looking at reports there is only a tag for virtual terminal transaction but there is not one for invoiced paid transaction therefore I one has to go one by one to see which ones where in device and which one was an invoice. There is also no way to see outstanding invoices.

Add more character to "invoice Number"
At this time, we can only add 12 characters to “invoice number”. This causes a problem for some traders. It would be better to increase the limit to 30 characters and more.

Taxes to agree between platforms
For online sales through the "Sell Online" 3rd party app. We need the taxes to be the same through the integration. Currently, when the Sell Online app sends an order over the Clover - Clover charges the default tax in that system. We need an option inside of clover to NOT charge a tax for the online sales. They are already listed as an online sale inside of Clover, so can we use that filter to stop taxes from being applied to that category?

Void the payment without voiding the order
If a card was ran on an incorrect bill and refund was issued (refund is the only way to void the credit card payment), a new order needs to be created and sent to the kitchen to process the card with the correct amount. There is no way to edit the order after the payment was refunded. Much needed in a restaurant environment - servers run cards on incorrect tables, customers realize their portion of the bill was split incorrectly, etc. Need to be able to void the payment without voiding the order. Returns and Exchanges Help
Hi - I am the manager of a small to mid size retail store and we are really struggling with returns and exchanges on the Clover. Especially at the time of purchase, we aren't able do an exchange and issue a credit on the same transaction. If we could do that, our lives would be a lot easier. In addition- we would like for manual refunds to have an item associated to the dollar amount going back to customer for inventory reasons. Thank you

Splitting bill by item and be able to split the cost of the item
It would be convenient to split the amount of the item on the register app once you split the bill by items.

Limit one discount per order.
Usually, we allow only one discount per order. Settings should allow owners to choose this option.

Tipping Out to Other Staff
Many restaurants have servers tip out certain percentages to Hosts, Cooks, Bartenders, barbacks, etc. But there is no way to do this (manually or automatically) in Clover. The dollars would need to come off of the servers tip report and also go to the other employee. This way the data can flow appropriately to other apps like Homebase for proper payroll processing.

The clover used to delete transactions on tips app whenever it was a new day and now it could confuse the merchants because all the transactions are there.

APPLE PAY TIP ENTRY ISSUE
When a customer pays with Apple pay, it allows them to enter a tip but does not show the tip in the tips app. It acts as if that transaction has not entered any tip. This is true for all nfc payment methods.
