Order amount based tax for orders over 5000.00
Merchant would like the ability to have or setup tax rates to order amounts. New tax requires have orders over 5000.00 be taxed at 6% and orders under 5000.00 be taxed at 7%

Merchant would like manual transaction app available on Clover station 2018
I had old clover base station. It has Manual Transaction app on it.
But, I bought new base station 2018. I went to app market to find and
install. It not available.
My restaurant still using old system to print bill. Then enter manually
each transaction to charge for customers. With old base station was
perfect. But newest base doesn’t have?
Please make it! Now newest base station take to much time to do custom
order and charge each time.

Enable a notice on the device when processing a transaction with a pre-paid card
Merchant called in because she processed a transaction with a pre paid card and the merchant did not have enough funds available and the payment printed a receipt as if the payment went through, merchant would like to receive a warning or any type of notification, advising her that the payment was not completed.

Progressive Discount (same item)
Merchant needs to do discount by items like buy one get the other one with discount buy 3 and get another discount for one item most of the applications can do it but just by category not by item meaning that the discount will be apply to any item on that category and he needs the discount been apply to the same item the customer bought

Tip line on PIN debit transactions or ablility to cancel PIN entry
Merchant needs the ability for a PIN debit transaction to allow for the addition of a tip or the ability to turn off PIN entry on the Station. Merchant has many online PIN debit card transactions which do not produce a tip line.

Merchant has several flex devices and they are used in different tax zones, so the merchant would like to have the ability to set different tax rates for each individual Flex device

Warning message when Address and or Zip Mismatch on a Phone Order/Manual transaction.
Merchants should get a warning when either the zip code or the address number does not match with the AVS service. This message should happen on any phone order or manual transaction prior to completing the sale. The merchant should then have the opportunity to either accept or decline the transaction (void) because of the possibility of fraud. As it is now in Clover, the merchant may not catch the fact the AVS failed especially since it does not print on the receipt. Allow customer receipts to print and display multiple tax rates (i.e. State Tax & Municipal Tax) to meet requirements that are mandated in certain states/territories.

Tip Suggestions in Whole Amounts
As a Clover merchant with an average order size of $5 or less I need the ability to set tip suggestions using whole dollar amounts instead of amounts based on percentage of the order so that I can encourage my customers to leave a slightly higher tip.

Duo Support
I have an issue with Clover duo 2nd when taking a payment from customer. Payment terminal keeps going back to tip select screen even though the customer already selects tip amount and pay with credit card. So, it makes double charge for same order most of time. This duo 2nd device is brand new, and network is super strong. How to resolve this problem? I was contacted to clover tech team, and they didn't give me the proper solution for this issue.
