Allow changes to different registers operating on the same account
We have a business that has two sides, a cafe and a market. Being able to cater the home screen to reflect what items are being sold at which register would save us a headache and keep the register from becoming overwhelming, convoluted, and confusing to staff.

Support Alcoholic drinks for scan to order
Restaurants that serve alcoholic drinks are not able to use scan to order with any level of efficiency. Adding this ability for scan to order only should be available. I have many merchants who want to use scan to order in their restaurant but are not because of this limitation.

Request for 2-way integration with HostMe in Clover Dining Station
The highest valued integration parameters would be:
- Clover Dining Station ability to allow an employee at fine dining restaurant to pull a reservation from HostMe and seat them at a table in Dining application.
- Send the data back to HostMe to show that the client was seated and showed up for their reservation and dined for X hours and minutes based on when the table is closed in Dining Station
- Sync customer data between HostMe and Clover - 2-way if possible.

I would like to add taxable and non taxable dollar amounts in one inventory item
As a custom jeweler we would like the ability to separate labor and materials in one inventory item. For example, if we charge the customer $65 to resize a ring the labor is not taxed but materials are. I would like the customer to see something like “Sizing 1 size larger” for $65 plus tax on the receipt, however the tax should only be calculated for $10 in materials, not the whole $65. It would be ideal if when we enter this into the inventory system we could title the item “ring size”, add $55 labor and $10 taxable materials…

I LOVE that we have the ability to attach images of items to clover inventory for online ordering now... however the minimum size requirement for the images is set to 1600 x 1200 pixels which seems way too large for a minimum requirement. I'm assuming this was a mistake and just wanted to point it out for adjustment.

Should have option to print x number of order tickets from one order printer
My expo station prints 2-3tickets of same kind and distributes to stations necessary. With Clover, we have to manually RE-print order ticket every time. As a business restaurant we can’t do that all day long. Please update this or I’m switching to Toast.

Split a menu item between guests….not the ticket but the actual menu item 2 way, 3 way, (default to number of guests).
Example Scenario: Waiter has opened a table in Clover Dining and has 4 Guests. Each guests has ordered a menu item. Guest 1 decided to share a menu item with Guest 2. That menu item cost $10.00
Solution. When selecting the menu item on the screen previously to payment 3 dots appear. When those dots are selected more options appear to pay for that item or move that item.

Customer Name Display in Clover Dining
We can put the customer name in the 'note' but it would be very helpful if the customer name was able to be displayed in the actual floor plan at each table or seat.

Keep items in correct sequence for past orders
When making online orders (as a customer), order items get saved to the history. But the order changes. An example - from a local taqueria:
- Bean and cheese burrito
- Add guacamole
- No salsa fresca
- Bean and rice burrito
- Add guacamole
- No salsa fresca
- Carne Asada Burrito
- Add guacamolebecomes
- Bean and cheese burrito
- Add guacamole x3
- No salsa fresca x2
- Bean and rice burrito
- Carne asada burrito

Employee permission to refund order by Asking Admin or Manager Approval
Reporting is being affected now when a manager refunds on behalf of an employee. The cash collected does not deduct from employees cash tender types from the refund because the manager or admin did the refund. In most POS systems if manager of refunding on behalf of the employee the order for the server or cashier is deducted to the owed to the cash drawer.

Duplicate Orders in the Orders App
In the orders app you can view all orders open or closed. When you click on an order you have a couple of options you can do. You can add a payment, re-open the order, combine the order with another one, etc.
It would be an excellent feature if we could DUPLICATE AN ORDER here as well. For example, some of my merchants will have huge orders that get placed on a monthly basis so it would be nice if they can pull up the customers previous order and simply duplicate it so they dont have re enter the order…

Enhance inventory bulk import to include the "Min Required" and "Max Allowed" fields in Modifier Groups worksheet
It would be great if the inventory bulk import capability could be enhanced to include the "Min Required" and "Max Allowed" fields for each Modifier in the Modifier Groups worksheet so that you have a fully functional bulk import capability. I'm not sure how this was missed from the original design? The bulk import capability is a nice tool, but from a user experience perspective, it is currently painful to have manually configure the "Min Required" and "Max Allowed" fields for each Modifier. This is even more painful when you have multiple locations with the same menu items.

Make printed receipts more personalized.
When merchants try to edit the payments receipts through the clover dashboard they have limited functionalities. Merchants would want to have more personalized receipts. Also, there's no option to change the background color on the top of the receipt.

Dine in Register cook printing should operate separate than the drive through printing.
Right now the drive through register is printing to the cooks when the order is placed via the drive through headset system. Dine in register on the other hand is printing to the cooks only when you press the print order is pressed. You should be able to have each register options to print to the cooks independently on every device.

Custom modifiers/ order note to print to sticky label
Hello can we enable for the orders printing to sticky labels to show custom modifier as well as OR an order note for when customers ask us for something random that isn’t an already set modifier in our register . We use this for coffee shop/ boba shop for drinks and need to be able to see custom modifier

Provide the Merchant with the option to choose batch times from Clover Dashboard
Currently, BC"s have to call into Clover Support to have an Auto-Batch time changed, we have received trainings on this and have to differentiate between when the Merchant Batches and when First Data Host closes the batch out. This also is related to which bank the merchant uses to have next day funding capability. Every time I have called in and very clearly explain what batch time they need in order to get next day funding and even include my Time Zone(Central) vs. Eastern- I still have it formatted incorrectly about 50% of the time. It would save us time…
