Scheduling holiday hours
for online orders you need to be able to schedule holidays in advance so that you don't have to manually turn online orders on / off - which can lead to owners or staff forgetting to turn it back on - you should be able to add a 'holiday' schedule for online ordering

Quantity Update
There was an update to the system last week that removed the ability to hold down on an item to change the quantity. We utilized that option all the time. Now, if you hold down you can change the item availability.
It would be nice to have the quantity back. Or, at least put a quantity bar at the top of the screen on the handhelds.6 votes -
Open Orders
As part of our catering operations, we need the ability to view OPEN Orders that were entered at least 12 months in the past. We’ve been using the Clover system for four years, and until September 2024, we could access all open orders regardless of their age. However, we are now limited to viewing open orders that are 30 days old or less.

Kiosk and KDS Issues
I have a problem with KDS and the clover Kiosk
First the KDS have an issue that if we adjust the size of the text to large or largest we lose the word takeout and dine in with the kiosk orders and it shows just like this ex; (Kiosk..) and the only way to fix it by keep the text on the small witch is hard to see and we are facing the same issue with the due orders so we have dine in and to go order type on the Due, and on the KDS does not show the…6 votes -

Posting 2 ideas that are needed
1. I offer rolls, where each roll is $8. However if a patron purchases 2 rolls, i want to offer it for $15. The rolls (or any menu item), needs to have a combiner option to push through deals that pushes sales higher
2. The menu also offers meals, which is a roll, fries and a drink (coke, sprite etc) for $12, i want to able to offer a customer to replace this drink with a milkshare for an additional $2, to get the total to $14. Its regarding our business ours and edit information but mainly about the hours.

Need a monthly report that shows daily CASH sales totals
As a bookkeeper I have a request for an additional report that shows a monthly report with daily cash sales totals. My restaurant client makes daily bank deposits of the CASH they receive. I need to check if what they deposit matches with the cash sales according to Clover. If they deposited more or less than the actual cash sales then I need to record that in the books as cash over or short. Items Sold + Quantity on hand via single report = accurate inventory ordering
I need to be able to see items sold for a given time (1 week, 1 month, 2 months) on the same report as current quantity on hand in order to accurately order new product. We order beer, wine and liquor every week and need better reporting. I am spending hours to put two reports together when someone with programming skills could easily add this category to the current report.

In the order screen, there is nothing to tell the server which order is the one they are looking for. There is no table number nor anything about the subject matter of the order. If we could add a column stating this information it would be greatly appreciated. If necessary, you could replace the column labeled ID/Notes as these numbers are simply gibberish (no offence intended) to us at this end of your system.

Control from Distance
There should be a way or a program that let's you control your POS from a distance. I should not have to physically go into my restaurant to fix some minor issue with my POS that requires a Manager's passcode.
Please Develop a program that let's me access my POS from a computer outside of my location or wifi connection. If I can connect to CloverGo from my phone, I should be able to connect my laptop to my Pos Solo or Flex.

Update Employee Name
I would like the ability to update an employee name without having to delete and re-setup. I have an employee who got married and I can't update her name. I have to delete her and set her back up from scratch.

Kiosk - TM-L90 Sticky Label Printer
Please give the Kiosk access to the labels app and/or program compatibility with an Epson TM-L90 sticky label printer. When merchants are running Clover POS with an Epson TM-L90 and want to integrate kiosks into their cafe/restaurant to expand their service volume, kiosks are not a realistic option without having similar functionalities as the Clover Mini. Competitors like Chowbus and Infi kiosks have seamless integrations with label printers, and have become favorable options for our merchants, unfortunately.

Bypass reCAPTCHA for digital wallet payments
Make order process quicker for customers that order/pay via QR code. They currently have to enter name, phone, email, then if they select mobile wallet payment such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, they must complete the reCAPTCHA grid. This is all time consuming for a cup of coffee. Thx

Batch Close email
It would be great if the Batch Close report could email to more people than just the defined "Owner". In large organizations you have a finance department that needs this info besides the manager that runs things on the daily. Should be a simple request.

Stop Deleted Order Printers From Readding After A Reboot
When a printer is deleted as an order printer it will automatically readd itself after the clover goes through a reboot. This is an issue for retail merchants that have no need for an order receipt. Clover Advanced support has informed us that this is not a bug but "a feature" and that this is the way the software is intended to work.
I fail to see the benefit of the system changing a setting that was intentionally set. Clover needs to revert this as soon as possible.5 votesThank you for submitting your Idea to UserVoice.

Reports
When the servers has a refund, only the manager has the power to refund the item, when they look at the report, is not under the server but is shown under the manager who did the refund. I would like to have any type of permission to let the server click refund, then ask for the manager code and then after the refunds is clear, I need them to be under the server report

Automatically Add Additional Preperation Time on Large Online Orders over a Set Dollar Amount
Hello Clover,
It would be extremely helpful to have the preparation time setting in Clover automatically add an additional amount of preparation time the merchant can set for online orders that exceed a certain dollar amount.
For example, lets say the merchant wants to have Clover automatically add an additional 30 mins of preparation time for orders that exceed $100. It would be great if the merchant can edit theses parameters under the "Preparation Time" setting in Online Ordering Dashboard instead of just setting a specific preparation time.
