Flex device for drive thru service
The updated 3Gen Solo device does not feature a tap or apple option like the 2Gen did on the printer. Why not set up the Flex device to have the same capabilities as a Mini device does but used at the drive thru widow? Then we can actually extend the device to the customer to tip and tap right out the window.

Give admin access to devices and printer. Why was it removed? If there are 3 owners to a business, you expect them to share 1 main account with 2-factor logins? Not sure why Clover keeps messing things up.

Add "Show Online" For the system using Kiosk
In Inventory App, since we use Kiosk, there are button of "Show on POS" and "Show on Kiosk", but NOT "Show Online".
We need to have all 3 of them
- Show on POS
- Show on Kiosk
- Show Online
This helps us to update online item on the Register Clover without going through the computer3 votes -
Online Menus
Allow restaurants to sort their online menus by Category or Item (including alphabetically) for fast access to turn items on and off depending on availability. Right now, I just see a list of all items available, which makes it difficult to go through the entire list just to turn one or two items off.

Pizza Buider
The biggest thing that we find lacking with Clover is a Pizza Builder Function. Having Pizza size prefix's choices that show in front of the item name instead of a modifer, listing below. Currently the size is done as a modifier or separate menu item buttons, a prefix choice could make ordering much smoother and order receipts much easier to read. Also, modifier groups that can be priced according to the size or half topping choice, instead of having multiple modifier groups for whole topping, left side/1st half, right side/2nd half. Reporting by hour with items and categories
It would be incredibly helpful to have a report that shows how many items are sold per hour, broken down by product and category. This feature would allow merchants to easily identify their peak sales hours and understand which products perform best at different times of the day.
With this insight, businesses can make smarter decisions regarding staffing, promotions, and inventory planning.

Online Ordering 3rd party integration
Merchants using Online Ordering with Clover and have Grubhub ,Doordash, UberEats integrated. When implementing stock count on the inventory, anything that gets ordered from online "Grubhub, Doordash, UberEats" should deduct the stock count automatically.

Modifier Prefix with Price
Adding the ability to have prefix words to attach to modifiers on one line instead of two separate modifiers printing on two lines. For example, if I need a select no cheese, it prints on two separate lines or I need to make 2 modifiers groups, one for Adds and one for No's. If you had prefix that could determine if the selection gets charged or not it would advance the system in pizza and service bar locations immensely. Such as selecting No would remove the modifier charge and Add would trigger the modifier to be charged.

Allow for Special Instructions on COLO2 to be optional
Allow for Special Instructions on Online Ordering to be optional. Customers are taking advantage of asking for additional items on food, and employees are having a hard time figuring out if items that customers are listing under special instructions have been paid for or are needing payment collected. I tried to turn this Special Instructions off myself and there is no option to do so. I also called in to Clover to ask Tech Support to turn it off for me, they said this option is not optional to have removed.

Pick up time on receipts for Online Orders
Printing the pick up or preparation time or including it in the email notification for the online orders would be extremely helpful. The preparation time shows on the order confirmation pop up when a customer completes the order, but it is not included in the emailed confirmation and receipt.

Scheduling holiday hours
for online orders you need to be able to schedule holidays in advance so that you don't have to manually turn online orders on / off - which can lead to owners or staff forgetting to turn it back on - you should be able to add a 'holiday' schedule for online ordering

Tender Type Restriction
Custom tender type should have the option to be restricted for the employees and can be used by Admin or Manager only. Or whomsoever admin wants to provide access to. This is very important for restaurants.

printing to different printers
The ability to send to different bar printers (or not at all) depending on where the item is ordered from, or at specific times. For example on weekend nights, when a secondary bar is open, the drink order could go there for pickup by servers. Or if bartender rings in a drink it doesn't need to print at either bar, and risk being made twice

In the current version of the Clover dashboard, the option to getting the Clover online ordering link and QR code is not available under the Online Ordering. Could you please enable this feature

Tip Management
When printing out employee sales report from the POS system, there’s confusion as to what the additional charges entail. Merchants that are on surcharge program face reconciliation discrepancies when it comes to separating additional charges collected by servers. Additional charges both include gratuity / service fee charge, and surcharge fees.
For faster and more efficient reporting reconciliation, is there a way that the POS reporting printout receipt can separate surcharge fees from gratuity fees or any other additional charges? As opposed to just lumping both of these fee types under additional charges.

Make an item to go at a sit down table
All too often servers who are waiting on a table are asked to put an order in to go for them to take with them. There needs to be a way to make an item TO GO on a table order.

Voided Items
Please allow employees to use the quick reorder button (plus button) to re-ring printed items such as drinks and cocktails while not being able to void items. The current setting called “edit printed items without override” does not allow you to quickly re-ring items without giving access to void items. The option is there for “delete an item from an order” but the server needs this capability turned on. The void and plus button need to be separated as settings for printed items. This is a big deal for a high volume restaurant.
