Repeat option
We need a “Repeat” button to make it easier for servers to quickly reorder a specific item. A lot of time is lost when a customer requests a highly customized item. For example, if a customer orders a margarita with ice on the side and a cherry on top, instead of the server having to manually recreate the entire order, they should be able to simply select “Repeat” to place the exact same order again.

No codes
I need the option to disable the use of passcodes. At my restaurant, we operate using employee cards, which are currently only used by managers. However, I need to remove the requirement for managers to use passcodes. Additionally, we need the new Clover devices to be enabled to accept employee cards as well.

Permission
We need Clover to be more flexible with permission settings regarding who is authorized to perform certain actions. We’re currently facing an issue with the service charge: only the manager should be allowed to authorize its application, but Clover doesn’t currently support this functionality. Ideally, each server should be required to request a manager code, and only then should the service charge be authorized

Report
I need a detailed report showing when an item is moved from one table to another, who authorized the move, who performed it, and at what time. At my restaurant, we’re experiencing issues because we don’t know who is moving items, when it’s happening, or who approved the changes. This report is critical for us, and it would be extremely helpful to have it available as soon as possible.

I need to have a report that shows the exact time each item is entered, even if it’s going to the same table. Clover has a “line item” feature, but if I add 3 margaritas at different times, it only shows the time of the first margarita.

Reports
When the servers has a refund, only the manager has the power to refund the item, when they look at the report, is not under the server but is shown under the manager who did the refund. I would like to have any type of permission to let the server click refund, then ask for the manager code and then after the refunds is clear, I need them to be under the server report

Disable Checkout for Dine-In QR Code ordering. We would like to disable the feature for customers to Checkout for Dine-In QR Code ordering so our servers can process the payment for them. This creates some confusion because we don't know when someone has paid for their tab already.

holiday hours
Have a way to input all holidays/special hours days ahead of time, not just weekly. When we change the hours weekly we have to go back and re-change them the following week. All other online ordering platforms have a system like that clover should too.

fulfillment time on receipts
The printed receipts need to include the fullfilment date and time on them so the staff knows when the customer is expecting to pick up the order. Also helpful when orders are sent days ahead of time. It would also be helpful if we could see that info clearly stated on the orders app as well when we pull up the order.

Hide Menu Category From POS Devices
I want to be able to disable/hide a menu category from the POS devices without fully removing it. If a menu category is unused at the moment, we should be able to hide it without deleting the category to keep the items there and not have to rebuild the menu items if they come back in the future.

Automatically Add Additional Preperation Time on Large Online Orders over a Set Dollar Amount
Hello Clover,
It would be extremely helpful to have the preparation time setting in Clover automatically add an additional amount of preparation time the merchant can set for online orders that exceed a certain dollar amount.
For example, lets say the merchant wants to have Clover automatically add an additional 30 mins of preparation time for orders that exceed $100. It would be great if the merchant can edit theses parameters under the "Preparation Time" setting in Online Ordering Dashboard instead of just setting a specific preparation time.

DoorDash needs both pickup and delivery fulfilment options
Currently, doordash integration on the Clover Online Ordering only offers the pickup option and merchant needs the ability to have both pickup and delivery fulfilment options.

Combining order number count between multiple devices
In a QSR with multiple cash registers, it would be great if the order numbers on the printed kitchen tickets were sequential.
We primarily use one register, but during rush we use a second register. If the primary register is on order #50 and then someone jumps on the second register and takes an order, that order should be #51…as it is right now, that prints in the kitchen as order #1 and can easily cause confusion as to the actual order sequence and lead to firing food out of order.

Syncing is a great idea, do you have any ideas on how to disable cash payments on handheld devices? If a customer pays in cash without change, and they leave the cash on the table, and the waitress just taps cash and keeps the money.

Flex device for drive thru service
The updated 3Gen Solo device does not feature a tap or apple option like the 2Gen did on the printer. Why not set up the Flex device to have the same capabilities as a Mini device does but used at the drive thru widow? Then we can actually extend the device to the customer to tip and tap right out the window.
