No software updates during business hours
Please find a way to limit Clover software updates to outside of business hours. We've heard a number of complaints about updates happening during peak hours that have been negatively impacting business

Add customer to closed order
We need the ability to add a customer to an order even after it is closed. Currently, if the order is completed, we are not able link the order to a customer. So, we are missing the ability to see customer history.

Add/remove/extra buttons
Most of the top level restaurant per terminals have the ability to press a button to add or remove and that will bring up a pop-up option for different add-ons. This is what we need.

Customize menus on separate devices on the same merchant number
I have had a few restaurants that have bars included in the restaurant, and they would like to be able to have customization options on printing seats and the layout of the menu as far as categories based upon whether the device is at the bar or the devices in the restaurant we need to be able to differentiate the layout of the menu from one device to the other and we also need to be able to decide whether or not we want smart tipping or tip at the device as opposed to tip on the receipt between the…

Discount Permissions - Multi-Level
Need to be able to control which discounts are available per job code.
Currently the discount permission is all or nothing. Meaning, a employee can either have the ability to discount or not discount.
We are requesting the ability to assign discounts to certain job codes so that they can have access to some but not all discounts.
It currently is all or nothing.

Bypass reCAPTCHA for digital wallet payments
Make order process quicker for customers that order/pay via QR code. They currently have to enter name, phone, email, then if they select mobile wallet payment such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, they must complete the reCAPTCHA grid. This is all time consuming for a cup of coffee. Thx

menu board
Numerous clients ask for this functionality and it's becoming more and more of an ask. The ask is for menu boards on TVs/monitors to be connected to the Clover, ideally in real-time. Not only for pricing and product updates but also for current availability of items/modifiers as well. All new QSRs use menu boards...it would be great if we could have some sort of integration. TY

All too often servers who are waiting on a table are asked to put an order in to go for them to take with them. There needs to be a way to make an item TO GO on a table order.

Reorder Recommendation for POS Customer App
To enable fast and convenient reordering in the customer app, the POS should support Reorder Last Order, Order History with Edit, and Saved Orders. Customers can quickly repeat a previous order with one tap, make necessary edits such as quantity or item changes, and place the order without starting from scratch. New orders can be saved as favorites for future quick ordering.

Clover Online Ordering website to better show Ordering Type options
It would be clearer to online ordering end-users if the Clover Online Ordering website showed the Order type (in-store pickup, delivery, curbside) listed as radio buttons rather than a drop-down so that end-users can clearly see all of the available options before hitting the checkout button. Currently, they may not realize that delivery or curbside pickup are available unless they know to click the drop down.

Online Ordering Payments
Most other POS systems offer a “pay at store” option for online ordering. I have a lot of highschool students who utilize this function and pay cash. I would like to streamline all online orders through clover, but have not switched for this specific reason.

we should be able to eliminate the all item option on the Kiosk because it is a big mistake to have it as a first category on the top of the menu categories on the Kiosk, it is causing a lots of confusing for the customers because it is taking their attention away from the other categories and making them keep scrolling down on the screen especially that the items in the menu is organized alphabetically which causing the items to be spreed out randomly so on flavor of the coffee will be next of the sandwich depending on the…

Individual Order slips: Can the Kitchen Printer print separate tickets for each item in an order? I know the front counter Epson Sticky Printer has the ability to print 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 for the order. How can the Kitchen Printer be programmed to do the same?

Kiosk to print at Station Printer
Please have the Kiosk print orders at the Station Printer. Why is there an additional order printer needed? The Kiosk does not see the Station Printer as an option for Order Printing. Why is that? Can you please have the Station Printer automatically print Kiosk Orders? Without the need of an additional order printer. It really streamline our operation. Otherwise, we'd have to return the Kiosk.

When placing an order on Clover, it would be helpful to choose ONE item on the order to remove tax from that item only. Our state removes taxes on bread products, when 6 or more are purchased. Clover will only remove taxes from the whole order, not individual items. Please help with implementing removing taxes from single items on the order screen.

Price Roll Up
I need price roll up without having to make a new modifier for additional items. Price roll-up to combine the costs of multiple items into a single line item with a consolidated price. The primary purpose is to simplify transactions for customers by hiding complex breakdowns and presenting a clean, unified total on receipts. Example; a Burger cost 10.99 and below it says
Bacon $1.00
Cheese $1.00
Onions $1.00
Mushrooms $1.00
Avocado $2.00.With Price Roll Up it will show on the receipt Burger 16.99 and below it will show

Cash income
In the Clover app and desktop application, cash sales are not included in the first screen. Even in the batch reports, cash income has not been seen. Needed to dig in to see the actual income. Creats unsecure idea and conflicts

Transaction report by hour.
I would like to see a way to download a report from the Dashboard of transactions by hour. I use the CloverGo app a lot, but shows total revenue (per location). There is a way to see the number of transactions, but you have to tap 3 times to find that. A separate chart on the Go app or Dashboard would help. I prefer to see (for staffing) the number of tickets/transactions per hour. This report would be able to print daily/monthly to show sales by hour and if I need to adjust staffing.
