Merchant needs the ability for a PIN debit transaction to allow for the addition of a tip or the ability to turn off PIN entry on the Station. Merchant has many online PIN debit card transactions which do not produce a tip line.

Merchant would like manual transaction app available on Clover station 2018
I had old clover base station. It has Manual Transaction app on it.
But, I bought new base station 2018. I went to app market to find and
install. It not available.
My restaurant still using old system to print bill. Then enter manually
each transaction to charge for customers. With old base station was
perfect. But newest base doesn’t have?
Please make it! Now newest base station take to much time to do custom
order and charge each time.

Offline -- If the clover system is off line it should automatically ask for a contact number.
Its great that clover will still collect payment information to charge when it goes back online -- but if it turns on the card didn't work for some reason then you're out of luck.
Please have it so that if someone is choosing the credit card option while the system is offline that contact information must be entered in order to complete the transaction.

Or at least give the option to change the order.
People are trained to hand their cards to the person behind the register and if its a card that swipes I have to just awkardly hold on to their card until they figure out the tip page.
It's not intuitive the way its currently set up

Warning message when Address and or Zip Mismatch on a Phone Order/Manual transaction.
Merchants should get a warning when either the zip code or the address number does not match with the AVS service. This message should happen on any phone order or manual transaction prior to completing the sale. The merchant should then have the opportunity to either accept or decline the transaction (void) because of the possibility of fraud. As it is now in Clover, the merchant may not catch the fact the AVS failed especially since it does not print on the receipt. Multiple Tax Rates on Customer Receipt
Allow customer receipts to print and display multiple tax rates (i.e. State Tax & Municipal Tax) to meet requirements that are mandated in certain states/territories.

Tip Suggestions in Whole Amounts
As a Clover merchant with an average order size of $5 or less I need the ability to set tip suggestions using whole dollar amounts instead of amounts based on percentage of the order so that I can encourage my customers to leave a slightly higher tip.

Refund Items on Orders with a Preauthorized Payment
As a Clover merchant I need the ability to refund a partial set of items on an order with many items AFTER the order has been paid (but before the payment card batch) so that if a customer changes their mind I can easily refund part of the entire order.
