Online Ordering Options
There Should Be More Online Ordering Options Offered For The Merchants Sake!
Example:
My Set Pickup Time Is For 25mins. This time Frame works about 80% of the time but what happens when you get a massive order in that takes up your whole kitchen space and is not able to be ready within 25mins?
Its already too late to change anything on my settings because the order came through with a pickup time of 25 mins. Now my staff and kitchen are screwed because clover doesn't offer the Merchant any options to either accept the orders or at least…

Customizable Customer Input Field on Clover Kiosk (Buzzer/Table Number Option)
Clover Kiosk needs the ability to include a customer input field during the order process, allowing customers to enter either:
A buzzer number (for merchants using pagers for pickup orders), or
A table number (for merchants offering table tents for dine-in service).
The field should be customizable by the merchant, with the ability to:
Enable or disable it
Choose the label (e.g., “Enter Buzzer Number” or “Enter Table Number”)
Make it required or optional based on the merchant's workflow
This would significantly improve the kiosk experience for businesses that use buzzers or table service and help streamline order fulfillment.

Color Code Items to visually stream line Line Cook Opperations
I am a tech for a CC processing company that uses Clover but also have been a chef for 20 years. In Clover POS I can assign a color to an item, who do I contact to have that same color be reflected on that item for the KDS as well?

Allow aggregators to setup pickup times for online orders
Clover has added great functionality to show pickup time for future orders on the orders screen. Open up this access to the public API so 3rd party order services can set pickup times that display on Clover.
3rd party services are still required because Clover's tools have limited functionality such as immediately firing to kitchen printers for future orders.

Add label printers to Flex and Flex Pocket
It was great to add Label Printers as networked printers, but the printers aren't available on Flex and Flex Pocket. Please add as we continue to have to use 3rd party apps for label printing.

Print Custom Modifiers on Labels
Labels don't print custom modifiers of online orders as well as orders placed on Clover devices, which renders the label printing useless. Any orders with custom modifiers will not be prepared correctly. It was great to get label printers networked, but this is the next limiting factor to broad usage.

Clover Dining App Restrict permission on employees to remove Additional Charges from an active order
In clover dining app there are no restrictions for employees to remove the automatic Additional Charges from an order. There should be a permission where Only admins are allowed to remove additional service charge or have manager/admin passcode approval to remove additional charges on dine-in sections only. There should be a permission approval.

Need to have a report that generates the number of guests each day related directly to each order. This helps with reporting on how much each guest is spending in my taproom.

Multi-Location MID groups
The primary Multi-Location user needs full grouping and group editing capabilities. For example, 17 open MIDs under one ISO with 3 MIDs in New York, 13 MIDs in Miami and 1 MID in Orlando. The user only sees 1 group titled by the MID of the HQ account with the chain code.

Shift reports in Clover need to print detailed sales for the employee that include tip as well
I have had multiple table restaurants reject Clover because when they do an end of shift report, it’s not printing off each of the server sales and the adjusted tip amount so they cannot track it to make sure that servers aren’t changing the tip amounts

I have ***** reps in my area in Oklahoma City that are going around poaching my Clover merchants at restaurants because they’re able to keep all of the stuff inside ***** and offer it at a lower cost than what they’re paying to add on third-party apps with Clover these features include online ordering marketing online Accounting and all these other features is there a way that we can bundle these things to make it cost-effective for Clover and not have a whole bunch of third-party options.

Reporting by hour with items and categories
It would be incredibly helpful to have a report that shows how many items are sold per hour, broken down by product and category. This feature would allow merchants to easily identify their peak sales hours and understand which products perform best at different times of the day.
With this insight, businesses can make smarter decisions regarding staffing, promotions, and inventory planning.

Reports
When the servers has a refund, only the manager has the power to refund the item, when they look at the report, is not under the server but is shown under the manager who did the refund. I would like to have any type of permission to let the server click refund, then ask for the manager code and then after the refunds is clear, I need them to be under the server report

Online Ordering 3rd party integration
Merchants using Online Ordering with Clover and have Grubhub ,Doordash, UberEats integrated. When implementing stock count on the inventory, anything that gets ordered from online "Grubhub, Doordash, UberEats" should deduct the stock count automatically.
