Sort order of Modifiers within Mod Group
When adding a modifier group you should be able to drag and decide which modifier pops up first. For example, a pizza shop wants to select sauce, then cheese, then toppings. We should just be ablet to drag and move them or enter them the way we want them to come up. It defaults to alphabetical order.

Sales by Card Type on Condensed Report
Please add back sales broken down by Card Type on the condensed report. It used to be there about a year ago. Our managers could quickly and efficiently consolidate all card types with our POS. Now it's extremely difficult to do so. I'm not sure why you would change that. Please bring it back asap.

Group Hardware based on Business Area
It would be helpful to create a Group of hardware/registers based on any criteria. For example: Let's say we have four Clover Stations. Two of them are in our Main Counter area and the other two are in an "auxillary area". I would go to the Devices area and group Registers 1 and 2 as "Main" and registers 3 and 4 as "Aux".
Currently, when I run reports, I could Filter by Devices but it only allows me to select All or a single register. I'd like to be able to run reports for "Main" and "Aux" separately which include…

network printer sharing
In our restaurant, we started testing the Flex Pockets and servers love them, since they seem to work very well. All our servers hate the constant printer jamming in the Flex. Anyway, randomly I saw a screen in the Printers app on a station duo that seems to imply network sharing of printers is in "developer preview". I'm hoping it will allow my flex/flex pocket devices to share the usb attached printers on the solos and duos.
Also is there any way to volunteer our restaurant to prelaunch testing?

Ability to print reports on Kiosk
Kiosk should have the option to print out reports.
Merchants that only use a Kiosk to process need to print out reports and it makes easier if they can get it from the device.

Closing Out Invoice Options
I would like to suggest an enhancement to the Clover Invoicing system.
Currently, when an invoice is paid outside of Clover (such as by cash or check), there is no option to mark the invoice as "Paid" using those payment methods. The only available option is to cancel the invoice, which is not an accurate representation of what occurred.
It would be extremely helpful to have options such as "Paid by Cash" and "Paid by Check" so invoices can be properly closed and recorded as fulfilled. As it stands, invoices that have been successfully paid outside the system remain open…

We need to be able to see who transfers an order to another employee. Right now, an employee can transfer an order and we have no idea who placed to order originally or who transferred the order.

Add Customer/ Customer history and Name to Dine in
Instead of guest being numbers such as guest 1 and guest 2. It would improve our service to our customers if we can add there name and customer information/ history especially for repeat groups and customers, even if they change it to color such as blue green and yellow it would server to better tend/ serve multiple guests at a table.

Modifiers needs a strike when tapped on KDS and notify front end POS clover
Chef needs the modifiers to be able to strike just like line items when tapped on KDS that notifies the front end POS clover that the food is ready, with noise like "bing bing bing" on all the notification on all the terminals.

Kitchen Printer Chit Customization
I am all in with Clover if I could only adjust the Kitchen Printer Chits. I need a compact and readable printout. Kitchen efficiency is above all else in my casual dining restaurant.
The current order printer setup in the kitchen is too large, too spaced out, hard to read font, and splits items up by table and guests. The kitchen just needs items to make and in the mods in a simple condensed format please.

Delete All
On the KDS if there is an outage all the orders are on the screen and the owner must go through each order and delete. Be nice to have a delete all button that allows you to delete all if pushed twice rather than going through each order.

Separate Reporting Category for Third-Party Integration Staff Tips
Currently, when digital staff/merchant tips are sent over from third-party online ordering integrations (such as DoorDash via the CREATEPAYMENTRECORD API), Clover’s reporting system does not have a dedicated category to map them to. Because there is no native breakout for online staff tips, the system temporarily places them under the "Cash Deposits" section as a negative/deduction value and attributes them to "No Device".
This behavior is causing massive confusion for merchants during financial reconciliation, as online digital tips appear to be incorrectly impacting and deducting from their physical net cash balances.

Modifier label firing
Really need to have the ability to fire modifiers to specific printers instead of just items. For example someone orders a filet with a side salad and baked potato. The filet goes to the grill printer and the side salad modifier needs to be fired to the salad line. Aloha POS has this ability. The merchant has at least 15 side options and the customer doesn't always order side salad so it would not make sense to attach the item to the salad label.

move authorizations between tables
there needs to be the ability to move authorizations between tables to avoid having to void transactions if the payment is applied to the wrong table. The window where the void is sent and the funds are released causes issues in fast paced restaurants.
