Can customers select the options more than once?UBER EATS OFFERS THE OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE THE RULES OVER THE CHOICE OF AN EXTRA ITEM, BUT CLOVER DOES NOT.
THIS MEANS THAT MY CLIENTS CANNOT SELECT MORE THAN 1 TIME AN EXTRA. IT ONLY WORKS IF I ENTER EVERYDAY AT EATS MERCHANT AND ACTIVATE THE OPTION OF "How many times can customers select any single option?"

Partially paid orders should show up along with open orders.
The terminal allows you to view open order or partially paid orders but not at the same time. You should be able to check off in the filters which items you would like to see.

We have a 3rd party running our food & beverage. They need access to enter inventory and pull reports. I'd like to have an option that they have access to just food & beverage categories as opposed to seeing our full facility sales

REMOVE OR HIDE SALES REPORT FROM HOMESCREEN
The sales report is displaying on the home screen of clover device. And our merchant don't want that. Could you please find a way to remove or hide it from the home screen.

Currently we are told only ALL modifiers will print in RED
YET other POS systems businesses are coming off of, allow to CHOOSE what will print in RED on Kitchen Orders ...

Address
From the register icon, if you choose delivery the prompt for address and telephone number should automatically pop up. There is never a time that you will choose delivery and not need the address. For restaurants that have younger employees-if they forget to ask for address information it creates big problems to retrieve that information.

KDS Merchant request-can we turn off the sleep mode. If the KDS goes to sleep they may miss an order popping up.

Fix Clover Mini Gen3 Printing Sound to be smoother and not choppy.
I have a Clover mini Gen2. I upgraded to a Gen3. Now the new Gen3 printer receipt sounds really choppy and seems a little bit slower. I have both machines side by side doing a test print. I even share the sound to the Tech Support Assistant who is online speaker phone to hear both of them do a test print.
The new Clover Mini Gen3 printing is not smooth like the old mini GEN2. The sound is choppy and louder and does NOT print smoothly when it comes out of the thermal printer. Is it really supposed to sound…

Receipt URL
The URL's on Clover receipts are so bad. I run into vendors so often that have HTTPS://WWW.NONE.COM/ -- why bother displaying that?!
Why bother displaying HTTPS://WWW or the slash at the end of the URL?
Can't it just be "restaurant.ca" or "RESTAURANT.CA" instead of HTTPS://WWW.RESTAURANT.CA/"?
I've even seen receipts where the URL is split across two lines like this:
"HTTPS://SOMETHINGCOFFEE.COM
/"There's gotta be a better way. The HTTPS is not essential. The WWW is only essential in RARE situations, as the browser will almost always attempt to add the www if browsing to the TLD doesn't work.…

Turn Guest Screen
Guest screen should have equipment to be able to pivot / spin so that the customers aren't able to view what the counter is ringing in (for example, when another guest's tab is open).
This wouldn't be necessary if we could instead choose when the guest can view the screen. For example, only view once business hit's "Pay"1 vote -
Modifiers
Currently modifiers don't roll up into cost of goods sold. Example: Steak dinner.
Primary selection NY steak COGS $11.
Modifiers of potato, salad, salad dressing, the cost of goods sold for these three modifier groups don't roll up into overall cost for the steak meal.
Result in higher gross margin which is inaccurate.

individual server reports
Servers should only be able to see their own report, have access to only their guest checks, only see sales for current day transactions. This is a security and privacy issue

Have Gross Profit added to inventory screen.
In the inventory screen, it has Price and Cost. There should be a Gross Profit option to see what the mark up is.

Clover Go syncing information from Clover Dining
Merchant is requesting table numbers and section name on the "orders' in the ios app, when selecting the button "Orders" it doesn't show, whether its paid or open the description of clover dining isn't synced. The order ID is not useful for them they would rather have the table number and section.

In the order screen, there is nothing to tell the server which order is the one they are looking for. There is no table number nor anything about the subject matter of the order. If we could add a column stating this information it would be greatly appreciated. If necessary, you could replace the column labeled ID/Notes as these numbers are simply gibberish (no offence intended) to us at this end of your system.

During shift change between my AM Barmaid and my PM Barmaid there is about a 30-45 min overlap in which they are both behind the bar. The AM Barmaid is closing out her customers getting them to pay their bill while the PM Barmaid is taking on all of the new customers who have just walked in. Nobody at this end of your system wants two sets of hands in the till because it opens us up for problems and lots of finger pointing when the numbers don't agree with the end of shift report. If you think about it the numbers cannot work…
