Option to Filter Sales Overview by Employee on Stations
Being able to filter by employee when running the sales overview from a station would be very helpful in environments when you cannot always turn off "view all sales activity" for servers and/or bartenders & do lots of paid outs or paid ins.
Since the Homebase and Shifts reports do not account for Paid Outs and Paid Ins, it would be nice to be able to use the Sales Overview with more flexibility from the ground level. manually entering weight without using scale
My merchant sells food the pound and is using clover with a weight scale, he would like to be able to enter manually the pounds in the clover when he is selling future orders for holidays etc... without actually weighting the product at the time of placing he order. The clover doesn't let him enter the quantity in pounds typed only coming from the weight scale... is this something Clover can do using the weight scale or there is a solution to this issue? Online Orders Frequency Options
Online Ordering Frequency would allow you to edit/limit the frequency by which customers can place online orders through your Online Ordering platform. Essentially you as the merchant are able to set the number of orders that can be placed within a specific timeframe, like in 10 Mins, 30 mins, an hour, etc

Show Modifiers without showing their price on Payment Receipts
Currently Payment receipts have 3 different options for modifiers.
- Show All Modifiers
- Show Only Priced Modifiers
- Dont Show ModifiersIt would be nice if Clover offered a 4th option that a lot of other POS systems do. This option would be to "Show Modifiers without Price". Essentially this will show the modifiers on each item but the up charges for each item would just accumulate to the items subtotal instead of showing them listed individually.

Reopen Orders for Non-Card Payments
Recently Clover released the feature that allows merchant to reopen completed table orders. This feature has been a great addition however merchants are only able to reopen orders if the payment was made with card.
If the payment was made with Cash or Other Tender options then the order cannot be reopened. It can only be refunded. This does cause issues because sometimes merchants incorrectly mark the payment as cash or makes a mistake during split payments.

Color Code for Servers and Bar Tabs
Merchants I've spoken with mentioned that color-coding employees and extending this system to open bar tabs would simplify locating a server's tab, particularly during peak hours.

Inventory updates should occur when an item is fired to the kitchen
Please move move the updating of inventory tracking from the time the bill is paid to when the item is fired to the kitchen. If a restaurant has 5 units and all 5 are fired to the kitchen but not paid for yet a 6th unit could be added to an order even though the item is no longer available to sell

Automatically Print Itemized Bill Along with the Expo Receipt for Online Orders
A couple of my restaurant merchants would like the option to enable an Itemized Bill to automatically print along with the Expo Order Receipts that are printed when an Online Order is placed.
Currently there is only an option to enable the expo order receipt to print so my merchants have to go into the "orders" app to print out the itemized bill for their customer. Having a setting option where this feature can be enabled would be extremely helpful for my restaurants that run a high volume of online orders.

Change order type in Clover Dining app
Merchant would like to be able to change the order type in the Clover dining app. Currently, it only allows the change in the Register app. This can make the order printing process confusing as it shows both the section and order type on the order receipt.

Bulk Edits For Items
Dashboard: Cannot edit item quantities in bulk, only single edits allowed unless uploaded via spreadsheet which would require existing items to be removed to avoid duplicates on the newly imported file. When selecting bulk edit, please consider an option for quantity.

Move Item Tracking settings up in Dashboard
Dashboard: When editing an item, all sections are collapsed automatically, majority edits consist of quantities/stock which are located at the very bottom, could we disable the auto collapse or re-arrange the position of those options (quantity/ stock)

Print head on Clover Mini does not last-receipts become illegible & the only solution is to replace the entire device? So wrong!gre
Clover Mini Print Heads should be replaceable. The rest of the machine works fine. It seems crazy to throw out a perfectly good machine when the print head should be able to be replaced. Plus I have a real problem with purchasing a new one to the tune of $700 when it won't even last a few years in a very small shop.
5 votesPeriodic cleaning of the print head should allow the printer to last the life of the machine. Print heads have been tested to >30 miles of printed paper with typical receipt content.

Online Ordering Options
There Should Be More Online Ordering Options Offered For The Merchants Sake!
Example:
My Set Pickup Time Is For 25mins. This time Frame works about 80% of the time but what happens when you get a massive order in that takes up your whole kitchen space and is not able to be ready within 25mins?

Orders shown on KDS should be able to snake around rather than having to scroll down. Right now they have to scroll down to see the entire order. That is not ideal for a busy restaurant They are switching from toast and they have the ability to see the entire order without having to scroll.

Receipts
Payment receipts are so long compared to other pos systems. The spacing and font can be changed to help with this so we aren’t killing trees.

Disable Receipt Prompt on Duo
I just upgraded to Duo from our previous 2018 units. The customer facing screen of the Duo displays a receipt prompt at the end of every transaction, and I want to disable it.
