Reorder Recommendation for POS Customer App
To enable fast and convenient reordering in the customer app, the POS should support Reorder Last Order, Order History with Edit, and Saved Orders. Customers can quickly repeat a previous order with one tap, make necessary edits such as quantity or item changes, and place the order without starting from scratch. New orders can be saved as favorites for future quick ordering.

Online Ordering Payments
Most other POS systems offer a “pay at store” option for online ordering. I have a lot of highschool students who utilize this function and pay cash. I would like to streamline all online orders through clover, but have not switched for this specific reason.

Individual Order slips: Can the Kitchen Printer print separate tickets for each item in an order? I know the front counter Epson Sticky Printer has the ability to print 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 for the order. How can the Kitchen Printer be programmed to do the same?

Price Roll Up
I need price roll up without having to make a new modifier for additional items. Price roll-up to combine the costs of multiple items into a single line item with a consolidated price. The primary purpose is to simplify transactions for customers by hiding complex breakdowns and presenting a clean, unified total on receipts. Example; a Burger cost 10.99 and below it says
Bacon $1.00
Cheese $1.00
Onions $1.00
Mushrooms $1.00
Avocado $2.00.With Price Roll Up it will show on the receipt Burger 16.99 and below it will show

Cash income
In the Clover app and desktop application, cash sales are not included in the first screen. Even in the batch reports, cash income has not been seen. Needed to dig in to see the actual income. Creats unsecure idea and conflicts

Printing order in Kitchen printer
When we press Pay, the system sends the order to the kitchen printer. Actually, in this stage, the Customer does not pay yet. We see another screen to choose a payment type, such as cash or credit card. If the customer cancels the order or add something to the order or his credit card declines, we can not control the order. The order has already started to be prepared. We only have one option to prevent this. The option we have to choose, send the order to the kitchen when the customer prints the receipt. Transaction report by hour.
I would like to see a way to download a report from the Dashboard of transactions by hour. I use the CloverGo app a lot, but shows total revenue (per location). There is a way to see the number of transactions, but you have to tap 3 times to find that. A separate chart on the Go app or Dashboard would help. I prefer to see (for staffing) the number of tickets/transactions per hour. This report would be able to print daily/monthly to show sales by hour and if I need to adjust staffing. need to specify takeaway order twice
When commencing an oreder in the takeaway section of the dining app, i then have to add guest numbers and then hit takeaway again for order type, if not it defaults to dine in. once you have added an item it can not be amended. this step is counter intuitive as you have aleady initiated the order in take away and should not be necessary

trigger order dockets to printed on completed transaction
You can choose on "tap pay" or on "invoice print" but not on completed transaction. This make no sense. when i tap pay then the customer changes their mind i go back and change the item but the docket is already printed and the meal being prepped. Should have a print docket triggerred by on completed transaction.

Online Ordering Modifier Price Change
When you change the price of the items for the online menus (ex. for uber) it does not allow you to change the price or percentage for the modifier items.

Remember customer's email address
After the customer types in their email address, remember their email address so they don't have to type it in EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY VISIT. Every time I go to the same restaurant and use my exact same credit card I have to type in my email address.

KDS item color
Please allow CLOVER POS in inventory to assign colors to each item that show that color on the KDS screen. Example: Make it red and it will show on the KDS screen in RED writing. Same with any modifier. This gives expo the opportunity to see when these modifiers and special items such as toast in a separate color to help Efficiency and timing better.

Delivery
Is there a reason store owners aren't allowed to choose delivery without being forced to use a 3rd party? Small town Iowa business owners provide their own drivers. There should be an option for their customers to select this when ordering online.

solo station needs contactless payments
solo station needs to have contactless payments - its inconvenient for the merchant and servers to not use their employee cards or fingerprint without the ability to run cards that are contactless. its forcing them to get a 3 piece equipment where it takes space but also no finger printer read or employee card reader, where servers can memorize the number by a look and have access to the terminal. this has happened with several restaurants

I appreciate that Clover is always trying to improve. I think it would be a great idea if you had a focus group comprised of business owners and sales reps that you present to before making changes. For instance, yesterday you updated the reporting feature and eliminated the total number of transactions. Now the merchant must add the total of credit card, debit card and cash transactions to get the total transactions for the day. Yes, it is available on the web dashboard, but when managers or shift leaders are closing, they do not have access to this information. This…
