Add Pictures to Items on the POS Terminal
The cashiers should be able to select items from catagories by looking at pictures. Not just text and color

When placing an order on Clover, it would be helpful to choose ONE item on the order to remove tax from that item only. Our state removes taxes on bread products, when 6 or more are purchased. Clover will only remove taxes from the whole order, not individual items. Please help with implementing removing taxes from single items on the order screen.

Include table/order number and items sold on merchant payment receipt
There no way of knowing where the payment came from if we are to investigate for whatever reason. As a merchant, it is very important to be able to locate all transaction processed. The merchant receipt should have all the detailed Information that appears on the customer's receipt, that is, order/table number and item/items sold. Both receipts used to have detailed information before we had to change our equipments because of end of service

Bypass reCAPTCHA for digital wallet payments
Make order process quicker for customers that order/pay via QR code. They currently have to enter name, phone, email, then if they select mobile wallet payment such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, they must complete the reCAPTCHA grid. This is all time consuming for a cup of coffee. Thx

Transaction report by hour.
I would like to see a way to download a report from the Dashboard of transactions by hour. I use the CloverGo app a lot, but shows total revenue (per location). There is a way to see the number of transactions, but you have to tap 3 times to find that. A separate chart on the Go app or Dashboard would help. I prefer to see (for staffing) the number of tickets/transactions per hour. This report would be able to print daily/monthly to show sales by hour and if I need to adjust staffing. Combining order number count between multiple devices
In a QSR with multiple cash registers, it would be great if the order numbers on the printed kitchen tickets were sequential.
We primarily use one register, but during rush we use a second register. If the primary register is on order #50 and then someone jumps on the second register and takes an order, that order should be #51…as it is right now, that prints in the kitchen as order #1 and can easily cause confusion as to the actual order sequence and lead to firing food out of order.

Reporting by hour with items and categories
It would be incredibly helpful to have a report that shows how many items are sold per hour, broken down by product and category. This feature would allow merchants to easily identify their peak sales hours and understand which products perform best at different times of the day.
With this insight, businesses can make smarter decisions regarding staffing, promotions, and inventory planning.

Online Ordering 3rd party integration
Merchants using Online Ordering with Clover and have Grubhub ,Doordash, UberEats integrated. When implementing stock count on the inventory, anything that gets ordered from online "Grubhub, Doordash, UberEats" should deduct the stock count automatically.

Revenue Class needs to be able to be imported for items and category needs to be a filter option
Revenue Class is not currently exportable and there is no way to easily locate items when there are potentially thousands in a given Revenue Class in order to modify them. Also, it would be nice to be able to filter item list by Category

Merchant would like online menus to have option for different modifiers than what appears on POS.
Modifier prices and names are the same as the items listed in Items List. Merchant would like the modifiers and items to be completely independent of item list in online menus.

"Reset to POS Prices Button” on the Online Order Edit menu Prices
Online Order should have a "Reset Prices to POS” when we edit the menu prices. When editing the prices and increasing the percentage for the menu, you are able to add a percentage but what happens if you want to go from say 30$ (uber/ Doordash) to 15%. it adds up to 45%

The Clover App Market is not available on PHYSICAL equipment Clover Kiosk and Clover Compact. In Puerto Rico we need to download the app IVU CONTROL but because the APP MARKET is not enabled, we can not do download.

Kiosk Items and pricing should not be grouped with Online
I purchased 5 different terminals from Clover including a Clover Kiosk station, flex, duo, and minis only to find out that the pricing for the kiosk items are the same as what's displayed online. We charge different prices for online orders using clover integration with uber, door dash as these third party companies charge a huge cut. I do not understand why a kiosk that is processing orders instore have to be categorized with online orders and not with the pos such as the flex. Items Sold + Quantity on hand via single report = accurate inventory ordering
I need to be able to see items sold for a given time (1 week, 1 month, 2 months) on the same report as current quantity on hand in order to accurately order new product. We order beer, wine and liquor every week and need better reporting. I am spending hours to put two reports together when someone with programming skills could easily add this category to the current report.

"Repeat" or "+" button

Need to have "CLOVER" ONLINE DELIVERY with DAYPARTS ABILITY for Breakfast vs Lunch Menu's etc...
Clover ONLINE needs to work WITHOUT Doordash AND ONLINE Menu needs ability to AUTO stop allowing Customers to order Breakfast items after a particular time ...
