BOGO 1/2 OFF REFUND CALCULATOR
When running bogo 1/2 off sales which we do daily, Clover software doesnt work. If the customer is bringin back the higher price item from the BOGO 1/2 off sale, the refund only know to either issue the full dollar amount for that. It should be far less because a customer should never be allowed to get a free t shirt at half off. Please fix! It's so time consuming having to caluclate on the side the dollar amount we then have to issue as a manual refund. Inventory is also off at that point too because there's no log…

Transactions- Tender Type Filter (multiple Tenders)
Can we get the ability to select multiple card types when filtering data in the dashboard? (Ex: Credit and Debit.) Sometimes we want to see just credit card volume when reconciling, it would save a step from having to export the entire stats and then filter out what we do not want (Cash/GC/Etc.)

Enable Clover Mini's to have a Bolded "Refund" word on refunded tickets to help indentify them as diferent than a normal sale.

Automatically add discount to sale items when scanned
Merchant wants for Clover to automatically add discount when sale items are scanned (BOGO items etc)
For "2 for 1 discounts" wants the device to be able to save duplicate SKUs (different products)

Allow discount to only be applied to the cost of the item but not the tax
A merchant is requesting to be able to apply 100% discount to certain items but wants the customers to still be able to pay tax.

Fast Cash option to include $20
FastPay to have a $20 option, since this is what most people pay with.
Currently, if there is a low ticket price items (ie. $4, there is only a few options, the closest denominations to $4, but no $20)

Customize Sales Tax
The store should be able to set the luxury tax for some products.
For some products, the sales tax only comes from which is above a certain price.

Apologies for the delayed response.
This can be done today. Build an order with items in register, tap Pay, then tap Mail/Phone Order. Merchants may need to enable manual entry in their settings.

Enable the creation of a "New Order" on the Web Dashboard
Enable a "Create New Order" function on the web dashboard. That will enable a salesperson to create a new/custom order & make edits/adjustments without the need for using Clover Station at the Point of Sale. That way, once the order is complete & ready for pick-up/payment, any associate can pull the Open Order up at the Point of Sale & collect payment at the time the customer picks up their order.

Have Option to Require Zip Code and Street Address
For a phone sale, we would like to have the option to require the zip code and street address. The rates come in so much cheaper when a user passes in these values.
9 votesWe're planning an enhancement where zip code will be required and street address will be optional. The AVS result will continue to be displayed to the merchant. Street address is not reliable, so we do not plan to make it mandatory.

Need to have a field for customer name. Had a chargeback on phone sale and no idea who it was for.

Bigger declined credit card notification
when processing a credit or debit card have a bigger declined error message so employees will notice easier.

Clover currently has a cap of $99.999.99 to charge on credit cards, some businesses need to be able to charge larger amounts

Ability to Void transactions
Merchant wants to have the ability to void transactions if the transaction is not closed. Merchant wants to void hours after the transaction was taken to prevent refunding.

Clover Mini and Station Needs New Pin Debit Option (discontinuing Merchant Keypad)
With the discontinuing of the Clover Merchant Keypad, the Clover Mini and Station needs an alternative way to take Pin Debit. Merchants cannot rely on having to swivel screen around or pick up and face customer every time. You will get an abundance of "Tampered" errors disabling pin debit. We need either a better merchant keypad to allow customers to enter pin on Mini(perferred) or a pin pad to allow customers to enter pin without having to move the Clover Mini around.

Invoice Number and Autofill when barcode scanned
Would love to have the invoice number field expanded and the bar code reader work so a user can scan a document and it auto fill into the invoice number field
